We went into the store looking for a foundation and bed frame. They did not have it in the store but helped us get it ordered for delivery. They were very friendly and we also tried out a couple of mattresses we were interested in buying in the future. All in all a great place to do business.

I recently purchased a Purple Hybrid 4 Premier mattress, with matching Purple sheet set, Purple fitted protected, and 2 Purple harmony pillows. Chris Grill was the salesman and manager in Waterloo IA that helped me throughout the entire process. and I have to say he was amazing to work with. he was honest about his thoughts on the products and I ended up with the best bed I’ve ever felt or slept on in my life. Every bit of my neck, upper back, mid back and low back pain is completely gone. and I’ve had this for years. he also got me set up with super prompt service. and I had my bed at my home the same day. if I had the cash, I’d be right back in that Furniture Row ready to buy more.

I had a great experience working with Phil at Furniture Row. He was so friendly and knowledgeable about the items I was interested in. The store has a huge inventory to shop from and the store is divided up so you can easily find the type of furniture you are looking for. I ended up purchasing a sectional and my son and I are so excited to get it. I had a great experience, so if you are shopping for new furniture, go take a look at their huge selection.

Seth the Manager

Never been a huge Furniture Row fan, but Seth the manager at the Waterloo store changed my mind. Seth went over and above to deliver a bed to my granddaughter's house to match her big sisters. Customer Service like this is hard to fine, I hope Furniture Row understands what a great employee they have.

Carson sofa

I bought the Carson sofa, chair and ottoman after looking at sofas for a year. I've had it for about 2 months and love it. The color is rich and the sofa and chair are so comfortable. I'm so happy with my purchase.

Best Customer Service

I bought a real leather power recliner called ‘The Cloud’ from Sofa Mart in Appleton Wi in 2014. It’s the best recliner I have ever owned and I am 70 years old. When I moved back to Cedar Falls, after having several surgeries, I used my chair in place of a bed. I could lay the chair flat or elevate the back and ‘waterfall style’ foot rest. It was the only way I was able to sleep without waking up with pain in the night. With everyday use, as both a bed and a chair, and four years later I needed to replace the motor and switch. After talking to Tim, the assistant manager at the Waterloo IA Sofa Mart, I felt like I just had the best customer service I have ever had. I am now handicapped and need several more surgeries. I need to continue using ‘The Cloud’ like a bed. Tim quickly found a motor and power switch, in the inventory room, and I was able to get a friend to replace all the parts that same day. Tim really exceeded my expectations and so did ‘The Cloud’, I will recommend all my friends and family to stop by Sofa Mart and talk to Tim for their next furniture purchase.

We were very pleased with the service we received!! Blake was our salesman!! He was very helpful explaining everything! Was not pushy what so ever. Needless to say it made a sale for the young man! The Quest for a Couch

I've been looking online and in store for a classy yet affordable group set for awhile now. I just happened to stroll in to Furniture Row Sofa Mart on my day off Tuesday with a friend who recommend I stop by as she purchased a sectional there a year ago. The employees asked if I needed assistance but let me independently shop without being too pushy. I found an amazing deal on a sectional, ottoman, and matching chair. I loved the selection and color choices! When it was time to purchase all of my questions were answered and the salesman was great at upselling warranties and cleaning products without making me feel pressured or scammed.

I'm so please with Furniture Row and their customer service. They have went over and above for my problems with my sofa with no problems to work with.I just love my sofa but after a period of time had some issues. They never gave me the run around they addressed the issues with no problems. And I would recommend Furniture Row to everyone. Thank you again for your service. I'm 100% happy.

No pushy salesmen

We stopped by several furniture stores this weekend just browsing. We were impressed at Sofa Mart that a salesman (Eric) greeted us and checked in a few times but wasn't pushy and didn't follow us around. The other sales people were not helicopters either which we appreciated. Eric sent us a thank you card also which was thoughtful. We will likely be in the market for new furniture soon and look forward to returning to Sofa Mart.

Great Experience

My boyfriend and I came here to look for a sectional that would possibly work for a home that we are looking at. The selection was not that big, we want a big sectional that is super comfy. We did find some that we liked but we were just looking. The service there was great. If we had a question a salesman was always close by to answer. Will definitely go back to buy our furniture.

another great experience :)

A couple months ago I stopped in for a sofa... correction... a PET FRIENDLY sofa! Eric pointed me in the direction of a great piece... the most pet friendly sofa carried in the store... then let me have my time to wonder around and look at other pieces. I ended up choosing a couple end tables, too! I went back in over New Years to shop the clearance room... once again Eric was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with! I work retail myself so I can really appreciate great service!! Well done Eric!! You have won this customer over!

ordering funiture at sofa mart

MY WIFE AND I WENT SHOPPING FOR A SECTIONAL SOFA , WE WERE GREETED BY OUR SALESMAN AND ALLOWED TO BROWSE , WE FOUND A SET WE LIKED AND THE SALEMAN DID AN EXCELLENT JOB OF ANSWERING ALL OF OUR QUESTIONS AND GIVING US ALL THE FACTS ABOUT THE PRODUCT - MUCH MORE INFORMATION THEN WE HAVE EVER RECIEVED AT OTHER STORES - HE ALSO HELED US WITH OPTIONS FOR CONFIGURING THE ROOM. WE CAME BACK THE NEXT DAY AND ORDERED THE PIECE AND ALSO ANOTHER PIECE. MY WIFE SAID WE HAD TO ORDER IT FROM HIM CONSIDERING HIS HELPFULNESS AND THE QUALITY OF THE PRODUCTS

Fine staff

Waterloo store was attractively arranged and items were arranged so that customers could easily maneuver throughout the floor. They carry a wide variety and the staff member who served us was professional, friendly, helpful, and patient. Although we did not make a purchase that day, we do plan to return to make a purchase later as we have one item chosen already. We are looking for a sofa for short people - did not find such an item.

One Stop Shop

I had several items to purchase for a new home I am purchasing and it was nice to get it all in one place. The selection was great and I found everything I needed and I purchased something in each store. I had looked around a lot too and the quality was the best for the money.

Nice staff and good selection.

Stopped with my sister- in-law to have a look around. This place was clean the staff was helpful and nice. I made a few small purchases and plan to make another purchase after our kitchen gets gets some work done after the first of the year. I was surprised at the amount they had to look at on the show room floor, We also went thru the living room furniture and were impressed with the selection on that side also. Overall had a good experience.

Sectional

I went to quite a few different furniture places, but none equaled out to furniture row. I went back twice to look at the same sectional and ended up with my first choice. Tim was the second salesman I spoke to and he was awesome to work with. Very helpful and made sure we got the best price (Thanksgiving discount) The sectional I choose was by far nicer then other places and was the cheapest. I would recommend furniture row to anyone looking for a great price for their purchase.

New furniture, great service and products

I bought new couch, loveseat, table and chairs a few years ago. I have great service, table showed up scratched which I reported and within a few weeks I had a replacement. Great service. I am now looking for new bedroom furniture, which I am planning to return to furniture row due to previous great service and products! I have recommended to several friends who have also purchased.

Amazing!

My fiancé and myself were originally going to get a sectional couch at slumberland until we stopped by sofa mart. They had so many choices and were all affordable as well! We found a couch we wanted online and both employees went online to accommodate our needs to make sure the couch would arrive as soon as possible! The employees were very personable and knew little facts about almost every couch! Highly recommended!

Awesome shopping experience

Shopping at Furniture Row had always been a good experience when we lived in Arkansas. Once living in Iowa; We were not aware that we would have to drive from Des Moines to Waterloo. Since we were familiar with the service and quality of shopping at a Furniture Row, we knew we had to make the drive. We were not disappointed. The store was so easy to shop with the beautiful layout and the variety of furniture made the experience such a positive one. Our salesman Eric was so helpful. Cannot wait until our new sofa arrives.

Great furniture at affordable prices

I've been to several furniture stores after our home remodel and the sales people at Furniture Row were very helpful answering questions and finding the furniture pieces we needed. Excellent Quality

I haven been purchasing furniture from Sofa Mart for 7 years. I have 3 children and my selection all, sofa and love seat are all in great condition despite my children using them as trampolines. Specifically my sectional is beige and microfiber. I have had everything from red juice to ice cream and puppy accidents; I have never had an issue removing the stains or odor and you cannot tell they anything was ever spilt. The employees are very helpful and knowledgeable about the items they are selling. They have never been excessively persistent and they don't hover which are huge pluses. I highly recommend purchasing from Sofa Mart for your affordable and high quality items.

Excellent Buying Experience

Decent selection. Salesman, Eric, was great. Not overbearing, as some salesmen can be. Introduced us to himself & the store, showed us a few pieces & allowed us to browse freely, yet remained within eyesight, for easy inquiry about offers, etc. Decent price for excellent quality. Great warranty. Definitely worth taking the time and going to this store!

Horrible customer service. Store manager was rude, obnoxious and lazy. We have a problem with a chair we bought 3 months ago and they do not stand behind their products. The lazy store manager wanted me to make phone calls to set up a time to repair this chair rather than they replace the chair that is defective. Apparently, too much work for her. Will never purchase from them again.
