We’ve reimagined how mattresses are made to cut down on excess at every step. By streamlining our manufacturing process, we reduce wasted materials, limit energy use, and eliminate unnecessary production steps—without compromising comfort or quality.

Here are some of the sustainable practices we’ve adopted:

  • Recycled Materials: We use recycled steel coils in all of our mattresses, giving new life to reclaimed metal while maintaining the durable support our mattresses are known for.

  • Plant-Based Components: Select mattress lines incorporate plant-based foams, replacing a portion of traditional petroleum-based materials with more responsibly sourced alternatives.

  • Material Recapture & Upcycling: Our advanced material recapture system allows us to collect and reuse foam components that would otherwise go to waste, keeping more material in circulation and out of landfills.

  • Energy-Efficient Manufacturing: Our restructured factory floor features energy-efficient LED lighting throughout, reducing overall power consumption as part of our ongoing commitment to a lower-impact production process.

How We Roll

In 2006, we envisioned and made plans for a highly efficient, scalable, and adaptable factory designed to meet any market conditions. Central to this vision was an infrastructure capable of doubling production capacity overnight. Just a year and a half later, we produced our first mattress in this state-of-the-art facility, which quickly proved to be one of the most advanced and efficient in the world.

Our streamlined process not only enables one of the most efficient mattress assembly lines, it also ensures exceptional consistency. By operating a single facility with unified management and workforce, we maintain strict quality control standards and deliver a superior product at a competitive cost compared to multi-factory producers.
