I have been mildly obsessed with Purple products since the internet exploded with hype a few years back, but never bought a mattress because I wanted to try it out first. Denver Mattress Co is the only store I found that had all four Purple models in store! I went for a visit, tried them all out, and fell in love with the Purple 4. It’s the squishiest version with the thickest layer (4 in) of the purple polymer. Now, I like soft beds, but I can admit that there’s a point where a bed becomes too soft and no longer supportive. The Purple 4 is soft like that, but you can really feel the support. I’m a side sleeper, and so I always have tension in my shoulder and hip, and with the Purple 4, those parts just sink right in, and the rest of my body is still supported. It sounds like I’m quoting their commercials, but it really is true. One of the big reasons I didn’t get a Purple mattress from the internet is because the polymer is such a different material and I was concerned it would feel really weird to lay on. It doesn’t. The mattress cover is padded enough that you can’t feel the grid at all. The no-motion-transfer thing is really awesome too. I go to sleep much later than my husband, and my getting in bed used to wake him up. Not anymore with Purple! I also have the Purple mattress protector, which is exciting because it’s stretchy and breathable! I’ve never had a stretchy mattress protector before, and it’s really a great thing, especially with a mattress like this that is meant to be squishy and cooling. If you put a rigid protector and sheets on it, you’re losing part of the benefit of the mattress. I use regular jersey knit sheets as well, for the stretch, but I’m probably going to get the Purple sheets soon too. They’re a bamboo/rayon blend and feel quite pleasant. Denver Mattress has them in store as well. Last but not least, the people at Denver Mattress were all wonderful and nice and helpful, and made my experience so much better than I honestly expected. You know how it is when you go to a place to buy a big-ticket item, you brace yourself for hovering and pushy salespeople. That didn’t happen. I was really prepared to just test out the mattress and file the experience away for future reference, but I ended up leaving with a mattress. For what it’s worth, I also spent less and got the mattress home faster than I would have buying from Purple directly. I am very pleased with my purchase and the experience I had.

Brett was a great salesman. He helped me to understand the functions and varieties of the powerbases and that you don't use Purple's with their bed. He also went over the different models of the Purple mattresses to help me know my options with each. In the end I only got the regular base, as I am a side sleeper, but I went with the Purple.4.

Went in to check on mattresses and came out with a new bed. The salesman who was also the manager was helpful but not at all pushy or impatient when we told him we were not buying today. SURPRISE! That is exactly what we did.

I like it this location. There is always a sale going on and the sales people are very friendly. The only issue I’ve had is this location most the time not having the item I wanted in stock. It’s only a 10-15 day business wait for back order beds but it feels like forever!

I went to this store to pick up a set of queen size bed rails. Paul was very cordial and courteous. I took them home and they didn’t fit. Took them back next day and Paul refunded my money with no problem. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone!

We were greated bu Paul with a smile and we were given a great explanation about different mattresses as well as different frames and adjustable bases. We got a great deal and will be going back to Denver Mattress

I came into the store just to look. I had just been to 2 other stores that I wasn't happy with the selections and the other with their customer service. Derek knowing I wasn't prepared to purchase still showed me around and treated me the same with a great attitude. At the end I was happy with what he showed me and ended up putting a mattress on layaway. I definitely know where to go first for future purchases.

Salesman were very helpful and friendly. And they allowed us to shop around and we're not pushy but were very informative.

My girlfriend and I went to 3 different places before we came here. We had nice sales rep who help us out but didn't pressure us and followed us around while looked. He was informative and help us pick a good bed. We are very happy the are choice. Would recommend people to go shop there.

I was looking to replace my old sofa with a new sofa sleeper and found one at this location that suited my needs. I was assisted by Catherine to place my order. The furniture item should be arriving in April 2021. If you're looking for decent, quality furniture for your apartment or home, this is the place to shop.

Purchasing a mattress is not an easy task there are so many to chose from. By going to Denver Mattress you have a large selection and the staff is very knowledge of their inventory which makes the buying process easy. I purchased a mattress and was very satisfied. Unfortunately, there was a manufacture defect. I contacted the Store Manager, and spoke with Paul. He reviewed the situation and before you knew it he was setting up a delivery date to replace the mattress AND Denver Mattress is going to haul away the old one! Thank you Denver Mattress for taking care of your customer, especially in these time.

Very knowledgeable staff and helped us pick what we needed

Went in to discuss bed purchased three years ago. Staff was very helpful and honored our warranty. Did not like previous mattress (and the fact it failed w/in 3 yrs) but due to great help, we decided to buy a new mattress at this store. Was very easy...like the customer service.

I purchased a mattress from Denver Mattress. a few years ago approx 4 years now the mattress is very lumpy the quality is horrible and it was not cheap in price . I’m not happy with their customer service , after the sale they could care less and will not make good on supposed warranties . stay away from there . put your investment in another quality store and products . if I could I would give this store at Ingram Road a zero they are crooks
