Shopping for a mattress was a pleasure.
We never felt pressured and the salesman, Mercedes, gave us great information. We were able to easily decide and quickly purchase the mattress and adjustable base that was right for us. We will be returning soon to improve another bedroom. I would advise anyone to go see Mercedes at the Waco store.

Excellent Customer Service
I was in need of a bed with a mattress that inclined, due to health reasons. After visiting three other stores, one of which one salesman tried to force a sale for three times the amount, I chose this store. The sales representative was very professional, helpful, and helped me seal the deal with no high-pressure sales pitch. I am looking forward to having my bed delivered..

Excellent
I bought a queen sized bed for my teenager. It was delivered on time and the delivery men were very friendly and polite. The salesman, Brian was incredibly helpful! He didn't try to push a more expensive bed than I could afford instead he helped me find the perfect mattress set for my son who absolutely loves it! The quality of the mattress is excellent . I will definitely go back

Painless Shopping Experience
My partner and I went in just to price some hybrid mattresses, and instead we walked out with a steal. We weren’t followed or harassed, and our salesman was very kind and processed our purchase and delivery options in ten minutes. Would definitely recommend!

Great shopping experience
Great. I had to ask about the most expensive mattress they sold before it was shown to me. Most people take you there first. No pressure was put on me to buy any particular mattress, it was a really great shopping experience. The only problem is I have to wait on delivery but it will be free when the mattress comes so I'm not complaining.

Doctor's Choice
Doctor's Choice Elite King purchased with adjustable base. Very comfortable. Firm but soft on top. We are sleeping comfortably again. Tough to get out of the bed in the morning.

wonderful sales person
I had occasion to call Denver Mattress to get information for a relative who has special circumstances resulting in specific needs. Bryan Waibel was helpful, kind, and patient and went the extra mile to offer detailed information. He suggested looking up a previous order to determine my relative's preferences. I had to call a 2nd time with more questions and special requests. He was as helpful as during the 1st call. We plan to go to the store this week to make the purchase!

Our first mattress was bought in this same store 17 years ago and is still good. Just bought our 2nd set with all the motion stuff- because we have gotten older. I was very satisfied with the sales man and also the quality of their products.

Mattress purchase
