I walked in to the Ontario, Ohio, store and was greeted by a nice young man named Kody. I told him what I was looking for and he recommeded the "Doctor's Choice" mattress. Then we talked about bases. He showed me a power base and I knew that is what I wanted. So I got my mattress, my base and a mattress cover in just about the price range I was looking for. Kody answered all my questions and was very helpful and very nice. The delivery was delayed about six days because the base was made in a foreign country. That was fine. The delivery men cameat the time they said they would. They set up my base, the mattress and showed me how to work the remote for the base. They were courteous, helpful and I really appreciated their service. I know I am going to love this bed! I have been playing with it for the last hour. I have trouble sleeping and I know this bed is the answer I have been seeking. Thank you Kody and the delivery men. Thank you Denver Matress

Shopping for a bed over the years has become more work and less satisfying. Denver Mattress has come through twice with a very satisfying experience. I would highly recommend them. The are helpful, knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Our salesmen greeted us promptly upon entering the store. He began by asking us a few questions to help understand our needs for the mattress we were looking for. Pillows were provided and many mattresses were set up to test. My husband is a stomach sleeper which he needed a more firm mattress, yet the firmness was uncomfortable for me. We found the perfect mattress with the help from our salesmen, that met both of our needs. Our salesmen was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. Had several selection and types to choose from salesperson was great in asking us what type we were looking for. Firm or soft let us lay on a few. Chose are Matress picked it up and was awesome. We both slept great no back pain. Price was great best money I spent.

Found the mattress I wanted rated #4 on the on a list of 39 mattress makes in Consumer Reports. Was tired of being double talked by mattress salesmen in Columbus, Ohio. After speaking to a very helpful sales rep at the Denver Mattress store and finding out there was one in Mansfield, drove 125 miles (round trip) to look at their mattresses. The sales rep was extremely knowledgeable, polite and more helpful than I ever imagined. Bought the mattress, box springs and some pillows and are having them delivered in a few days. We feel reasonably confident that it was a very good buy, but only time will tell. Still, a great experience.

Denver Mattress in Mansfield Ohio is hands down awesome! I went out with my Chiropractors recommendation...walked out with a new bed. Delivered within a couple of days! Delivery men were professional and so accommodating. There is nothing the personnel at this store won't do to satisfy their customers. My back issue has been remedied due to the Dr's Choice bed I have purchased. I have not slept in a bed for over 3 years until December 2016. Great Chiropractor who loves Denver Mattress and great mattress store! Thank you so much.

We have had such good customer service with Denver Mattress. We have been a loyal customer for 15 years and would not go anywhere else to purchase a mattress. They hold true on their warranties! And if you are not satisfy with your purchase they will find a way to make it right. Would recommend!

We spent many hours in the store laying on various mattresses. Curtis was great and patient with us and explained each one of our questions and concerns in depth. He was very knowledgeable and had personal experience with the mattress we purchased. This was our fourth store we visited and right away knew we were in the right place

I have bought several items from this store, the most recent is a mattress set that will be delivered Tuesday. Everything I have purchased is of excellent quality. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. This last purchase was done over the phone as I had shopped online and knew what I wanted. The whole transaction took 5 minutes on the phone and had an immediate email to confirm the delivery.

My husband and I were shopping for a queen sized adjustable bed. We went to another mattress store first but decided we should shop around. We had never heard of The Denver Mattress Co. but decided to give it a try. We were greeted at the door by Mauricio. He was knowledgeable and courteous. He found out our needs and showed us our options. We chose the Richmond Euro Top Queen and the signature series 1 base. The bed was very comfortable for both of us. I was professionally approached after given the opportunity to look for a few moments. The gentleman, Kurtis, then stated that if I had a few minutes, he would complete a few tests and it was amazing how this simple test aided in my purchase of the perfect mattress for my body shape. The Richmond Euro Top was amazingly supportive while being soft and form fitting at the same time. The price was affordable, and backed by a 10 year warranty. Denver Mattress gained another happy customer today!

We have bought mattresse sets for both of our kids and we are very satisfied with the results & now we are looking for a new one for us. A few years ago our kids bought my husband a recliner there too very satisfied with it too.

My husband and I recently shopped for a new mattress here. We were greeted upon entering the store. The salesman walked us around to the various beds explaining the differences in materials and firmness. He offered to give us a test to determine what kind of firmness that me and my husband liked best. I appreciated that. He was knowledgeable and guided us to the type of bed we we preferred. I liked that he really knew each product and explained to us different options and features.Our bed has a memory foam that is both soft and firm plus it comes in a box which is going to make getting it up our narrow stairs easy. The selection and value of beds are excellent. I used my Furniture Row account which I love because we can finance our furnishings at no interest. I would recommend coming here especially if you need help with selecting a mattress.
