Went in to Denver Mattress for the very first ever.I was greeted and taken care of by a really nice young lady named Janessa. Ended up getting a deal twice as good as I ever expected. She was so nice and very knowledgeable I truly could not have been happier. I know that she has my business when I furnish the rest of my house. Hats off to you Janessa hope that they recognize how great an employee that you are.

I want to commend Luke and Josh at the 6th Avenue, Lakewood, CO, store. In the past week, there was an urgent need for a new adjustable bed and mattress. I was not able to come to the store to make a selection in person. Josh is the warehouse manager who patiently answered many questions I had over several phone calls, even sending photos of the frame. He delivered the mattress pad and pillow and picked up the old base himself. Josh really likes his job and knows his product line - he was detailed in the descriptions for our decision on the bed. Luke was also very knowledgeable and helpful - even looking out for the best pricing for our situation. I cannot thank these two men enough for providing the best bed for our family and for their kind and professional help in a difficult life situation.

I purchased a mattress and box spring a month ago, thought that the mattress had gone bad so I returned it with no problem. got the new mattress home when I noticed that the box spring was actually bad and the problem. got that warranted no problem. when I went to pick up new box spring/foundation Josh, the warehouse manager suggested getting a metal frame instead. so great full all was warrantied and ended up with a better bed. tack så mycket, and just say to Denver mattress and the store on west 6th avenue for is the best

While searching for a mattress to replace a 20 year old inflatable air mattress we visited Denver Mattress in Lakewood. A young man named Gustavo welcomed us and proceeded to show us multiple options. Gustavo was personable, professional, and very helpful. He represented both himself and his company very well balancing the salesman’s need to hover with our wish for privacy. He anticipated and answered all of our questions and allowed us time to make our decision. Frankly, if we don’t get what we need from a salesman or company rep we tend to shop elsewhere. That being said we were impressed by Gustavo and the selection at Denver Mattress and made the deal.

Janessa and the entire team at the Lakewood Denver Mattress Company were just fantastic! We came in interested in a new Tempurpedic mattress as we have had our old one for 20 years. Janessa was able to ask us the right questions and direct us to get exactly what we wanted and what fit best within our budget. My husband and I just got a new bed from here and we couldn't be happier with our experience. We worked with Andrew who was fantastic and really helpful in explaining the differences in the beds and listened to us about what we were looking for to make great recommendations. Delivery was great as well, really an excellent experience all around with Denver Mattress.

He is honest, kind, very knowledgeable, and relocatable. He made, what I thought was going to be a scary, painful, and boring process, relaxing and very quick. At no point did I feel like he was trying to up sell me. He listened to all of my questions and was able to form an intelligent answer for all of them.

We were helped by Chad, who was very helpful and patient. He gave great information on each bed we looked at, including warranties.

My wife and I were in the store on a hectic day for them as they were filming a commercial. We started to leave but was greeted by Steven who insisted that it was ok to look around. Steven was awesome. He was very patient with us and showed us bed after bed for nearly 2 hours. He was very knowledgeable of all the products that they carried. I'll definitely be going back.

Seth has absolutely amazing customer service. He listened to exactly what we thought we wanted and then made great suggestions on beds and pillows. We weren't there for long and found exactly what we wanted and needed. Absolutely satisfied with the service and selection at the store.

Luke Gunn was the salesman who waited on us when we entered the store. He was very friendly, not at all pushy, and answered all of our questions about mattresses we were buying for ourselves and for my mother. After finding what we wanted, we walked over to your sister store, Oak Expressions, to buy a new bed and dresser first. When we got back, Luke greeted us again and we finished paying for our purchases. Talking with Luke, we found we had a lot in common with him. He is one of the greatest salespersons we have ever met! We had no problems sitting up our 2 delivery dates. We are definitely going to recommend him and Denver Mattress to anyone we know who needs a new mattress.

Steven was kind, knowledgable and professional. The complete Sleep System is a great value- including the mattress, box spring, mattress and pillow protectors and two pillows and the mattress comes with a 10 year warranty. The modest delivery fee is company wide so if you purchase another piece from a sister store the fee will not exceed $200(?). It was a bummer there was only polyester sheets available, as the cotton ones have been discontinued. We would have liked to purchase a frame from bedroom expressions but didn't have the budget for it. I called the store to add the basic frame to our order and Luke(?) was very helpful. Delivery still pending in 2 days so I can't say too much on that.

We went to another mattress company in the area before stopping in to Denver Mattress. Before we entered the store we were under the impression that everything would be out of our price range but figured we would still give it a shot. As soon as we entered the store the differences between Denver Mattress and their competitor was clear. The store was far more warm and inviting than the previous store that we visited. We were greeted almost immediately by Luke who was very friendly and helpful (without being pushy). Not only were we helped in a timely manner, but Luke was very knowledgeable and patient with us. We ended up purchasing a Doctor's Choice Euro Top mattress. Our sales person did his due diligence and showed us other options, but this was a no brainer. The quality of the mattress and the price just cannot be beat. We are very thankful to Luke and Denver Mattress for helping us sleep easier.

I had a wonderful experience and ordered my new Doctor's Choice Plush mattress with the help of Cloyce Shannon. He was very knowledgeable and made the buying experience easy with no stress!!!

We purchased a mattress a few days ago and it will be delivered this coming Tuesday. Sales person was very helpful and we easily picked out a nice mattress at the price we wanted to pay. This was the last stop after a LONG day of mattress shopping. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door, unlike the many other shops we had been at. We stated what type of mattress we were looking for. Cathy our sales representative directed us over to the perfect mattress. She showed us several more, but we knew the first one she showed us was exactly what we had been searching for. Why didn't we come here first? Delivery set up and purchasing was easy and I appreciate that we can return the mattress if we find after a full nights rest it wasn't what we thought it was.

Needed to pick up a replacement mattress as ours was showing some age. We had purchased this mattress from Denver Mattress originally as an upgrade to a previous one that was also bought here. This time we opted to go with the outright purchase instead of the warranty upgrade as we wanted the full 10 year warranty. The staff was very helpful and informative. This store manager, Tabitha, and her assistant , Seth, we're astonishingly and remarkably helpful to me when I recently purchased 3 beds at their store. I had a few issues but they were professional and willing to work with me and solved the problems. I have only ever experienced this level of service a few times in my (long ) life.

We had a great experience buying a mattress at this location. The salesman was very knowledgeable. We wanted to quickly find something in our budget and was able to find exactly what we were looking for. Purchasing was very easy and then we pulled around the side to pick up the mattress and it was very fast service. We will definitely use them in the future!

My wife and I just purchased two mattresses from Denver Mattress, Lakewood CO. The selection of mattresses is very good with a wide range of price and quality. The best thing about the experience was the excellent staff who work there. They never rushed us - we visited this store 4 times before making our decision. The staff were always polite, respectful and provided excellent useful information. We had looked at other retailers, including on-line options, and kept coming back to this store because the staff (especially NATHAN GRUDA) were so helpful. Nathan provided excellent information on all of the beds and helped us narrow our selection. His advice was extremely helpful. Mattress buying is a bit like buying a car but Denver Mattress seems to stand by their products and pricing in a fair way.

We have been wanting a new and high-quality bed for a number of years. Both of us now have back issues that have become chronic, so we were prepared to spend whatever we felt necessary in order to find a bed that would provide long-term comfort. We were greeted by Jessica within moments of our arrival. She was professional, called us by name, asked pertinent questions to guide our bed search, anticipated our needs, was responsive, informative, and helpful, and made our visit second to none! We appreciated that Denver Mattress carries a broad selection of mattresses and hires sales personnel with integrity. The only "hard" part will be waiting a week for our new state of the art bed to be delivered!

I could not have had a better buying experience. My salesperson, Jessica Stamp, greeted me as soon as I entered the store. She asked a few questions regarding what I was looking for. She directed me to exactly what I wanted (mattress set) and advised me it was on sale. Jessica handled the credit application in a matter of minutes and I was on my way home. Jessica was pleasant and extremely helpful. She explained the warranty thoroughly and gave me information I would not have thought to ask. I advised Jessuca that I am hearing impaired and she immediately spoke a little louder, enunciated very clearly and looked directly at me as she spoke. I never had to ask her to repeat herself.
