Tristan help me find exactly what we were needing. He was professional and knowledgeable on what kind of mattress and pillows we needed. Will come back, if you get the chance, would recommend Tristan because aside from his knowledge on beds, and sleep patterns, he was very respectful and responsive to all my questions.

Customer service skills and prompt responses amazing. Dennis was absolutely professional and eager to help with a courteous attitude. Then called back the next day to add a item to my order and Leah was just as courteous. I wish all customer service agents would follow their lead. They are obviously leaders in their position.

Exactly What I Wanted
I came in and got everything situated in half an hour. I knew what I wanted and the employee who helped us, Hayden, was very fast and knowledgeable and got us what we wanted quickly. We decided to take our stuff home ourselves and the employee who helped us to load our stuff in the car, David, was so nice and helpful. I was very pleased with the overall experience!

Great Experience Awesome Price Great Products
I purchased the Rejuven 1.0 adjustable bed with a low cost plush mattress Buena Vista. From beginning to end the experience was really good - the salesman was upfront, very knowledgeable and respected the fact I did my homework. I got what I wanted, got several deals on top of that with beautiful linens and delivery was flawless. Wish I had used Denver mattress over the 20 years here (they need more stores in El Paso!). Love my bed.

We initially went in just to look because we wanted a sectional sofa. We were immediately greeted and offered assistance. The young man was friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable about the different materials/fabrics, care, warranties, etc. Most importantly he wasn't pushy. He gave us our space to look around but was attentive for when we needed his help. We did purchase a sectional and some mattresses. Upon finishing the purchase of the sofa, he then walked us over to the mattress section and had another young man in that area help us. He was equally friendly and professional. We were extremely happy with our shopping experience.

We recently purchased a Sealy Hybrid mattress from the Denver Mattress located in east El Paso store. We found the salesperson (Jesus Piedra) to be very knowledgeable and friendly. All our mattresses for the past 10 plus years are from Denver Mattress here in El Paso Texas. I WOULD NEVER BUY A MATTRESS ANYWHERE ELSE! Wonderful sales people, always a great experience. We love Denver Mattresses, fantastic quality!

I purchased a mattress last week and was very satisfied with the product and the service. I had company coming in from out of town and needed a mattress asap. The salesman was attentive and understood my need for expediency. I got my mattress the next day. The two gentlemen delivering the mattress were also great. All in all I had a very positive experience and will return. The mattress is very comfortable and I'm very happy with it.

Great buying experience
After reading reviews, my wife and I went straight to the DM store without wasting time looking somewhere else. Tai showed us around and let us try a few mattresses, answered all our questions and gave us time to talk it out without any pressure. Last couple of nights sleep on the Doctors Choice NF have been some of the best in a good while. I haven't been waking up with lower back pain. The price was very reasonable. Mattress is rated one of the best buys under $800 bucks. Not our first time here and it won't be the last. Can't stress enough, great customer service.

I needed to replace my very old, tired mattress. After doing some research, I entered the store to buy a Doctor's Choice King mattress. Great Experience
We went in wanting to buy two mattress sets, one for our toddler and another for ourselves. As soon as we walked in, we were offered help. We felt like time was taken to find out what we needed, what our preferences were and what we were looking for. We were listened to and felt Lacey understood our needs and concerns.
