From the moment we walked in, she was warm, engaging, and genuinely interested in helping us find exactly what we needed without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. Her patience and professionalism stood out immediately, but what really set her apart was her joyful energy and constant smile.Tatum took the time to explain every option clearly, answered all of our questions thoroughly, and made what can often feel like a chore into an easy, even enjoyable experience. She treated us like people, not customers — and that’s rare these days.It’s clear she genuinely cares about her work and her customers, and that pride shines through in every interaction. Denver Mattress is lucky to have someone like Tatum representing them. She’s the kind of employee that keeps customers coming back — and the kind that absolutely deserves to be rewarded for her excellence.
