I have never been so satisfied with customer service in my life. Xavier I can’t explain how great he is, genuine, goes above and beyond on all of his work. I came in looking for a cheap comfortable mattress and he showed me some others with 0 pressure to buy but he listened to what I wanted. Well here I am 2800 dollars later on a cloud of a mattress and he gave me so much savings talking me into a clearance version also. If you want an experience with a mattress company please go to Denver Mattress and ask for Xavier. Even got me approved than more than online gave me also so got a few extra things to make my sleep that much better.

If anyone was ever born to be a sales rep Natasha is definitely one I’d say has a knack for the role. She was absolutely amazing at her job. Will definitely be back.

Delivery and Set-up Exceeded my Expectations
We decided to upgrade from a full to a queen, so I had to get a new frame. I started to assemble the frame before the mattress was delivered, but I ran into a few snags. I figured I'd deal with it after the mattress delivery. When the delivery guy saw my assembly attempt, he jumped right in and corrected it. Then they eagerly removed my old frame from the headboard and assembled/attached the new frame to the headboard. These guys were awesome. I apologize for not remembering their names.
Haven't slept on the mattress yet, but it seems comfy!

Great salesman
It was a quick in comparison to other stores. The salesman knew what questions to ask & which beds to try out for comfort in order for us to make a quick decision and get out of there in recird time with a FABULOUS cloud to sleep on :)

Shopped everywhere (in Midland) for a mattress. Found a great selection (from great value to higher end, mattresses. Sales people (Fernando, and another salesman don't remember his name) were very knowledgeable with all the different mattresses in the store (and there were many!) No pressure, just great selection and service. I was pleased :).
