As we continue to adapt to the changes that the COVID pandemic has brought upon us, we have made the decision to revise our 365 Night Better Sleep Guarantee. In the spirit of keeping our stores safe and clean for all, Starting July 1st, 2020, we will require the purchase of a mattress protector or waterproof mattress pad with any mattress purchase for their 365 BSG to be valid.
- The purchase of the Mattress Protector/Waterproof pad must be on the original mattress invoice to be valid:
a. Only exception is with purchase of Tempurpedic, Sealy, S&F that get GWP gift cards and then use them to buy the protector. In this case, these must be done the same day.
- In the event of a return, the mattress protector is non-refundable. This is a personal hygiene item and with the health concerns of today, we cannot take them back.
- There is no minimum purchase amount – this applies to all mattresses.
- All mattress protectors or waterproof mattress pads qualify a customer for this.
- Again, this begins July 1st, 2020 on any purchase made from that point forward. All purchases before that date will fall under our current 365 BSG.
Terms and Conditions
First 4 Months after Purchase
100% credit toward refund or exchange
Customer must keep the mattress set for a minimum of 30 days in order to fully adjust to the new mattress.
2nd 4 Months
75% credit toward exchange to a different mattress (no refunds)
Final 4 Months
50% credit toward exchange to a different mattress (no refunds)
No returns on special order sized mattresses including
Split King, Split Cal King, Full XL, and Twin XL.
The 365 Better Sleep Guarantee begins on the date you take possession of your new mattress and allows for a one time comfort exchange or refund of the appropriate amount. The Guarantee does not restart with the exchange to a different mattress
All clearance purchases are eligible for 100% credit, one time exchange within 90 days of the invoice date (no refunds).
Customer is responsible for any delivery charges related to return or exchange.
Valid only for person named on invoice.
365 Day Better Sleep Guarantee does not apply to bedding products.
Mattresses that are stained or soiled will not be accepted for return or exchange. Please be sure to protect your investment with a mattress protector.
Returns to Our Processing Center
For items that were originally purchased online, please call 1-866-DrChoice to schedule your return. For items that were originally purchased in a retail store location, please contact that store to make return arrangements. The item must be returned in good condition free of tears, holes, odors, stains or soiling of any kind. Please also provide us your telephone number in the event we need to contact you. All return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, and must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. Ship the return package to:

Keep the return tracking number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is received by the processing center. You can expect a refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned item. You will only be refunded the shipping charges if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
Returns to a Denver Mattress Company Retail Store
For items that were originally purchased online, please call 1-866-DrChoice to schedule your return. For items that were originally purchased in a retail store location, please contact that store to make return arrangements. The mattress must be returned in good condition, free of tears, holes, odors, stains or soiling of any kind to ensure a full credit. Take the mattress to a Denver Mattress Company store. Please allow 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement.
Exceptions to the Return Policy
Bedding related products (including, but not limited to: pillows, mattress pads, sheets, care kits, and bed frames) are not returnable once they have been used, or removed from the original package. Tempur-Pedic® Adjustable Bases are not returnable.
