Helpful, friendly staff. Great selection & value! I bought a house full of furniture 17 years ago from them & it still looks & feels wonderful! Just went to buy a new bed this week, from Denver Mattress & will continue to make all my furniture purchases with Furniture Row!

Jacy was wonderful to work with! Very knowledgeable, patient as we tried out mattresses and pillows, and worked us up a great deal for our new bed. I didn't feel like we were being "sold", but instead guided through the process. If I could give more stars I would! Fantastic experience and glad we chose Denver Mattress!

I would like to give a shout out to Jacy in Ft Wayne, he helped my husband and I with an RV mattress. He was very pleasant and professional. I even went back a few weeks later to buy more from him! Top notch!!!!

Great place to Shop. Went looking for a new mattress and walked out with exactly we wanted. The staff is friendly and greeted us as we entered the store. No pressure salesman. They let us look and only answered questions that we had. Overall Great Experience.

He was very knowledgeable about not only the products available but also (after a few questions) what we needed. He explained everything very well! The showroom at this location is very nicely arranged and extremely clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The lady that helped us was super. She helped us determine what will hopefully be the correct amount of support for us, then showed us all the options. There was no pressure, which we hate when shopping for a higher ticket item, and even left us for a while so we could try all the options at our leisure and discuss without her in the conversation. We love the satisfaction guarantee on their mattresses and hope we won't have to use it!! Would definitely recommend this store to buy your next mattress set.

We chose the Memory Foam Mattress and can not say yet whether we like it or not since we haven't received it yet but in store service was very fast and efficient and courteous. I am one that always knows before i walk into a store exactly what i m there for, I don't like being hovered over or someone trying to sell me anything else, which we have had in the past, this time our experience was very pleasant and i'm hoping the mattress will be too.

Angela was the ultimate professional on our recent mattress and pillow purchase. She directed us to various choices and was respectful of budget restrictions. We are very pleased with this purchase.

Needed a new bed and we spent a few hours here but well worth it as we were shown several different beds and styles. We were not pressured or led to buy the most expensive bed. Very enjoyable experience and we think we made the right decision

We needed a new mattress & went in knowing what we wanted. We were shown only those mattresses that we were interested in. The girl was very helpful in describing the mattress & covering all the warranty information that went along with it. It was delivered in a timely matter & the delivery guys were very quick setting up & removing the old mattress. For the most part it was an easy & quick process.

Every visit to this Denver Mattress is greeted by friendly, helpful staff. When we came back the second time, we asked for the lady who helped us the first time, and while we waited, another salesperson offered her assistance. All the associates are personable, and willing to help. Plus, you can't beat their low cost delivery and old mattress haul-away.

The salesmen who talked to us was well-informed and knowledgeable. He was not at all pushy and did not make us feel pressured. He only showed us mattresses within our budget and did push the upscale. I was very satisfied.

We recently purchased a Sterns and Foster mattress and were most impressed with how the product provides the firmness we were looking for (coils within coils). The sales person showed us visual differences between the mattresses we were considering and the various coil structures. We were also impressed that Sterns and Foster is one of the few mattresses that is still hand made. The knowledge of the sales person who assisted us, and her ability to interpret our comfort level as we tried various beds, was invaluable to our decision making process. Before we make large purchases, we like to make informed decisions and our experience at the Denver Mattress Company was exactly that.

I was very pleased with my shopping experience at Denver Mattress in Fort Wayne, IN. I was greeted quickly and pleasantly and my salesperson helped me find exactly what I was looking for, as well as making helpful suggestions that were budget friendly. She answered all of my questions and was very accommodating to my needs. I purchased a full size Summit mattress, as well as a Space Base, which does the job of both the box spring and bed frame combined. I was also given a mattress protector and pillow as part of the deal. I believe that anyone could find what they are looking for here and would be happy with the customer service as well as the quality and prices.

I went in looking for a med/firm mattress. Sales person took me to several that were in that category and in the price asked for. I picked the most comfortable one and we were done. Very comfortable mattress and price was close to what were expecting to pay. Very nice experience.

We went to three different beds stores. The staff here was very helpful and knowledgeable. Alyssa McMurtry helped us pick out the bed for us (split level King with zero gravity). My husband and I had different tastes, but Denver Mattress found the bed that fits us both! Thanks so much. Alyssa was not pushy and explained over a dozen beds to us.

Failure to deliver on time in delivery window given. Called store and they could not give an update, but said they would have delivery team call with ETA. 45 minutes later still haven't heard anything. You would think the schedulers would know how to schedule in the time period they give each customer. An hour & 1/2 late still no word on when they are coming. Really poor serve. I am no longer a repeat customer.
