My partner and I just moved in together and have found sleeping together on my queen bed to be a challenge. We were wanted to upgrade to a king, but were nervous about pricing and being overwhelmed with options and financing. After having Denver Mattress suggested to us, we headed over on a Monday night an hour or so before the location closed. Joe, the manager, was extremely friendly, knowledgable, and patient with us (he stayed a bit after closing time to make sure our process was wrapped up, but also not rushed). He also put up with more than one awkward and bad mattress joke from my partner. After we selected a mattress we decided to go with the complete set which included the pillows, pillow covers, and a mattress cover to protect our investment. Joe was helpful in helping my partner select a pillow perfect for his alignment as he was torn between two. The financing process was simple and we were grateful to hear that if for some reason our mattress doesn't end up suiting us, we can refund or exchange it for up to a year after our purchase. We were also thrilled to hear that Mattress Firm will pick up and discard my current mattress upon delivery of the new one. July 1st delivery can't come soon enough for us! Keep up the great work! Best experience ever. I just purchased a bed from Conner in Longmont. Can't say enough great things about him. very knowledgeable, patient,understanding. I went in not knowing what I wanted. He walked me thru and explained to me very well the difference in mattress. I would never go anywhere else for a bed. Joe was amazing! We had such a wonderful experience in selecting our bed and our pillows! Who would of thought that there were little tests to go through to ensure you have the correct feel!

First mattress I've bought in a very long time, Nathan was a great help in whittling down the choices. So far enjoying the mattress very much, my back feels better in the morning. There are several choices for box spring/platform size, the first one delivered was way too tall so had to have an exchange which was done quickly and cheerfully.

We originally bought a Doctor's Choice from Denver Mattress and we've had this mattress for 8 years now with minimal dips from body signature and still very comfortable. Four years ago we decided we wanted a king size so we bought a high end Simmons Beautyrest from a different company and now have to replace this mattress (4 years old!!! Horrible!!!) due to extreme dips in the bed causing major back pains for both my wife and I (we are only 31 years old and aren't big or heavy people). We came in to Denver Mattress and worked with Nate recetly, and he was an amazing sellsman who was very professional, courteous, and informative!! We are having our mattress delivered this week so we are anxiously awaiting our new bed ( Doctors Choice Elite Plush)! We bought the pillows to go with the bed and those alone have already made a big difference in comfort (this is even with our super uncomfortable bed with large dips that we have to replace). One last thing, other companies fail to mention that you need to have a waterproof mattress cover to not void you warranty! Denver Mattress says they stand behind their warranty 100℅ which is awesome and they also provide the package deal that comes with everything you need to make sure you are covered (we now have size specific pillows to suite our preference and waterproof breathable covers for our mattress and our pillows)! Now if it does happen to sag, Denver Mattress has us covered under the great 15 year warranty. After our more than disappointing experience with another company and a dissapointing Simmons mattress we will only shop and own Denver Mattresses from now on! My family and I walked into the store knowing we wanted a plush King mattress. We were greeted promptly and asked how we could be helped. We were shown all of the plush King options. We were able to quickly decided on a fabulous mattress! Our salesman was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Check-out process was quick and easy. Our salesman went the extra mile to get delivery set-up for the next morning, he called us when he arrived at the store the next morning to let us know what time the mattress would be delivered. We love our mattress and are very satisfied with every step!!

I was in the market for a new mattress and my friend had referred to me this store as she has great experiences in buying two mattresses at this location previously. My friend explained that Denver Mattress makes their own mattresses cutting down on the middle man price. She also explained the great experience she had with the sales people helping her find the right bed. I took her advice went to this store. Unknowingly, I arrived 30 minutes before the store was closing but the salesman, Zach, was great. He didn't ever make me feel rushed because the store was closing. He also did not make me feel like he wanted to close a quick deal either. He spent time with me narrowing down the type of mattress for me by explaining in detail the options but also by allowing me the time to feel the fit for myself. I ended up buying a bed that night. I offered to come back the next day as it was just about closing time. Zach offered to stay past closing so I didn't have to come back the next day (which is what I wanted). I had a great experience at this store and am thankful my friend recommended that I go there!

We went in for a cheap guest room mattress and ended up with a Denver Mattress Elite bed for us. Joe was the best! Helpful and not in the slightest pushy.

Joe was very helpful, relaxed and easy to work with. We had not been mattress shopping in years and he made the process very simple.

I came in needing a bed for a guest that is coming this week. Joe was super helpful and was able to answer all my questions. It will be delivered in plenty of time. I visited 4 stores in town and none compare. I plan to replace another bed soon and I will be getting it from your store.

I really like this store. Joe was not pushy at all. I had to make up my mind as this was a big purchase. Other stores would call and bug me and I didn't like that at all. So if you want a stress free shopping this is the store to come in and get the facts and be treated nice.

We were in the market for 2 new mattresses.. Sales person was extremely helpful in helping us find the correct mattresses.. He was helpful but not 'In your face pushy' which is a definite turnoff.

We purchased a Doctors Choice Elite Plus Plush for us and a Doctor's Choice Plus for our son. The sales staff was very friendly without being overbearing or trying to up sell. I knew what I wanted and was able to get complete the entire transaction in about 40 minutes. Delivery was flawless, well communicated, and exactly on time. We are enjoying sleeping on our new mattresses and will continue to for years.

Not only did I purchase a new bed, but the sales person, Robert, found one on clearance and I was able to save SOOO much money! These people went out of their way to accommodate me because I purchased in one store and had another store in my home state deliver my mattress! I will definitely recommend Denver Mattress to everyone! Not just for the fantastic service, but for their line up of great products!
