He listened to our needs, and then helped us narrow down our choices. Recently, we had an unexpected illness in our family. Two "specialized" beds were needed for the comfort of our family members to aid in their healing. Unfortunately, I had to order the beds from over 300 miles away, sight unseen. Fortunately, your store was highly recommended and I connected with Will after a random call. He was amazing. His knowledge of the inventory was detailed and thorough, and after a brief description of what I thought we needed, Will went to work. He found exactly what we really needed, with a sale price, and delivery details. He understood that the family was still hospitalized so he worked with me to find a time to deliver, set up, and remove the old mattresses so it would all be ready for them when they arrived. He even helped with bedding! When the delivery was unexpectedly delayed (three hours), I received notification from Will. When it was set up and ready, I received a notification from Will. Before the 30 day period for return came, I received a notification from Will. I cannot check "cleanliness" above because I have yet to see the furniture ordered from afar! However, my relatives just raved about how nice it was to come home to such comfortable beds. I give Will all of the credit. I could not have done this without him and his willingness to go above and beyond. I need to make sure that Denver Mattress knows that they have, not just someone who sells its products, but an employee who truly makes a difference in the lives of its customers. I recently bought a Doctors Choice Elite Plush king size mattress . This is the best mattress I've ever slept on and best nights sleep I've had. I was impressed with the quality and price. The salesman was knowledgable about the selection and helpful.

Just recently we met a salesman named Will Sohbatian, now I have watched all the commercials and didn't know who to trust or believe. Will was very professional and made us feel welcome and comfortable. Will was super knowledgeable about the mattress business and explained it so we understood. Will helped us pick out the mattress that fit both of us and gave us a great price this time we bought quality not based on price. We were very happy with the experience with Will and Denver mattress he did not pressure is at all gave us our space when we asked for it. The purchase of our selection was easy and fast and we were confident with the price. Ready for a new mattress we stopped at the Denver Mattress store in Sherman, TX. We were free to browse and always had a representative handy to answer any questions. Displays were easy to access and the various mattresses were set up and we were encouraged to try each one. We bought a Madison Firm Queen.

Our sales person was very patient and provided all the answers to the questions we threw at him. He showed us several options but was not pushy. He was very knowledgeable and walked us through all the upgrade options.

A lot of choices and features were made easy by our sales rep. Found a mattress that we'll last a long time.

We bought two twin Dr’s Choice mattresses to go on our adjustable beds. One of them, after a few months of using it, had a lump in the middle where the crease was. I called Will at the store and told him. He told me it’s covered and he will order me a new one right away. I was expecting a difficult process to exchange so I am very pleased. By the way, the mattresses are so comfortable we bought two more to go in our motor home. Love, love, love the products and the service.

We bought our n bed on Saturday and are waiting on the delivery now. I can not give a fair review on their product until I get it but the service at the store was wonderful. The salesman was very helpful.

Will Sohbatian was very helpful, courteous, friendly and professional. He gave us all the information we asked for on each of the mattresses in our price range. We picked the Durango king and we are looking forward to delivery.

Will S. was our contact at the Sherman store. He was very knowledgeable with no pressure. My husband and I were in the store for over an hour trying out the floor models. We told Will that we weren't quite ready to make a purchase for our temporary lake location. After looking elsewhere, we returned back to Will and purchased our ergo foundation Madison euro top bed. We had seen good reviews on the Doctor's Choice Mattress from Denver Mattress so we looked at that originally. After trying several we decided on the Madison Mattress (plush) as being the most comfortable. There was no pressure to buy, however, the salesperson answered all of our questions to help narrow our selection. We were also impressed with the 365 day sleep warranty and the 15 year mattress warranty. We picked the mattress up right away and brought it home and are satisfied so far.

This review is just about the customer service as they are having to make my bed. Will helped me find the bed I wanted and it was half the price of a very similar one at a competitor. Couldn't ask for a friendlier, more patient salesman. Was really impressed. Two thumbs up!!!
