Our sales representative was very helpful and professional. Shawn did not rush us in deciding on a product and gave us plenty of time to make a decision. He had knowledge of the items and move a coffee table over by end table so we could decide if color was compatible. We have bought several pieces of furniture and they are always great quality. Very nice experience.

I would recommend this store to anyone. Fantastic customer service. They have so many options to choose from that they didn’t feel pushy to just one option, but instead showed me multiple options that could fit my needs.

First if you are in need of a new mattress and you want a perfect sale and the best employe that Denver Mattress has, then when you enter the store, immediately ask for a gentleman who’s name is Joe. He sold me a mattress and took care of every detail I was needing and looking for. I went in blind, not knowing exactly what I was looking for other than a mattress. I am 58 and I have never bought a new mattress. Crazy huh?! I mentioned to Joe what I may be looking for in a mattress, told him my price what I’d like to keep close to and then Joes sales experience started to come out. I layed on about three different mattresses and ultimately chose the middle priced mattress. I was excited to have a nights sleep on the thing. They delivered it to me which went well. They showed up pretty easily, hey better than being late. So I had a minor issue with the mattress and I called Joe up and told him and he said. no problem I will make it right. I am a guy that doesn't like to have others do things for me but I sat back and felt good about having Joe do his magic. My minor issue was taken care of with no questions and I received the best professional care that was shown to me by Joe in the store. I recommend Denver Mattress and I highly recommend Joe if you are wanting a professional sales man on your side taking care of your order. Thank you Denver Mattress and thank you Joe for your professional help and really going above and beyond for your customers. P.S I love my mattress and have to a set an alarm to wake up everyday. I work second shift and usually have never had to set an alarm.

we are very happy with our matress! We loved the relax feel if Denver matress, we were able to browse the store without sales associates rushing us. When we had questions, someone was available to answer them. They were friendly, and have prices low to high. They also let you try out the matress you buy and can exchange it if you're not happy!

I enjoyed the no pressure sales of Rick Sanders. He was very pleasant to work with and I had the chance to look at several beds with him. I picked out the Doctors Choice with the adjustable base. I asked Rick if he could sell anywhere in Furniture Row but unfortunately he can't. I did send my brother in to Denver Mattress to buy from Rick. Very good salesman who cares about Customer Service, unheard of in todays market for sure.

The store location on Hoover Road in Wichita Ks is the best! Their customer service is exemplary. They meet their customers needs in every way possible. Tremendous help and value. I was politely listened to and given different options to look at and price factors to consider. I learned a little bit about mattresses and got exactly what I asked for in a firm mattress.

I have never been to Denver Mattress before this visit. The store was very clean and had a wide variety of beds to choose from. Our salesman "Jordan" was very helpful in finding the perfect mattress for me. My first experience with Denver Mattress was a good one and plan on coming back in the future.

We purchased a Madison king bed with the deluxe adjustable base. It’s very nice! We get great sleep and have plenty of room even with the dog on the bed. Our sales person, Rick, was very helpful - not pushy - gave us the information we needed to make an informed decision.

Rick was a very informed sales person and knew his product very well. We told him our needs and he was able to fit us with the perfect mattress. I would recommend him to everyone. It was a very pleasurable experience and no high pressure whatsoever.

I am not one for sales staff to approach before I even had a chance to view the product line. However, in this instance, it was for the better. I was approached by the manager who was extremely knowledgeable of his various product line. Through his assistance I was able to make an educated and satisfying decision on my purchase.

Our salesman, Lee, was knowledgeable and fun. he really took care of us. Prices were what we expected and delivery was prompt and professional. I will continue to recommend this place.

I was very apprehensive about shopping for a mattress since this is a first time purchase for me. I went in and spoke with Lee, he stayed with my price point and answered all my questions. My girlfriend and I have been talking about getting a new bed for awhile. We seen they had a sale going on and thought we would stop by. Their staff were very friendly and helpful. They had lots of sales and good deals going on. The staff helped us find an amazing bed within our budget. We went home with a Serta II plush matress that is amazing. I would recommend Denver Mattress if you are in need of a new bed for a good price!

Overall, my experience was splendid! Not only did they help me find the correct mattress and pillows for my body type. But they also honored the sale that I just barely missed. Which I was very thankful for, on top of the non pressuring customer service I received.

The sales person asked her many questions about her sleep habits before showing her several sets. We had a pleasurable experience looking for beds at Denver Mattress. After visiting another store in town that offered low, low prices, which when you got in the competitors store they were not low prices. We checked online reviews about Denver Mattress and entered their doors. Lee, our sales guy, was helpful but did not push us. We made the decision. These people were not pushy at all. I would go here the next time that we need a bed. Sales staff is really nice!

I was very impressed with our salesperson. He didn't try to sell us the most expensive mattress but listened to what we wanted and helped us fit our needs. When I went to pay, Dusty counted our money twice and then handed it back to me to count. He said I had over paid and wanted to see if we got the rsame amount. I appreciated the honesty. Cannot wait to get my mattress tonight!

My wife and I just bought our first brand new mattress together and we could not be more happy with this purchase! We loved the Doctors Choice and it was a great bed for a very good price; we went with the Euro Top bundle that came with a matress protector, pillows, and pillow cases.This bundle is a must as the Grand Vitae pillows are amazing! Also we got a great deal buying the bed on Labor day, can't beat that!

When it developed that the foundation was too high, it was easily exchanged for a low-profile foundation. I would strongly recommend your store and your product.

We were helped by Matthew, a very nice young man, and our experience was very good. We went to just look and try out and ended up buying a mattress and box springs.

I would recommend this place to everyone. Great customer service. They stand behind their product. We had problems with my boyfriend breaking down the side and edge of bed( about 2"). We got a new mattress- no questions ask. Then when it happened again-- they found the problem and got a second new mattress. Everyone was SO nice . My CSR's name is Dusty. What a lovely person he is. He didn't give me any spiel. At the beginning of the year I told him I was checking out mattresses for future reference for my daughter. I told him what she wanted, an affordable memory foam. Dusty took me straight to the Green mattress, gave me a pillow and said,"Try that out," and smiled. OMG the mattress was incredible. Dusty gave his card and told me to keep him in mind when I was ready. Last Saturday 08/13/2016, I took my daughter to buy a bed and try out the Green mattress. We spotted Dusty and he recognised me immediately and introduced himself to my daughter and asked if we wanted to try 'that' mattress again. My daughter loved it. I bought a great bed and the best mattress I've ever had. It makes a great change having someone like Dusty who listens to what's being said and delivers exactly what you're looking for. The quality of the mattress was luxurious and the price was even better. When I'm ready for a new mattress on MY bed, I know where I'm going.

My husband and I went to the store around 4:00 in the afternoon. We were greeted by Michelle who asked us what we were shopping for. We told her an adjustable king size bed. She immediately took us to the displays and began explaining all of the features and the comparisons of the Denver Mattress brand to name brands. She told us of the sale currently going on, what was including plus what else we would need. My husband had just completed a treatment for lung cancer so her efficiency was appreciated. She set up our delivery for the next morning. The 2 gentlemen that delivered were polite and worked hard. They reviewed the instructions with me. Overall, I was very pleased.

I went to Furniture Row yesterday to replace a bed in my guest room, and the sales associate was quick to show me two choices that would fit my comfort and budgetary requirements. Because she knew her products well, she could lead me to just the right bed in less than 5 minutes. It is scheduled for delivery in about an hour, and she was able to add the chair that I also bought yesterday to the same order, saving me additional delivery fees. I am very pleased with the help I received and the quality of the bed and chair I purchased.

The staff was friendly and helpful, no pressure. Good return policy, just in case something isn't just right. I will return for future purchase considerations. The only reason I didn't give all 5's is because I haven't had the new bed long enough to judge.

My husband and I were in need of a new mattress as ours was getting pretty uncomfortable due to age. Michelle Deppe helped us with our purchase. She was very knowledgeable about the product we were looking at and took the time to explain the differences in the styles of mattresses of the brand we were considering. She was also very patient with our two young children who wanted to "test" the mattresses as well. Have not used the product yet as we are waiting on it to be delivered. I'm hoping we will be satisfied as we decided on a Temper-Pedic!
