Savannah was friendly and very knowledgeable. She knew exactly what options to suggest that would work for both mine and my husbands sleeping preferences. Definitely recommend stopping in if you are looking for a new mattress.

My girlfriend and I had an exceptional experience picking out a new mattress! Jonathan is the man! He helped up with every question and concern not only with picking out a mattress but making sure we would be good to go if we had to return it. We tried out a mattress and set up an appointment to have a different mattress exchanged. If you are hesitant about this place, don’t be! Jonathan will make it a relaxing and stress free process! Cant recommend him enough, he is a god send! Thank you for all of your help!

Mattress shopping
We have always found what we were looking for in furniture, so decided to look for a new mattress at Denver Mattress. Our sales person was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and patient. We bought the Telluride plush with adjustable bed frame. Cant wait for it to be delivered so I can get a good nights rest.

We went into Denver mattress on our first stop in our hunt for a good mattress, it ended up being our first and last stop. Julius gave us outstanding customer service, was very helpful and answered all of our questions. Everything we purchased was available that day. We are very pleased with our purchase and we are getting fantastic sleep on our new Meditation Gel mattress.

KNOW THE SALE PRICE
Salesperson was descriptive about each mattress we looked at. He told us about the sale going on at the time. The next day I went in to order the mattress with a different salesperson, who didn't seem to know about the sale. He gladly gave me sale price after reminding him.

Great place to shop for beds
Customer Service was great. Larry wasn't pushy and let us make our own decisions while giving us all the information and advice we needed. He helped with everything from the bed all the way down to the pillow cases. We purchased the Ergo Premier Tempuredic bed which includes head and feet adjustment, as well as massage. We just got it set up this afternoon and we haven't left the bed the rest of the night!

my experience with the salesman kyle was very pleasant. he was very knowledgeable about the tempur pedic mattress that we purchased. he was not pushy or unkind in our choise that we made. I visited with him and then 2 weeks later when my husband was able to go with me to make the purchase kyle was very kind to explain everything all over to my husband and gave us everything he promised me. I can't say nothing but good about Denver mattress in Bismarck. thank you kyle, you were such a pleasant young man.

Wonderful experience!
Stephanie was wonderful in assisting us find a bed that would work great for us! She answered a ton of questions and put up with us as we tested every bed in the store, twice. The store has a great area for the kids to hang out so they stayed entertained while we shopped! Great experience!

I can finally sleep well!!
Bought a mattress here last year and it's been amazing! We got a Stearns and Foster pillowtop, sheets, a mattress pad, and a frame. Great customer service buying it, the bed arrived sooner than I was quoted, and it was delivered and set up quickly! We weren't sure with the mattress we wanted and was assured we had a 365 day better sleep guarantee to make sure we had the right mattress! Larry Miller helped us find the right bed and mattress protector that would save the bed from our children!! Will definitely purchase at Denver Mattress for any bedding needs and mattresses for our little ones!

I am very disappointed in the Purple mattress and the service this store provides. I purchased a purple bed in 2019 and it has developed major impressions. I provided pictures showing and inch or more depressions in the bed. After they looked at the pictures they claimed it was not a manufacturer issue and it was just "natural" nesting. When you touch this bed you can feel how it is falling apart inside. Savanna and Jake were no help. Do NOT buy a Purple bed or buy from this store.
