Furniture - Bering Dresser
The attendant at the store was extremely knowledgeable and patient. I asked for prices and lead times on half the dressers. She was able to answer all of my questions very quickly. I left the store with a dresser and bed frame when I only planned to buy a dresser. I believe her name was Leah. Excellent customer service.

Good customer service
Great customer service from Leya, she has a great attitude. I saw a 5-piece dining set online that I really liked, so I went in store and purchased it. Leya was very helpful, she answered all my questions, and she wasn’t pushy or hassling me to purchase something else. I knew exactly what I wanted and she respected that. Thank you!

Marcus was first to help and he was very helpful ,bought a Queen size memory foam mattress in late 2015 for motor home and after a summer of use in 2016 we were not happy because we had such a difficult time rolling over and getting out of the bed so decided to go back to store and see if their was anything they could do and they didnt hesitate found a new coil latex queen mattress on sale got
half what I paid for old mattress towards new so only had to pay a bit more Greg followed up with transaction mattress is on its way hope this solves the problem . they were both great guys what a great experience. We are both in our 70s and have been motor homing in the summer months for 6 years and having a comfortable bed is important.

Bed Frame
Staff was very helpful and polite. I went into the Bedroom section when I needed to be in the mattress section. The sales representative walked me over to the correct section and told the other sales representative what I needed. The purchase was a simple metal bed frame but on the heavy side. It was loaded into my car for me. I have not opened the box yet.

Employees were great! Very polite and knowledgeable. They helped us find exactly what we were looking for. We ended up getting new mattresses for the whole family. They are very affordable also. I would recommend this place to everyone!

We had a little issue in the beginning that was worked out.
But After driving for over 3 hours to this location, we had selected the mattress we wanted and in the middle of our transaction the salesperson answered a call that kept us waiting for awhile knowing we had to drive back home. We understand that there are only a few people that work there, I also work in customer service and know the people in front of you are more important than the one on the phone. The salesperson should have asked to return the call and finished dealing with us. He was knowledgeable and nice, but we felt he could have handled this a little differently.

My wife and I attempted to make a purchase at Yuma location twice. Once on 12/02/2021 and two weeks prior. The service was horrendous . We literally had to pry information out of the salesman. Not approachable at all. We felt like we were inconvenience to them. We were ready to purchase. I don’t think we will return. Its a shame since we applied for a Synchrony credit card to use at this facility.
