Madison Firm King
We bought this mattress after having the same mattress, previously named the Durango, and loving it. This time we bought it in the firm option. The first night we thought it might be too firm but by the second night we were happy with our choice. Would definitely buy again. Matt, our salesperson was awesome.

Excellent
Me and my husband walked in just to browse around. Chris came along and he was very helpful and delightful. He answered to all my questions provided feedback and asked what we werw looking for to make sure we found what we were needing. We were able to pick up what we needed that same day and got home to have a good nights rest. Definitely would recommend to others.

I was looking to replace an "older" pillow-top Mattress set. Denver Mattress was the 1st place I looked because it was close to home. I then checked other dealers for similar values on similar products. I ended up going back to Denver Mattress as I could not find any kind of similar value for a similar product. I was assisted by Matthew Lostroh (Assistant Manager) who was very friendly and helpful. He listened to my wants and set me up with the Doctor's Choice Total Sleep System. I was extremely pleased with the attention and service I was given and know (after checking around) I could not get the attention, service and quality I received at Denver Mattress. Great value and service
4 years ago my wife and I went in to furniture Row looking to buy a bed. We walked in and ended up buying not only a new bed but also a new leather sectional, and dinning room table and chairs. Service was great and products of good quality for the money. Just as of 3 months ago our bed had lost its firmness and was very uncomfortable to lay on. Denver mattress called me back and said thay wanted to make it right to us. They swapped out our mattress and upgraded us to a firmer model with no questions asked. Very happy with the customer service on this issue. We continental to love our couch and table to this day. Will always go back to furniture row and buy what ever we are looking for.

Amazing
First let me start by saying that our original Doctor's Choice mattress was amazing. We have never had an issue with it. A spring happened to break in our mattress. This was after 8 years. The response based on our warranty was amazing and Matt are sales person at Waterloo was most helpful. We actually came home with even a better mattress and upgrade based on his suggestions. I've only slept on the mattress once however both of us had a great night sleep and are eager to see what the future holds. Just a note we drove over 3 hours to pick up the exact brand of mattress that we had previously. Denver Mattress has a customer for life. If you are ever in Waterloo ask for Matt he is an excellent sales person.

I had a great experience while at Denver Mattress. I was able to test the softness of each mattress as well as a pillow. The employee answered all my questions about prices and was able to give me quotes on everything. I am so excited to get my new mattress and pillow!

When we bought or bed we were told that they would take away everything of the old bed when the delivery people got here we were informed that they would not take away the frame because it was metal. This is a problem for us as my Husband is handicapped and cannot do it himself had we been told this at the time of the sale we may have elected to go elsewhere to purchase our bed. My problem is we were not told this at time of purchase and I feel this was not very truthful by the sales person which happened to be the store manager. I feel that this should be addressed at the time of sale not when the delivery people come. We will not recommend you or purchase from you again.

Worst bed buying experience I have ever experienced. We were over charged for our bed they made it seem like they were refunding us $200 dollars but really they didn't send the frame and the set we payed for. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
