I bought Living room furniture, Family room furniture, Bedroom furniture and a mattress set. All 3 Salesmen were awesome. They each took their time with me to help me figure out exactly what pieces I needed for each room. I will definitely be buying from them again.

I have been a customer this Furniture Row for years. throughrout the years we have purchased furniture for every room in our house from Furniture Row. I prefer this location because of the service, staff and selection. I can count on the staff to be friendly and helpful. The quality of the furniture is great and I love the variety of styles. Andy was able to go out of his way to get us $200 dollars less for a queen size Tempur-Pedic mattress for my sick mother not just that the competitor was trying selling us a twin size for more.

Always Helpful

We have used Furniture Row many times over the years and the staff is always, helpful, friendly, and patient as we make our decisions. This time was no exception. We were looking for a couch to match the recliner that we had purchased about a year ago. The sales person knew exactly where to take us and gave us all of the information we needed. We wanted to look at a couple of other options just to be sure and he was happy to show us. We will continue to shop here because we always find exactly what we are looking for, at a great value, and with great service.

Excellent Customer Service

During a recent visit to Sofa Mart, we were greeted by Daniel who promptly proceeded to ask questions about our preferences in order to narrow down the selection to exactly what we were looking for. He did an incredible job of helping us pick out exactly what we were looking for. This is the fifth or sixth purchase we have made at Furniture Row over the years, and each product has been well made, affordable, and long lasting. Great place to shop for furniture!

New Furniture

After 32 years of having the same furniture my husband took me shopping (great surprise). Once at furniture row we met Noel who was an awesome help, pleasant to deal with. Very knowledgeable with the brands. Will definitely be buying more furniture.

Great Store and Best Shopping Experience

I've been coming to the store (west Wichita store, off of Kellog) for the past six months to make purchases. The past few times I've shopped, Jerry has been the one to help me and he delivers excellent customer service; very helpful, patient, and efficient. I'm impressed with each interaction I've had with him Most furniture stores I've been to pressure the customers into purchases with the "hard sell" approach and ask if you need help every five minutes. I love that the employees at Furniture Row greet customers upon entry, ask if you need help finding anything specific, and if not, will let you browse at your leisure without being intrusive. Every visit to Furniture Row has been a great shopping experience and I will continue to be a repeat customer!

Great Service

I purchased a beautiful bedroom set. The salesman / manager was very friendly and very knowledgeable of the products. He called and gave me updates on when the set was being shipped and called to let me know when it arrived. He called again to make sure that I was still happy with the purchase and if there was any problems to call and let him know.

Great selections and customer service

I came into the store and was greeted by Jerry. No pressure and asked if I had any questions. He pointed out the new high end leather sectionals available. Tried a lot of sectionals and finally found the one that I wanted at Sofa Mart. I went and looked at other furniture shops then returned to make my purchase because of the selection and quality.

My husband had back surgery and all we had at the house was a recliner. We stopped in and the sales person was very helpful and quickly helped us find what we were looking for - a chair that had support for my husband and the right color for our living room that we were redecorating. The sales person went above and beyond to get the chair to our house quickly. All this during the busiest holiday season of the year, Christmas. Thank you! We will definitely be back again.

Perfect Bed

We just purchased our first adjustable bed and mattress. We bought the Richmond mattress and love how firm it is and my wife does not feel me moving around at night. Wanted to buy an adjustable bed last year and decided to wait one year. Wish I would have bought it last year. I missed out on 365 better night sleeps.

Awesome sectional

Bought the Cloud II sectional. Was able to order it exactly the way I wanted the five pieces to be. The color and fabric are perfect for us. Sales staff was very helpful and even saved us more money. Very happy with the purchase and will buy some end tables soon.

New living room furniture

I stopped in Sofa Mart yesterday, Nov. 20th, to just look at options for furniture. I was not planning to buy an entire living room when I walked in. Brad was so helpful and helped me move pieces from other collections together for me to see all together. I was able to find an amazing living room set that is EXACTLY what my vision for my living room was. The Glenwood sectional is gorgeous, not your traditional L shaped sectional. The cuddler section will for sure be the spot everyone is going to want to be in! The hubby is going to LOVE the Winston push back recliner in a distressed faux leather. And the ottoman with matching faux leather will pull it all together! Brad was very professional, not pushy and was there whenever I had a question. While I wasn't planning to buy furniture, I fell in love and can't wait for it to arrive! This was a GREAT experience! Thank you!!

A dear friend, who was helping me organize my bedroom, decided that I needed a new dresser. We went to Furniture Row (our first time there) and were amazed at the huge selection. A friendly worker directed us to the right sized dressers with great knowledge about gliding drawers. I had no idea that there was such a thing! I was used to a cheap store version of dressers that you had to be careful not to stuff too full, lest the bottom of the drawer would pop out. Within a few minutes, we were able to choose a dresser that would fit perfectly and blend with the rustic theme of my bed. The only disappointment to the experience was that couldn't take the floor model with me that same day. When it arrived, however, I was thrilled! It's a pleasure to have drawers that glide open and don't stick! Not to mention the awesome organization of the drawers, thanks to my friend! I'm motivated to keep it tidy! I also repurposed the box it came in... turning it into a control panel for the inside of Dr. Who's TARDIS for a birthday party!

Great experience

Had a great experience. I was looking for kitchen island stools. I had checked all internet sites and other stores. Found exactly what I wanted. Rich looking of great quality and reasonable price. Best of all, they preferred to assemble them. The sales person went out of his way to be helpful but not appear pushy. He was surprised when I said I will take them now.

I stopped in to look around a couple of weeks before making my purchase. The staff were very friendly offering to help but let me browse around unbothered which was refreshing.
