My purchase experience started off a little rough, but the sales staff at the North Little Rock location were AMAZING!! I had issues checking out online, and they walked me through it over the phone. Then, when there were issues between the warehouse in Denver and the store, they kept me informed. My item was going to take longer to arrive, so they even delivered a loaner bed frame to use with my mattress until the frame I ordered was delivered. Once that happened, they delivered my frame and picked up the loaner ON MY SCHEDULE. They even checked in again after the fact to make sure i was completely satisfied. My bed is gorgeous, was super easy to assemble, and is so comfortable! I'll definitely be back for more items!

the reason we keep coming back is their prices AND Benjamin. He’s the best salesman!! He’s there when you need him but he doesn’t hover. He answers questions but then lets you shop. My 2 purchase with him have been seamless.

we went into the store looking to replace couch and loveseat. We spoke with Bryan explaining what we need and our budget we had to work with. He showed many options and worked until we were comfortable with what we were spending and very happy with purchase. I purchased my recliner sofa at Furniture Row, November 2024. my salesman was Justin. I had recently moved to Arkansas. The selection, quality of furniture, and accessories in one location is amazing. I highly recommend shopping here. Justin was very knowledgeable of all the furniture brands, the manufacturing processes, and was pleasant to work with. I compared their products with other stores before purchasing. on my third visit I purchased the product I wanted. Justin was always pleasant each time I returned. the delivery was also on time, professional assembly, and they cleaned up afterwards. This company is a total class act! 5 stars all the way!

He would come over when he saw us looking at something to point out a special feature which was fun! Nick very knowledgeable, very friendly, and very helpful. We purchased a leather sofa a few months ago & knew it would take this long to get it in. It was delivered yesterday & I cannot say enough great things about the two men who delivered our sofa. They were on time, (almost to the minute), very personable/friendly, took care with getting the sofa off the truck, (there was no lift on the truck & it was quite a bit off the ground) & placed it neatly in our garage. I love the sofa, but in all my 67 years, I have never come across a nicer, professional 2 guys, who were on time, than those 2 yesterday. Thank you Furniture Row.

We spent most of the day looking at furniture stores around Sherwood and North Little Rock. We even went to several of them twice. We were looking for a couch and recliner or a sectional. We ended up back at Furniture Row for a second time. Lexi greeted us the first time in the store, and also the second time. Lexi was very helpful in helping us make a decision. We decided to purchase a couch and recliner to best fit the space in our living room. Lexi even told us about the protection plan they offer. With two kids, eight and under, we opted for the protection plan. The protection plan is for five years and also includes a variety of cleaning products. Free refills on the cleaning supplies for five years as well. The Memorial Day weekend sale included 100.00 off our purchase because we spent over 1,000.00. we even qualified for free delivery. While the couch and recliner are scheduled to arrive in September, Lexi advised she would keep us updated about the status of our order. Thank you Furniture Row for a pleasant experience.

Nice people, great selection!

Clint, was the manager who waited on us. Could not have asked for a more friendly and helpful guy! Very professional and did not push us to buy, let us look around first. Found the furniture we wanted and was very pleased! Was also very pleased when we learned they would be delivering it the next day. Will definitely go back there again for any of my future furniture purchases! Good people, lots of choices!

Great Customer Service

I went into the store looking for a piece of furniture to hold my television set. Semaj approached me upon entering the store and I told him what I was looking for. He showed me several pieces then he said "I think I have exactly what you are looking for", He was right, it was the perfect piece for me! He was extremely helpful, kind and courteous. I went into the Furniture Row Store to purchase a New Mattress and Chest for my home. OMG the sale Person Paul was very helpful and informative on the bedding which help me make a shopping experience Awesome. I did not purchase the chest as I previously stated I changed my mind after seeing the beautiful area rug in the Sofa Mart Store. I just purchased some accessories from Furniture Row. First of all the store is amazing. As soon as you walk in you are greeted and consistently asked if you need assistance. You are never alone to make an informed decision about what purchase will fit your needs. The staff are friendly and they have a selection that will fit the every budget.I am single mom so budgets are very important to me. I was very satisfied with the service I received at Sofa Mart at the Landers Road, North Little Rock, Arkansas location. My sales person was Sharon Wakefield. I am a widow and Sharon took her time with me. I had an idea what I wanted since I saw the sofa on your website. She took me to it and I tried it out. After looking at other sofas, I knew this was the one, but I still wanted to make sure. She gave me a printout with all the details and her card. There was no high pressure. After looking around for a day or two, I went back to Sofa Mart knowing I was going to get the sofa. When I went in, she immediately greeted me by name. This impressed me. I looked again at the sofa and she helped me pick out a coffee table to go with the sofa. The price for both items was within my range and I am very satisfied. After paying for the items, a delivery date was set up and she explained she would call me the night before and give me the time frame and when I asked that the delivery people call me when they were 30 minutes out, she also put that on the delivery instructions. I am very satisfied with my experience, will be making future purchases there and will definitely recommend Sofa Mart to friends who are looking to purchase items they have at their store. A very rewarding experience.

Our salesman was Trey and he did a great job. We purchased our Lincoln Manor bedroom suite over the phone, so he did all of our foot work for us. We needed to insure that our mattress with a mechanical base would fit, and he measured it for us plus sent pictures. He was quick to return our calls, and very polite:)! We highly recommend Trey as a salesman.

Had a great experience. We found a huge selection and were surprised because we have driven by the location and never gone in to shop. We had been to 6 or 7 stores in Little Rock and 2 stores in North Little Rock before discovering Furniture Row.

BEST DECISION MADE

Walked into this store, feeling discouraged. Found what I liked, but it was sold. Asked if it was possible to get another one, and they were able to get me a Queen bed and the chest to match. The Sales Associate Omar and Ben were great as well!! Pay them a visit and ask for Omar or Ben.

Amazing Customer Serivice

Our salesperson was great. She greeted us as soon as we entered the store. She let us know what the store specials were. Then she left us to find the perfect sofa set. There was a great selection to choose from and we found the perfect set for our living room. We even bought an extra futon for our kid's room because the value was so good.
