Bray Tarver excellent salesman!

Bray Tarver is an excellent salesman and I truly believe he sold us the correct bet

Bray was our salesman. He was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful! I would recommend looking for him if you’re in the market for a new mattress.

I can’t say enough, how wonderful my experience at Denver mattress was. Bray Tarver was the sales rep who helped me and again I can’t say enough he was wonderful. He was not only helpful, but he was very knowledgeable about everything I asked about, he was very kind, very courteous, and gave me all the information that he could on the products I was interested in. I went back the next day with my husband and Bray and my husband hit it off just great. Needless to say Bray made a sale! My husband says now if we have any more needs, we will go back to Bray. He was great! Can’t say enough at the wonderful experience we had at Denver mattress.

Rxcellent store, excellent people. Had a small issue with obtaining the mattress I bought. Robert, the store manager, took control of the situation. In fact he upgraded my mattress to a non coil, well he could explain it better. Let me just say this it is the best mattress I have ever had and I am sleeping so well. Connor did a great job delivering, I'm not a rich man but I bought them lunch. Thanks guys

Our experience at Denver Mattress, Toledo has been excellent. We were courteously and professionally shown the product lines of interest, our questions were answered thoroughly and we were able to select the products we needed feeling the purchase was a good choice for a good price. Rob our salesperson and the store manager was very informative and great to work with as we arranged the mattres and frame purchase and explored related furniture options.

My husband and I were just starting to shop for mattresses, we had never purchased a new one before and had really no idea what we should look for. The employee showed us helpful tips on how to choose a mattress that suited both our sleeping needs and helped us feel confident in our purchase

I had an issue with my Layaway and Andrew at the Monroe street store went over and above to help me with my issue. He even stayed after hours to assist me with my purchases and made me feel comfortable about staying late. Excellent customer service from such caring staff! Looking forward to my next purchase!

Rob the Manager at the Monroe St Toledo OH location was very patient with me. I originally had my mind set on buying a purple mattress but was unsure about which one as there are 4. After trying them out and Rob doing some kind of test with my arm out??, I became unsure of the purple. Me and my Husband are both obese and I wanted a king size bed that would support our weight and more importantly my Husband’s back. Our other king size mattress ended up with a hump in the middle. I wanted to avoid that. The purple after laying on it for quite awhile I could feel the plastic coils through the mattress. Rob invited me to try Tempura-Proadapt Medium Hybrid and the Tempur-Proadapt Firm. My Husband told me to get a firm. After testing it out then testing the Tempur-Proadapt Medium Hybrid, I felt that that the Hybrid would definitely be the bed for us. Rob explained the Tempur-es comfort layers, the extra Tempur-Apr support layer, the hybrid technology and the dual climate cover system. The hybrid has the springs of a normal bed BUT WITH the layers of Tempur-pedic with even a support layer! I had heard that Tempur-pedicab were HOT to sleep in but I have been reassured that they have come a long way and they now have smartclimate. I did splurge and got the frame that lifts the head and feet up and down by remote control. Since were getting older I felt this would be helpful with our declining health issues. Best of all you can try for 120 days and there is 60 months financing.

My husband and I decided to try out Denver Mattress on Monroe St., Toledo, Ohio for PosturePedic Adjustable Beds with the full intention of ordering online or looking for a better deal else where. But to our surprise the sales person was very informative and honest! Both qualities that my husband and I appreciate. This review is only on the Customer Service that we've received to date, just because we haven't received our purchase yet! But so excited to receive it!

We were treated like family, we were made feel very comfortable and not pressured into buying anything. I will definitely recommend this store and I will be coming back for any of my other mattress needs!!

Hello i would highly recommend furniture row to everyone that i know and do not know. The place was easy to navigate. It was also very clean. The salesman we had was very knowledgeable and extremely friendly. We got a great value for our money. We purchased a full size mattress set with a mattress protector with exceptional quality for a great price ,so great we ended up buying 3 extra mattress protectors for the rest of our beds at home!! I look forward to shopping there in the near future. I will need new living room furniture very soon, and i will not be buying anywhere else. Kevin Haynes, (the manager)personally helped me select the best bed for my neck and lower back issues. I went with the Doctors Choice Euro Top. Kevin was very friendly and extremely helpful. I cannot wait until they call me and let me know my bed is ready for delivery. I will definitely go back for other purchases in the future!

We purchased our first Doctor's Choice mattress 17 years ago. We recently purchased a new mattress for our master bedroom and now purchased two double beds for our guest rooms. Wonderful mattresses, experience, and everything with Denver Mattress.

I went to Denver to look for a mattress for my son, who is moving into a new apartment. Caleb greated us, showed us to a section in the price range we were looking and helped us pick out a mattress. The prices fit any budget and the sales people are very friendly. I would recommend Denver to anyone.
