Fast and Efficient
Went in to purchase a Queen size mattress with 1" support frame boxspring for a platform type bed. Service was provided quickly and efficiently. No stress in regards to dollar limit that I set. Was very informative and helpful. Bought a 1" box spring type platform, a queen (firm) mattress along with pillows, pillow covers and mattress protector. Good price.

Doctors Choice Elite Plus
Love this bed! My husband has back issues and he has seen an incredible difference in his quality of sleep since we got the new mattress. Incredibly comfortable. We also got the adjustable base that allows you to adjust the top and bottom. Anyone who has back discomfort will enjoy. Just raising the bottom a bit takes pressure ofd your lower back. If you are in the Denver area I suggest visiting the Littleton location on Crestline. James Boyer was awesome! He took his time with us explaining each option and got us with the bed that worked for us! I will continue shopping with Denver Mattress! Great experience!

I usually really enjoy my visits to furniture row after buying couches and bedroom sets multiple times because of their fair prices and financing. Unfortunately this time our sales associate spent our entire visit circling us as we looked at the bedroom sets. Then checked in after almost every other couch we sat on. I appreciate attention, but after the 5th time saying we were fine, a little space would be appreciated. Once it was time to buy, we went over to her for help and she seemed to know what she was doing for the purchase. We had a little more complicated process of delivering a couch to one house and a bed to another house to take advantage of the financing. She just put in a note for
the different locations, but it didn’t seem like it was done right. Of course, no one called for the delivery the day before and the couch wasn’t delivered on the agreed upon day. The store admitted there was an error in how it was put in the system. They said I would get a call the next night with an estimated time of delivery for the next day for the bed. No call came in of course, and I couldn’t talk to anyone until 10 am when they open. The bed did get delivered, but it took till noon to find out it was being delivered at 2. My low review is mainly for the service. The store is actually really nice, and the products are great too.
