We had to replace our Purple mattress in a hurry (family coming over). I called several places and was out of stock. When I called, Lucas answered. He was quick to answer all questions including mattress dimension (pick up in hatchback car, raining). Lucas went the extra mile and provided excellent customer service.

Brandon Jones was remarkable. he listened to all our needs and helped us pick the right product!!

Jacob was given a hard sell. I came in with a budget. He explained the differences between Memory Foam and Coil mattresses within my price range. I tested each bed within my budget and was satisfied with the quality for my dollar. Jacob shared great tips on extending the mattress life, protection, and care. He suggested the best sheet type for my coil spring mattress purchase and offered to sell me a set in-store. He was very thorough and pleasant.

I called prior to going to the store and discussed what I was looking for. I'd looked online and found what I thought I wanted but I wanted to test it out. While I was waiting for the associate I talked with, I tried several mattresses. Glad I did because I found a different mattress that met my specific concerns. It was a little more, but well worth it. I look forward to many years of good sleep on the mattress. All of your associates at this store were very considerate and professional.

The store was clean, the staff was professional and the mattress are excellent. We were greeted as we came into the store. The salesman was helpful, answered our questions and offered helpful advice. I bought a mattress from Denver mattress 10 years ago and had the same wonderful experience.

Went in to look at sectional sofas and was helped by Brian. Great service and purchased a great sofa, then bought a mattress from Paul and the service was equally great!! Will shop here again. Highly recommend!!

I needed new mattresses and decided to shop on Memorial Day weekend for a good deal. Walked into the Denver Mattress Store in Furniture Row in North Little Rock, AR and was greeted immediately by Paul. I told him I wanted new Denver matresses because I missed the 15 year old one I gave up about 4 years ago when I got a new mattress made by a different company. He had me describe what my old Denver mattress was like and then told me they didn't make that exact one anymore (I almost started crying) but that the Doctor's Choice was the new version of my old mattress. I tried out more than one Doctor's Choice until I found the one that was "juuust right!" Joy! Paul gave me a great deal! My mattresses were delivered. I love the mattresses, the mattress covers, the pillows, and the pillow covers. The first night on my new mattress I overslept! I love everything about Denver Mattress Company from their products to their employees who are knowledgeable and patient and helpful! Thank you Paul!

The staff at this store is nothing short of friendly. The selection is at least as good as the other mattress stores around, but their prices are better. I am looking forward to my new bed being delivered in a couple days.

I recently went into the store and inquired about a good mattress as I had bought one here before. The salesman pointed me to the ones he thought I would be interested in after asking what I wanted in a mattress. He knew exactly the ones I wanted and was so very helpful but not pushy.

We purchased a mattress set & were very pleased with the service we received. There was not a lot of pressure to buy or to buy a more expensive product. The salesman was more interested in helping us find what was comfortable to us. We're extremely impressed with the cooling mattress pad, purchased separately. Well worth the investment.

My wife and I came to the North Little Rock location to replace our old memory foam mattress and box spring, which we discovered had developed black mold while in storage. Our initial desire was to upgrade to a Sleep Number bed, but the prices for what we wanted were astronomical (especially considering some of the negative reviews we read about the products that suited our needs). However, while searching we stumbled upon the Furniture Row and Denver Mattress websites and were amazed by how we could get what we were looking for, and save anywhere from two to three thousand dollars. The main concern was that the store would not have what we saw online, but to our surprise we saw exactly what we were looking for as soon as we walked through the door (a little to the left, of course). We selected the Green Choice Bliss mattress with the complete sleep package along with the Ergomotion 330 Series adjustable base. Keep in mind, one of my concerns about owning an adjustable bed came from the reviews I read about Sleep Number's FlexFit 3 in which the massage setting is loud, and the upright position puts you out of reach from your nightstand. Not the case with this product as the feature description shows that all of these concerns were taken into consideration during development. Overall rating for product and value is that I am 100% satisfied. Moving on to the quality of service we received at the store. The salesman that met us upon entering, Paul (I hope I got that right, I don't have his card in front of me, but he had a beard, and he's from San Antonio if that helps) was super helpful with showing all of the product features and financing without being the slightest bit pushy. At the end of the day my wife and I left the store feeling like we got the best product to suit our needs, and like I said earlier, we saved thousands of dollars compared to what we would have spent for essentially the same thing with Sleep Number. I would recommend this store to any of my friends or anyone looking for quality furniture at a reasonable price.

A very pleasant experience with staff, I knew what I wanted when I walked in the door and was taken directly to the mattress I wanted to test. Other options were politely offered, but no high pressure sales tactics, Very satisfied with my purchase.

Although my new bed has not yet been delivered the shopping and purchase experience were exceptional.

Sales people were great in helping us pick out a great, affordable mattress. We have not had the opportunity to sleep on it yet but I am sure we will get a better nights rest on our new mattress.

Chose the Durango firm had it marked down to 624.00 and bought Hercules frame also got out back to load bedding up and noticed it had a large amt. Of human hair,pet hair whatever..went back in to store and asked if this mattress was given to someone else and the guy that loaded the bedding out was nodding his head yes! And the salesman was looking dumb founded after coming to look at mattress!! All of a sudden they wanted to fix the problem but the Durango wasn't on sale anymore!!! It's regular price 899 if u don't want the animal,or human hair...it was late and I had a little ways to drive..so I took off but the more I thought abt it the mattress is going. Back!!
