I spent a long time looking for a new mattress and I'm glad I decided to stop by this store. I had been thinking about buying a mattress online, but that seems such a hassle to return if I didn't like it. I also went to another chain mattress store and the mattresses were all crazily overpriced, but they seemed to have rebated or coupons. It was like you had to negotiate on a mattress price, and I hate that. So I ended up stopping at Denver Mattress and I'll buy all of my mattresses here from now on. Their mattresses are well priced and they have a good selection in the store. There was a salesman Jacob, who helped me buy my mattress and he was really great. He was attentive when I had questions, but gave me space when I wanted to just lay on a bed for a while to test it. I really appreciated that because I don't like to be crowded when I shop. He also didn't try to badger me into making decisions or buying something out of my price range. I got one of their doctor's choice mattresses and so far I love it. It's exactly what I wanted and it was delivered really fast. I would recommend anyone buy their new mattress here.

Sleeping at night had become a distant memory of my younger years until I bought a Denver Mattress. It’s made a huge difference in my health and I look forward to sinking under my covers on my comfy mattress at night. Andy, thank you for helping me find the perfect mattress.

Mattress shopping is one of the things I normally cannot stand to do, and so when my husband pulled into Denver Mattress on the way to lunch, I wasn’t thrilled. However, the salesperson that greeted us, Amanda, completely changed my mind about mattress shopping! By asking us a few simple questions about our needs, she was able to hone in on the perfect mattress for our guest room. The process was light-speed fast with her expertise; she really knows what she is doing and she is very personable and fun. Additionally, the price we got was amazing, and we also picked up a few excellent pillows and a mattress cover. The mattress was delivered a day later (no extra charge) and on time. We are very impressed by the quality of the Denver product (Doctor’s Choice mattress) and Amanda’s professionalism, expertise, and efficiency. I’m actually looking forward to going back to Denver to replace another mattress. We highly recommend Denver Mattress and Amanda!

I ordered a mattress on line and they told me that the delivery days to holiday island were monday, wed and friday. The internet reps were wrong. After not being called to set up the delivery for a friday, I called the store and spoke with Brandon. He was so helpful. He tried to set up the appt to get my mattress on thursday and for some reason it was not scheduled. I then called and spoke with Amanda (store Mgr). She was very helpful as well and made sure that i got my mattress today 8/6. I said at first i would not refer to this store i am changing my mind. this store went way above what they should have done. The managers were great. Next time i will go to the store to do an order. When we finally decided to replace our old mattress, we visited Denver Mattress because of the large selection of mattress they have on display. Amanda Barrow was very helpful to us in making our selection. She was very patient with us, answered all of our questions, and never pressured us to buy.

Denver Mattress! Who knew?! Before my purchase...I shopped all over Northwest Ar, as well as Amazon and other online retailers ! I found exactly what I was looking for at a great price! The sales associate, Amanda B. at the Springdale location was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly! All of the pandemic protocols were respected! Great experience!

We've been Denver Mattress customers for years for a reason. We both have customer service backgrounds, so our "feelers" are a bit sensitive and expectations high. We fear the service, expertise, patience, and professionalism we enjoyed with Andy on our recent visit means she'll be promoted and moved further away from our already long distance to the store. Her infectious customer relations skills, full product knowledge and compassionate work ethic should be used as a model for training, company wide. 6 stars. Put us down as very happy customers. P.S. Last night was the 1st in recent memory that I slept in one position. That speaks volumes about the quality of the mattress we brought home. Thank you, Andy.

Amanda the manager is awesome I wrote a review and accidentally said a couple of words that came out spelt wrong so I'm going to rewrite this I want the Northwest Arkansas to know that this store has got the best manager around. normally mattress shopping is very tedious and not my favorite thing to do, when I came in and was greeted by Aaron it was already better than most experiences I’ve had at a mattress store, Aaron was very attentive to all my needs but wasn’t pushy while I was making a decision. i was just looking at the moment but Aaron took care of me as if I were buying. 10/10 store and 10/10 salesman, definitely will be back to buy my mattress and definitely recommend asking for Aaron to take care of you mattress needs!

Purchased a Tempur-Flex Elite mattress and adjustable base (actually a split-king and 2 adjustable bases) after looking at multiple mattresses. Our salesman was Jacob - he answered all our questions, was very knowledgeable & extremely helpful, and very patient. I highly recommend this store - and suggest that you ask for Jacob. :)

Everyone was accommodating and friendly. I was in a wheelchair and they made sure I had room to move around and look. Brianna was great she brought me a coffee and made sure I had help if I wanted to try out any of the sofas. We will be going back.

First of all let me start off by saying this... if you're looking for a new mattress there's no need to go to 5 other stores to do so. Eddie at Denver mattress in Springdale took great care of my wife and I. We spent days looking for a new mattress. When I walked in I was impressed on how clean and sharp the store looked (something that I didn't see at other mattress stores while shopping). As soon as I walked in Eddie greeted us with a big smile and asked how we were doing today. My wife was very pushy at first due to bad expirences at a few of the other stores, so she asked if we could have some time to look around. Eddie responded with "absolutely guys, feel free to look around and kick your feet up, I'll check in on you guys in a few minutes. After 5 minutes or so he came back asked if we had any question (which we did) at this very point my wife and I were really WOW'ed. Eddie had so much knowlede regarding all the mattresses he sold and about his competition. He did a test on us which he said would help determine which mattress provides the best proper support and we ended up choosing a Doctors choice Elite firm. I waited about 2 months before writing this review I really wanted to give the mattress a good try to give my honest feed back. All I can say is this is by far the best money I have ever spent and being able to watch tv in my bed by reclining my ergo foundation up and turning the massage is amazing. A huge thank you to Eddie Alonzo for making this expirence a good one. I will definitely come back and send my friends that way.

My visit was very easy. The sales associate let me take my time and was purchasing my mattress fast. They load the mattress into the back of the truck and tied it down. Will return for future purchases.

The people are awesome! We haven't received our beds yet, because we are building a house, and they said they would hold them as long as we needed them to which is so helpful. Furniture Row mattresses are excellent quality and I will never shop anywhere else!

On September 19th I went on location and purchased a Custom Cuddler Sectional. I have a family of six, and we need a big couch. I was told it could take up to 12-14 weeks to receive my order...which I told the person helping me would not be good. They assured me that it could take that long, but normally it would be around 5 weeks. We decided it was worth it. Hoping for 5 weeks, but we would deal with mid December as the latest option. By November and 2 payments in....we hadn't received any communication in any form even though they had our number, and email, and address. So I reached out. They sent me a text that the 14 mark week would be December 20th. When December 20th had come and gone...I reached out and they said December 30th. When December 28th arrived and no one had called to schedule delivery......I reached out and was told that my NEW ETA was late January. I tried to cancel my order so I could go by my family a couch, but they refused because it's custom. I asked why they couldn't bring it. It's because it's not ready. Ok then...I'll cancel it. Nope. They offered to let me have a loaner. However if anything happened to the loaner I would have to pay for it. (I have four kids...something will happen...so I declined.) She did say that it would probably arrive sooner, but I could speak to the Manager if that would help. I asked if he could get it to me sooner. She said no...so I declined to talk to the Manager. I reached out AGAIN today to see if any updates had been made. Nope. The ETA is January 25th. Being held hostage by a company that prides itself on caring for the family, and offering no sympathy or real solutions...is disappointing. They have offered nothing to help us deal with the real reality that our seating is far too small for our family, and their timeline is completely unrealistic. 20 weeks (maybe, they could change the ETA again) is completely unprofessional. Me having to make every effort...and them none....completely unprofessional. Just giving everyone a heads up.
