love this store!! Jeremy Riopelle was excellent...helped my friends so much.

We received great service in our Lubbock store from all Furniture Row stores and Denver Mattress. All of the associates were very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I’m so appreciative that they let us browse without bothering us while we made our selections. This will be our go-to store for our home furnishing needs!

They were very patient with me.. and helped meto find the perfect mattress for my daughter and me.

I have been to every furniture store in Lubbock and this was the best service, by far. I do not like being hounded and followed by customer service and this place allowed me to look but was there to answer any of my questions. Marisa was great with listening to us and making suggestions on a mattress. She was nice and let us make the decision on which mattress was best for us. We were able to sit and feel all the couches and decide which one we wanted without team members right behind us as well. We will be buying a couch next month as well. Loved it all around!

Marisa in the Lubbock TX store was amazing! She knew the products very well and it showed how knowledgeable she was about everything from mattresses to sheets, and everything in between! Not only was she informative and helpful, she was personable and we enjoyed laughing with her. She was a relatable human being while also providing a high quality purchasing experience. I can’t wait to get my new mattress. I got a great deal and Marisa helped me make the best decision for my needs.

We really wanted a new mattress after sleeping in a bed that was 13 years old. We talked with Diana, and we honestly spent 2 hours laying in different beds. She would check in on us from time to time, but we enjoyed guiding us to the different bed selections that were available. She helped guide us to different mattresses and different things we enjoyed and wanted in our future bed. It was a simple process and she even helped quote us a price for worst and best case scenario. I couldn't have asked for someone who would take the time to make the experience so easy and simple to go through. She printed us of a quote and after going to different stores, found the best price was here and made it simple in order to complete the process to finish the purchase. We are awaiting our new bed that we look forward to enjoy the best sleep of our lives!

Having back issues and my mattress was past due to be replaced. I was recommended Denver Matress by my Sister, so I went to DM. I was greeted by Jim Bob and I explained my issues. Jim Bob was knowledgeable on mattresses and sleeping in general. I find out later that Jim Bob worked on commission, but he was not pushy or trying to Up sale me. Jim Bob actually was empathetic to my concerns and wanted to make sure I was best fitted with the right bed. I found a adjustable platform with bed( jim bob's recommendation on mattress). I had bed delivered and set up, delivery personnel was prompt courteous and efficient. Tonight is my second night with my bed and I actually excited to come home and chill on my new bed. I give 5 Stars to both Denver Mattess and Jim Bob(yes that's his real name)

The staff (worked with Marisa) was knowledgeable and her excellent excellent customer service led to an easy buying experience. We shopped around and found a better deal so Marisa held to DM's price match guarantee and knocked off an additional $100. They weren't too keen on the additional $100, but the held up to their end of he bargain. Overall, it was a pleasure shopping experience. We are so excited to receive our new bed and adjustable base!!

We were needing a new bed for my family. Denver Mattress Co. was our first stop. Usually we check out products and try the next store to compare the prices. Here at Denver Mattress that didn't happen. As soon as we walked in we got greeted right away. The lady there was very helpful and professional. She wasn't pushy at all. She got to know how we are as people and we got to know her as well. I could of sworn by the time we left with our new bed it was like if we had known each other for a while. I very much recommend this store.

I moved to Lubbock to start grad school at TTU. Meanwhile, I had never been here before, and literally everything was new to me. I came to the Denver Mattress Co. to buy a bed, and the service in this store was incomparable. Not only did I receive great customer service in choosing the right bed, but I was educated on the benefits of the mattress and pillow working together, and overall it was a very reasonable purchase deal. And not only that, but the sales rep was more than happy to explain local culture, give me directions to other stores I needed to go to, and even offered that I call him whenever I need any help navigating life in Lubbock. It was very unexpected, but I felt much more welcome in Lubbock after my visit at Denver Mattress Co.

I was looking for a mattress yesterday and was greeted immediately by a gentleman named Jeremy. I am not the type of person that likes to listen to the sales pitch so I explained to him exactly what type of pain I experience with mattresses and what I was looking for. He got right down to it and showed me a mattress that felt perfect. I am beyond excited to have this mattress in my place soon! He was able to help me find a deal that was good for me and in my price range. And I was literally in and out of the door within 30 minutes. Going into buying a mattress can be overwhelming but he made the experience painless and positive.

This store has a wide selection of mattresses, their staff is friendly, courteous and very knowledgeable and they don't do the hard sell routine with you. Their prices are very competitive. In our case we found them to be the best in town. They will be our first and probably our only choice when we need or want to buy another mattress set. We highly recommend them to anyone shopping for mattresses.

I've shopped at Furniture Row before, but this was my first time shopping for a mattress. It was a lot easier than I expected. In all my trip took around thirty minutes with me hauling my Buena Vista mattress out of the store and into my home. I couldn't ask for a better mattress and more convenient service.The quality and service there is very good.

We went to Denver Mattress in hopes to replace our dated bed, the sales rep was prompt and helpful in answering all our questions and helping us pick the proper bed for us! Great customer service!

Jeremy Mendez was a delight to work with. He is very knowledgeable about all the mattresses and even gave me time to think about what I wanted without pressuring me! Went in looking for a standard King waterbed frame to go on our existing Cal-King 12 drawer underdresser. Didn't find anything then started browsing Matteresses. Jeremy asked if he could help and told him what we were trying to do, Have a Cal-King water bed frame and were wanting to go to regular mattresses and get off the waterbeds (2 of them). He wanted to know if they had to be the same type of mattresses. Not particularly, as long as they were comfortable. He had two Cal-King mattresses that they were discounting 75%, a Tempurpedic Cloud Breeze and a Sterns & Foster Temple estates. We bought both for what we would have paid for the Sterns and Foster Mattress anywhere else in town

We had shopped around to several different businesses that carried the Tempur-Pedic mattresses but because of the exceptional service that we received at Denver Mattress we choose to purchase ours there. Outstanding!

Loved the understanding and help given to my elderly mother by your helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. Our salesperson was very sweet to my mother offering her use of a step stool, letting her see how a mattress protector would feel, and being very patient with her. Great selections for a new mattress with good value and prices.

Mike Millner in bedroom expressions has mastered the art of sales. What do I mean by the above statement? You see...when I walked into the store...When Mike looked at me, he did not see dollar signs. My first impression of him is here is a young man who is open, professional, husband, dad and a man with a moral compass. He answered all of my questions easily, effortlessly and naturally. He was quick and effecient looking up answers that he did not have at the tip of his tongue. Most impressive was he was not a salesman at all. He became a friend and I only buy from friends. We talked about politics in which we have the same views. We talked about sports with emphasis on golf and playing in Ruidoso, New Mexico. Talking about golf led into to talking about our great dads. I really like Mike and when it is time to move into my new home...I'm calling Mike. All I remember about Marisa is that she has a great smile. She is courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and is the first woman who sided with me over my female friend who brought me into Denver Mattress. She is married and that made me feel comfortabl and she spent most of her time with Bernice, my female friend and that freed me up to visit with Mike. Thank You, Marisa! Marisa has earned my business when I move into my new bachelor pad. Whooohoooo!!!
