We were in the market to shop for a mattress. We started looking in Denver mattress and a sweet lady by the name of Vern casually walked up to help. She never once pressured us (because I hate that) and made us feel very welcomed by having pleasant conversation with us. She sat down on the beds around us as we were talking which made it feel like more of friends talking than someone 'trying to sell a mattress'. She was the most knowledgeable employee on the products, procedures of the store and the ins and outs of all our questions. She showed us all the available options that we asked about and didn't pressure us to upgrade or look at another option to get more sales. She simply heard us out and help us the way we expected to be helped. It was a magnificent experience and I will gladly be returning to purchase our next piece of furniture.

The customer service was incredible and I loved the variety of mattresses. I really wanted to try the Purple mattresses but no store carried them except Denver. I think this really shows that the store cares about what consumers want and I love that it is a family owned company.

Everybody in the denver mattress and the bedroom kitchen side were so friendly and helpful. Lori was superb and Alex was very patience with us and very helpful, friendly and found us exactly what we needed.

I haven't had but one night on bed but I slept like no other night before. My dog, cat and spouse did as well (its a king sized). I would recommend this bed, the Denver brand of temperapedic.

The store is very clean and the customer service was very great. We were given answers to all of our questions and had a fun time trying beds. They let us use a pillow and were not too pushy but never got too far away if we had a question. We walked out of the store with sheets and a mattress that suited our needs! Can't wait to go back when I need pillows or another mattress.

Glad we stopped by here. After seeing insane high prices at Mattress Firm, we decided to shop around and got a bed me and my fiancé loved for half the price of MF. Even when we checked online for pricing we received a better deal by $300. Very happy with the process.

We went to Denver Mattress Co. based on CR review. We've been quite pleased with the queen Doctors Choice mattress. Carol was great to work with, treated us well and was very helpful in answering our many questions..

After doing my homework online and checking with an independent testing company, I decided to give Denver Mattress Company a try as it rated among the highest scores of numerous mattresses tested. Their website was easy to navigate and figure out which mattress fit our needs best. I was about to submit my credit card info online, but saw it was estimated to take 2-3 weeks to have it shipped to the store in Charlotte. I called the store direct and spoke to the manager. They the Doctor's Choice® Elite Plush mattress and the Ergomotion 330 Series Adjustable Base in stock at their distribution center. So I ended up buying it over the phone and drove to Charlotte and picked it up. The adjustable frame was easy to set up and that night I went to sleep in my new bed. 6 hrs later, I woke up in the exact same position I had fallen asleep in and was stunned...stunned that my back middle and lower back weren't hurting. I have back problems, for which I have been taking medication and weekly physical therapy for the past 3 months. I honestly can't wait to get home tonight to try it out again and see if it was a fluke, but I'm pretty sure it is due to the right mattress for me: a slide sleeper. I was concerned of pressure points on my hip and shoulders with my spine the way it is, but everything seems to be in place like normal. Fingers crossed, but I think I found the right product for me...and I have tried the foam and air mattresses in the past without success.

Picked up nice economic queen mattress sets for our 2 sons rooms, they love them, thanks for a great experience.

We recently purchased a new king size mattress set at the Charlotte, NC store. We were very pleased with the relaxed atmosphere and no pressure sales. Gabriel gave us the tour and let us try everything on our own, occasionally checking if we had any questions. He was very knowledgeable and helped us get a great deal. I was also very pleased with the finance options. Definitely recommend to anyone shopping for any kind of furniture!

I recently purchased a beautiful recliner, round about couch with a lay down couch made for a queen, as well as a accent round table and rug, that's shows off my living room. I love it!!! The people were very friendly and allowed me to browse the store and choose what I want at my own pace. Furniture Row is the place to shop!!!!

This has been my second visit to the store in the last week and I have to admit I was skeptical at first, in fact I walked out and I went to a different store to compare selection and value and I couldn't find a better deal, the sales people were knowledgable and not pushy making our purchase experience pressure free without mentioning the Furniture Row rewards which already gave me $100 to complete my set! Definetely I will come back on the future.

Saleswoman was delightful and professional & knowledgable of the inventory. She Was finish with us within 20 minutes. They didn't have pillows in stock but I received call Sunday morning stating the pillows were in. It was a pleasure shopping at the store . Yours Truly, Sheila Crain

I have been shopping at Furniture Row for many years now and they never disappoint. I went to get my two boys new mattresses yesterday morning and Gerard at Denver Mattress had a two minute conversation with me, recommended the best in stock mattress and dropped the price to the competing unit, which was not in stock, but my preference! Superior customer service and retention. Really pleasant experience and personal too. I was out the door in under fifteen minutes. Magic. The product is fantastic and the value can't be beat. I am hooked and still in love with the Doctors Choice Mattress my wife and I purchased last year. Never slept better. Best regards and good luck - you really can't go wrong here.

i have been a customer with this company for about 7 years. Each purchase over the years have been a pleasant experience. The staff are helpful and patient as I travel from section to section. the quality of the products are fine with me!

I went in search of a mattress for the first time is too many years. I wasn't sure what to look for or what the options were. The salesman/manager was helpful in explaining options but not pushy about trying to sell me something. He left us alone to try out different mattresses then answered some questions when we had them. I am looking forward to having my new mattress delivered and sleeping well for many nights to come.
