Assistant Manager Chris, worked so naturally and met ALL of our needs, making completely sure we were satisfied customers! He prioritized us every time we met and never made us feel anything but appreciated, and completely asssured of every part of our purchases! We are most pleased with our new bed and misc bedding! Chris excells in customer service without a doubt!

Denver Mattress is the place to go for no pressure sales and they listen to your needs! Kip showed me a few Mattress within my budget that I loved and since the Mattress was such a good price I will be coming in to get an adjustable base because that machine was the bomb! Definitely Recommend and will be back!

Chris Mendez, assistant manager was so kind and helpful in determining what is the best mattress that would meet my needs. I finally settled on the perfect king size mattress , mattress protector, pillows and sheets. Denver Mattress should be proud of the representation they have in Chris. We bought the Intercon 48 inch counter top oak table and chairs a little over a year ago. We love them. The wood is beautiful and the table and chairs are sturdy. The chairs are comfortable and the leather is very durable. The customer service during our purchase was fantastic. This is the only place we go when we buy furniture.

Got to Denver Mattress in Lincoln this morning with my husband and my daughter.. Edward, a salesman came up and asked us if we needed help so we talked to him and he helped SO much!!! He was very professional and super nice! He even helped us with a spot to change our daughter since the bathrooms weren’t available due to the remodel. Our experience was SUPER easy and painless!!! He is the best!!!

The staff at Denver Mattress was exceptionally nice and helpful. I’m very happy with the mattress I chose with their help. My purchase included some pillows which were not available when my mattress was delivered which was fine. I called to follow up on the pillows once a week for three weeks, each time being advised they should be available within a week. It would have been nice if someone had called me and I hadn’t had to initiate all the follow up. However, after waiting so long Denver Mattress offered to upgrade my pillow purchase and I was able to pick up some very nice ones right away after that.

My salesperson was vey knowledgeable and straightforward. He also had a great sense of humor and made the process fun! We came in thinking we’d get a Purple Mattress but ended up going with the Madison Pillowtop. We love it!

I had the absolute best of the best service from salesman. Store appearance was excellent,went straight to the product I was looking for found my queen mattress. And of course I drive a car so kinda hesitated about paying for it so I didn't have a truck. Lol I was surprised to hear my mattress was actually able to fit in my back seat of car. Now no joke QUEEN mattress best part is the salesman took me in back of store so I could see the mattress @ the way it comes from factory LOVE IT BEST IDEA EVER rolled up pressed. Will buy again from this store.

We spent a ton of time in other stores trying out this one and that one until I was beat, then proceeded to go to Denver Mattress. The quality is like no other, and we could tell in minutes that we had what we wanted. Buying was simple, and we love our mattress. We won't go anywhere else.

WE CAME IN A FEW MINUTES BEFORE CLOSING. THE SALESMAN TREATED US VERY NICE AND OFFERED A GREAT DEAL. AFTER TRYING 4 BEDS WE FOUND 2 THAT FELT GOOD TO LAY ON. WHEN THE SALESMAN ASKED IF WE WERE INTERESTED IN ANY OF THEM WE SAID WE WOULD TAKE 2 SETS. SO 13 MINUTES AFTER CLOSING WE CLOSED ON 2 WONDERFUL SETS OF MATRESSES. VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE SALESMAN.

This was my first time in the store. Staff was really friendly and helpful, I was there because of the owner Barney Viser involvement in NASCAR. Those that sponsor NASCAR are those who get first selection when I'm making any purchases.

We walked in and someone asked if we needed help. We said we were just looking and that was it until we had questions. Very nice to be able to shop without someone breathing down our necks. We also ended up buying a nice bed largely due to this fact.

We needed new mattresses for 2 of our 3 kids and also for us. They were able to look up our past orders easily to know what we might want. The salesman was also great about giving other options and answering my questions, even though we ended up buying just like before for our kids. For us, he gave lots of tips on things we didn't consider and info on all their specials. Ended up going with a really great mattress that was clearanced bc of a return after only 6 days. Super great value for us. Also, the warehouse guy did a superb job tying down the mattresses solo. Not a worry there at all. Would definitely go back.

After shopping around at other local competitors, Denver Mattress was our final stop. They had a variety of mattresses of different styles and firmnesses. We stopped by half an hour before close on Superbowl Sunday, but we never felt rushed or hurried. A different store had closed early, but Denver was open as their hours posted. Our salesman, Jeff, approached us quickly, yet comfortably and friendly. He asked what we were looking for and respected our price range. He showed us a couple of mattresses, listening to us and adjusting his suggestions based on our response to the previously recommended mattress. We really felt that he was listening to what we were saying instead of pushing us the most expensive mattress. The real deal sealer was the $200 bonus of free products when spending $1000. This saved us the trouble purchasing a mattress protector and new pillows elsewhere. He also included free delivery and haul-a-way of our old mattress. We are very satisfied with our experience at the Lincoln Denver Mattress location. Jeff was a great salesman and gave us the best deal possible!

This is my second mattress set from Denver Mattress, both were Denver Mattress brand, as well. The first was about 15 years ago, a double sided pillow top Queen size, and it's still in great shape. I moved up to a king size, and this time bought a half memory foam, half traditional mattress set. It sleeps amazingly well. I also have to thank the attentive staff who helped this handicapped lady find the perfect mattress for my needs and budget. The crew that delivered and set up my new bed were wonderful, too. I would recommend not only the Denver mattress brand, but also the entire staff for helping me narrow down the choices to find the perfect mattress set for my needs. Also, the bonus points program gave me enough points to get a new end table for my living room, for free!

We went into the store to purchase a new bed and had decided on one. The sales associate asked exactly what we were looking for in a bed frame and ended up saving us $500 just by changing the frame out.

My husband and I went to Denver mattress last Friday evening in search of a bed for our daughter. The one gentleman was new so he had another sales person helping him. Both of the guys were great to work with. By the time we left the store we had purchased a queen size bed for our daughter along with a king size mattress for ourselves. I would recommend Denver Mattress to friends and family any day. We love our mattress we bought for ourselves and have slept so good since getting it. Thank you Denver Mattress for the great experience, and we will be back for the "bells and whistles" for our king size bed. :)

Walked into Denver Mattress, not having a clue what im looking at when it comes to beds. Told the gentlemen that, that i didnt know exactly what we needed, but that when i go to bed i feel great and when i wake up i am sore in every joint from head to toe. The salesman had us lay on two contrasting firmness beds, explained why we felt stronger in one than the other, which helped us find the one we needed, and made for an easy seamless purchase!

The staff was fantastic and helped me navigate thee selection to find g the perfect bed. I have had the best sleep since getting my new mattress. Like being in a luxury hotel!

Went looking for a new bed over the weekend and had slept on beds from the Denver Mattress Co. at a local lodge. It was the most comfortable bed I had ever slept in so I knew this was the place to find my new bed. We were greeted immediately but without pressure. The salesman knew the products well and was extremely helpful without rushing us or being pushy. This is the place to go.

Edward at this location was very helpful, not pushy at all. We had 5 kids with us and they bounced from bed to bed and we were never made to feel bad about taking our time to find the very best bed for us!

Buying a mattress isn't particularly fun but our sales associate was wonderful...friendly and knowledgeable. Denver Mattress also has the best return policy in town...4 months trial and no re-stocking fee. You are guaranteed to find the right mattress!

Lots of inventory to choose from and we like the PURPLE mattress so far and hope to for the next 10 years. We just got it less than a week ago and getting used to the coolness of the mattress and its design. Love the SLEEP I'm getting!!! Thank you Denver Mattress for being Lincoln. we purchased a mattress from here about 1 year ago we paid extra to get pillows and a mattress cover that had a cooling jell in the middle, and cleaning products to keep it clean. -- we finally paid off the mattress and my husband went to pick it up. we got the mattress, the pillows but just a plain mattress pad when I called was told that is what we paid for. no that was the reason we paid extra was because of the cooling pad, i spend half the night, putting covers on and off walking up each time. and was told that this pad would help keep body temp even all night

We were happy with the knowledge of the salesperson, however, we thought there were more opportunities for better customer service. We were upfront indicating we previously purchased a mattress at this location. It was only upon our inquiring and discussion that we learned that our mattress had a 15-year warranty (which we ultimately used). It would have been nice had the saleperson brought this up first. Also, we initially stopped in because of the President's Day Sale. We made a selection and were given a price by the saleperson (including the Day's discount). We had to submit photos of our old mattress to determine if we qualified for the warranty. When we ordered, the sale was over but we expected the President's Day Sale would still be honored. It was not. It was not much money so we ordered anyway. However, honoring the sale for us would have left us with a better feeling of customer service. We were told the computers would not allow the sale to be entered, which we don't believe. If your computer system doesn't allow you to make adjustments, then you need a different computer system.

I've had a horrible time trying to get my mattress, that I purchased over three weeks ago delivered. I was told they would call me to schedule delivery but they never did so I had to call them after ten days. Then my delivery was cancelled, and my rescheduled time some how was not recorded. So who knows if I will ever actually get my mattress. At this rate, depending on a managers response tomorrow, I'll likely just cancel my purchase.

WHAT A JOKE!! Where to even start with this. We picked out our mattress and opted to go with an adjustable frame. We were told it would be 7 - 14 days for them to come in as we ordered a Cal King. Almost 6 weeks later, still no frame due to a back order situation. The sales rep cancelled that frame order and ordered a different frame, which was here 2 weeks later. He refund the $20 delivery fee, due to the delay. We finally did get the bed delivered, only to get a faulty mattress. Don't know whether it was made wrong or had been crushed, but there was a section of the edge that would collapse all the way to the bottom. Called the store same day it was delivered to tell them there was something wrong it it and it needed to be returned. They scheduled the pick up for the following Saturday, between 12-2, because they couldn't give us a pick up time convenient to our work schedules, even though we were returning your defective merchandise. I finally called the store at 2:30 to find out when they were going to arrive to pick it up, only to be told it would be another hour or so (a call to say they were running behind would have been nice). The guys arrived to pick it up and told me they hadn't been given anything regarding the pick up, until the store called them (after I called). They were as frustrated as I was about it, because it made them look bad and apparently they'd had similar situations before. (I really wanted to spend my whole day sitting around waiting for them to show up, NOT) The mattress price was supposed to be refunded as soon as the mattress was returned. As we had not seen the credit come through on our card by Wed., I called to learn the refund hadn't been processed yet. Wonder if it would have ever been refunded, had I not called. Will never shop here again.
