Expecting to be rushed and hassled from the time we entered, as was our experience at other bed stores, we were pleasantly surprised to have a hassle free experience. So glad we came there. We chose our mattress and the purchase was quick and easy. Will definitely use them again and recommend them.

Will was absolutely amazing and super helpful! He not only helped us get the mattress we wanted but also set us up with new pillows, sheets, a box spring, and a bed frame! He was very knowledgeable and helped us save money while getting my husband and me everything we needed!

Nikole did an amazing job taking care of me and my husband, even when we changed our minds. She measured different sectionals to help us find something that would fit our space (and our needs!), she helped us find matching accent pillows to go with our rug, and was very knowledgeable any time we had questions. Once we get everything set we plan to come back and make another purchase.

I was in need of a mattress and checked Consumer Reports first. Denver Mattress was among the top rated so I chose to look there first. I did not need to go anywhere else. The service was the best I've ever experience when shopping for furniture. Will greeted me from the desk where he seemed to be working on a project but closed out of the computer and walked out to assist me. He made eye contact a he listened to my wants in a mattress. He showed me several options and encouraged me to spend time on each to be sure I found the best fit for me. I was very pleased with his expertise and attentiveness. I made my mattress purchase and a mechanical base. The prices were better than I had hoped for. He also assisted me in finding alternate financing that would assist for my budgeting needs. I continued to browse the furniture section and was met with the same excellent customer service. The manager, Derrick, was extremely friendly and did not give any hard sell service. It was more like shopping with a friend. He gave me time to look around and then checked back to see if he could assist me. Although I was not in the market to make any other purchases that day, the Furniture Row team in Johnson City, TN made me a future consumer with them. I would highly recommend visiting them for your needs before going anywhere else.

We were assisted by Mr. Andrew Williams he went above and beyond our expectations and offered to hold our purchase for us until our daughter got in from deployment and if that was not enough we got a letter from him in the mail today thanking us for our purchasr and thanking our daughter for her service!! She will be proud to take the Doctors Choice with her back to Japan later this year! Thank You Andrew and we will recommend you and Denver Mattress to everyone we know! I recently purchased a mattress at the location in gray tn and I couldn't be happier! I bought the Richmond mattress set , Maria the store manager was so helpful . I recently had my first child and have experienced some major back pain, Maria was able to assess my sleep position and found a great mattress that fits to both mine and my husbands needs. I would recommend this store and Maria to all of my friends and family. We had a wonderful pressure free experience!

My husband and I had been shopping for a mattress for months and have visited EVERY store and talked to EVERY salesperson in the area and NONE of them match the knowledge or friendliness of Andrew Williams at your location. He was always polite and willing to speak with us for as long as we needed, we had even talked to other employees in the same store and the bedroom area and none of them match his great attitude! If I were Furniture Row I would have him train all my employees. We were even willing to wait an extra week for our product because of him. NOT the Price, NOT the selection, NOT the store. We will recommend him to everyone we know. Furniture Row should be proud to have him and do ALL in your power to keep him!!

We bought a mattress in your Johnson City location from Andrew Williams, first off he did a great job of helping us find a mattress that fit our need and budget and was kind enough to talk to us about things other than trying to make the sale and overall just seemed like a great person which is why despite agreeing to just look upon leaving the house we purchased from him with zero reservation and without even checking other retailers despite our plan to do so. The day for delivery was today and the delivery crew also did a fantastic job and were really nice and also discovered we had purchased the wrong mattress, we contacted Andrew and were able to pick up the right mattress today. He was just as nice and fantastic to us as he was at the sale, made some jokes about the issue and even loaded the mattress up for us even though he was the only worker in the store!!! and I know from dealing with Furniture Row in the past that most of the employees are nowhere near as nice! I will recommend him to everyone I know looking for a mattress, recommend he becomes the store manager and even offered him a job in real estate with me. Needless to say that he went WAY above and beyond any customer service I have enountered in my 60yrs.

There are so many different mattresses out there that, for me, it made figuring out which one to get unnecessarily frustrating. Denver Mattress was my first stop so I could see a variety of different models all in one place. My wife and I were met at the door by an unlikely salesperson, in fact a guy from the warehouse, but his product knowledge was over-the-top to say the least. With no thoughts on exactly what we wanted, he patiently started us at the entry level models and we worked our way up from there. Never once did he try to force the more expensive products on us, but totally let us decide on our own what worked best for us. In the end, we ended up purchasing our mattress from him, and walked away talking about what an unexpectedly pleasant experience it was.

We were very pleased with the help received on the phone about questions regarding a purchase of a Denver mattress. We also were able to receive our new mattress only two days after the purchase, not the 2-3 weeks as initially predicted. The men who delivered the mattress came within the time frame we were given. They were courteous and pleasant. They even took our old mattress away. We would recommend Furniture Row, based on this experience.

We have purchased multiple furniture items at Furniture Row, and this weekend while looking for a good mattress set for a reasonable price, I suggested to my family that we look at Denver Mattress inside of Furniture Row. At the time, we were at another well-known Department store in the area looking at their mattresses. When I called to asked pricing at Denver Mattress, the sales agent standing near me snorted when he heard the low pricing that Denver Mattresses were selling for. His comment was that there was no way a quality mattress could be sold that cheap. After I informed him that the Doctors Choice mattress we were looking at came with a 15 year full replacement warranty (compared to their 7-10 year warranties) he suddenly had nothing to say. Needless to say, we drove straight to Denver Mattress and bought a new Doctor's Choice Full Size Mattress set. They had $100 off the set for the Labor Day weekend sale, and we got 36 months interest free financing!!! I'll definitely be buying from Denver Mattress again! Straight-Forward pricing - no gimmicks!!!

The store was layed out well lots of nice furniture to pick from my only complaint is the salesman in bedding was the rudest and unprofessional person I've dealt with if not for wanting and needing a mattress I would have walked out the door

First off I want to say that I do not appreciate the company asking me for my contact information to write a review as I DO NOT want a member of this staff to contact me and that includes the the rude lady who refused to help us at this location. A co worker of mine recommended Furniture Row saying she had just bought a sofa and that we could get a good deal due to a remodel well after my husband and I spend 30min trying to find the establishment which is not in the best of locations, We were helped or more like ignored and barked at by your saleslady who said her name was Mary? or Marie? We came in wanting to buy a mattress and all the help we got was this lady barking at us asking if there was anything she could help us find? I mean seriously no "hi, welcome in." Or anything like that. It amazes me that this woman is allowed to work sales period. Needless to say I will not recommend her or your company to anyone and if all your salespeople treat customers this way no remodel in the world will keep you open!!!!.
