The BEST customer service I have EVER had! I had the pleasure of talking to TJ and he was very nice and really cared about helping me solve my problem. I had a warranty issue with my mattress and I thought it was going to be complicated to deal with but he made it ever so easy. I would highly recommend this store to anyone looking for a mattress! We recently purchased a Doctor's Choice adjustable bed and after getting it home and all assembled noticed a cosmetic problem with the mattress. We contacted Marcus at the Pueblo Store, he went above and beyond to make things right and had a new mattress delivered to our doorstep (we live outside of their delivery area). Thank you - Marcus - you did things right! We appreciate the kind of service that takes care of their customers.

Excellent Service
My salesman was Awesome! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me to pick the right mattress for me. He would be honest and tell me if a mattress received good or bad reviews, what type was best for side sleepers versus back sleepers explained the warranties and didn't try to pressure me into a higher price point. He wanted to make sure I got the best fit for me. Will do another review after I receive the mattress itself and have a chance to try it out.

walked in to meet Marcus. I was looking for a Tempurpedic mattress. awesome experience, Marcus is very knowledgeable and spent all the time necessary to fit me for the perfect firmness and comfort including pillows which are also important.
After one week my snoring has improved significantly adjusting the recline a little. I can’t believe how much better I’m sleeping it’s amazing!

I have been buying Denver Mattress beds since early 2000. My residence is in Orlando and purchased from the Daytona store. Each bed has lasted us 14 years and still counting. My guests always ask me about the mattresses. We summer in Colorado and purchase from Pueblo for that home. Love the mattresses! Have recommended Denver Mattress to friends, family and while shopping in the store, to other prospect buyers. Cannot say enough about the quality and warranty. Will never shop anywhere else! Impressed with the product and the sales person
My husband and I have been shopping mattresses for about a year now and were having issues agreeing on a mattress we both liked. We found the selection, pricing and most important, the salesmanship to be the best at Denver Mattress! We wasted our time shopping and comparing prices and should have just saved the time and effort! The lady was well educated on her beds and was very polite. The stores was very clean. The bed is very comfortable and we were in and out in know time. Was a very good experience. Helpful Courteous Staff, Great Selections
Was happy to that when I went in that I was left alone to just test out beds so that I could narrow it down to three beds that I liked. I then spoke to a staff member and told them what I liked about each one and found me a bed that had all three qualities. Then was able to help me get the best deal. The transaction took less then 20 minutes. I will be back for my next mattress.

The price was comparable to other stores, and the extra incentives were a nice bonus. We also like the exchange option if we aren't comfortable with our purchase.

Great service!
So we came to Pueblo with the intent to buy our mattress at a different place. We stopped by Denver Mattress just to "see". Was greeted by Aaron, my new favorite salesmen. He was awesome, was very patient with us and was very knowledgeable about the mattresses. We found a great mattress, but still wanted to go look at the one we had come to buy. Well that was a quick visit. At first glance I knew the mattress at Denver Mattress was more what we wanted and at about half the price. It was a great experience! When we need a new mattress in the future? We will be back. Just hope Aaron is still there! Thanks, it was a great day!!!

Exceptional service
The knowledge that our associate, Gaynell Pritts, had regarding the choices in beds was amazing! We have bought with denver mattress through the years but have never had this great of an experience! I will definitely ask for her by name for my future needs, she answered all our questions and provided us with the tools we needed to make an informed choice about our purchase. Hi Very upset with your service. I walked into your Pueblo store very stressed due to my husband having a stroke. No one was helpful. I had to look for myself. I called the next day and talked to a lady that was very helpful. I bought the adjustable bed and 2 mattresses. It was delivered and they did great. Disappointed that no one ever called too c if we liked it or even received it.

"Felix" is a very rude and inpatient employee. He physically rolled his eyes when my elderly parents would ask a question. To treat possible customers like that is uncalled for! Jerk...management needs to deal with him! I will be contacting management as well!
