I walked in only needing a copy of an owners manual for my beautyrest mattress base. It hasn’t worn since a power outage a month ago. Chayse not only did that for me but gave me several options for mattresses, pillows and sheet sets. His level of knowledge was high on all products Denver Mattress has to offer. He typed up a proposal on what a new mattress and pillow and sheets would cost. Will be discussing it with my husband. Outstanding customer service from Chayse! Great employee.

My wife and I stopped out to see what was available. We browsed different sets and one of the sales reps asked if we needed assistance. We told him we were still looking and he gave us his name and said "Look me up when you are ready or if you have questions. We settled on a couple of sets, asked him some questions and made our decision. I never felt pressured, the sale person was very helpful and overall it was a great experience. This is the second set of living room furniture we have purchased from this store and I will most definitely recommend it to all my friends and relatives.

Erik F. was incredibly patient with my family of seven as we choose the right sectional! He knew the answer to all of our (many) questions about seating, pricing, fabric, custom ordering, and more! He walked us to each piece we asked about, a few times walking with us as we bounced between two. He helped us decide on something that would meet our needs, and he was considerate about our budget and deadline for getting them in. We changed our minds 4 times and he was gracious every single time! The sectional we ended up going with had a great price, would be made and delivered quickly, and had a good warranty time frame. I can’t wait to receive it! I would shop here again without a hitch, and tell all my friends to shop here too. I’m definitely pleased with our experience!

We had such a great experience when we went there. The manager was the one to help us and he was wonderful. We have been sleeping in the bed for a few nights and it is great.

We purchased a Dr's Choice queen size mattress and a box springs. While testing the mattress at the store, I was very surprised when my wife had gotten off the mattress and I was unaware she had even moved. This was one of the features that sold me on this particular mattress. My wife and I had been suffering back pain at night and the pain is so much less now after just a few nights on our new bed. I would highly recommend the Dr's Choice mattresses.

My husband & I were out shopping for a new bed set and stumbled upon Denver Mattress. After taking the time & energy to visit other stores we came back to DM. We just really liked the bed and the friendly sales guy!! He walked us through the financing and answered all our questions. He even went out of his way to find us a set of sheets since we are upgrading to a Cal King! Definitely will be back again!

This was our 3rd purchase of the Madison mattress. We have the king size for our room and have now bought a queen for each of our kids. The Madison is a nice firm mattress with a cozy pillow top that forms perfectly to your body. We have been buying mattresses from Denver Mattress for 15+ years and have always been very pleased.

I purchased a new adjustable base with a mattress. I wished I had made the purchase sooner. Since I had it delivered, I have sleep like a baby. The salesperson that helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. The store was very clean and I would recommend this purchase to everyone.

I went to furniture row on Black Friday and even though they were very busy I was seen right away by Todd who helped me find the best mattress for my price range. He told me it would probably take a week and a half to get my new bed but called 6 days later and said my new mattress came early and was ready for pick up. I couldn't be happier!

My visit to the store brought me home with a new mattress! However.. The sales people seemed to be more concerned with selling me the highest priced mattresses in the store than finding one that fits me and my budget. But after some negotiations between myself and the salesman, I settled on a well priced and comfortable mattress. I haven't slept this good in years!

We brought a mattress set with frame. The salesman was very helpful and answered our questions so we could make the right decision on our purchase.

I was shopping for a couch and recliner and visited the store on 1/12/2017. I visitied the Davenport Store and they were in the process of renovating the flooring so quite a bit of the product was mashed together and price tags were all astray. The service I got from Amina was friendly and helpful. I honestly thought the remodel could of been handled better for the customer. I have shopped in this particular store many times and will most likely be back only because of the service and choice of product.

First King size bed. Delivery was specfreakintacular two thumbs up in that department. Sales dude was a bit in your face like the type lurking in a car lot , but in the end was helpful in explaining different mattresses, but normally like to look around a bit before being attacked like a walker from the walking dead. Cheers!
