My husband and I drove down from Moses Lake and several staff greeted us upon entering the store. We had talked to Toby on the phone so when we arrived we asked if he could help us. Toby was awesome!! He helped us pick everything that we needed and took the time to answer all of our questions. He was very professional, kind and not in hurry to get us to buy. He genuinely wanted us to be happy with our purchase. He even suggested different paint color to coordinate with our new furniture. I recommend Furniture Row to anyone looking to buy furniture for your home.

Was looking for a great mattress, was was smothered with helpful and wanted suggestions and discounts(sometimes there’s more in back not listed) awesome!!!!, went in for a cheap get me by mattress, got a great “for a while mattress” and a wicked new pillow for less than I was planning on spending at the time...thanks!!!

Furniture Row/Denver Mattress is our go-to for home furnishings! We purchased all of our furnishings in 2007 and we still have it. It's held up so well and are quality products. We always return when we need something to add to our home!

We were shopping for a new adjustable bed and mattress. Denver Mattress was our 3rd stop of the day. Ultimately we decided to buy from Denver Mattress because of the value, the salespersons willingness to work within our budget, and the quality of the products. Would definitely recommend the store to our friends and family.

Great Service and good Prices. We loved our sales person who was patient and helpful and let us lay on as many mattresses as we wanted. We even shopped around and finally came back to buy our mattress because you can't get the same level of service anywhere else. Plus the prices on the Denver Mattresses are great!

Went in to the Kennewick Furniture Row Outlet for a much needed new mattress. Show room was clean and well organized. Salesperson was friendly and asked questions to determine thr mattress that would be the best fit. He was patient with us as we tried numerous models and found the one that felt the best. We can't wait until it is delivered. This store always has great furniture and decorative items as well.
