Liz is extremely knowledgeable and made our mattress shopping experience enjoyable. She asked thoughtful questions in order to guide us toward mattresses that would best fit our needs and budget. So helpful and informative
I learned more bout mattresses, support and sleeping posture than I ever knew existed. So much more informative than going to a regular furniture store and just laying on a mattress for 10 seconds and making a decision. I feel we finally picked the right bed for us!

Excellent service. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. my wife and I were mattress shopping for our new house and were fortunate to work with Keiton! Prior to close of business on Thursday evening, arriving 30 minutes before closing, Keiton took the extra time to compare quality and pricing. This was extremely convenient to match the quality and comfort we needed. Friday morning, right at opening the staff and Keiton were extremely responsive and my wife and I were out the door with our new mattress. Keiton facilitated all available discounts and was upfront with pricing.
The supportive staff were also great! They loaded all items and the mattress in my private vehicle. Thanks again to the wonderful experience and convenience in location!

Excellent Customer Service
James Boyer was extremely helpful - excellent customer service! My mattress buying experience was more complicated than the usual and James followed through on agreements made even when the situation became more complicated than expected. I would highly recommend talking with James for your mattress needs.

Great Experience
My wife and I went to Denver Mattress in Glenwood Springs to shop for a new mattress set. Matt, the salesman who helped us, was very knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. We ended up buying a set there, partially because of Denver Mattress' excellent return policy.
When we got home, we realized that the box spring was damaged. We called Matt and told him that we would be back later that night to exchange it. Upon our arrival, Matt was waiting at the door with our new box spring.
We have had a great experience at Denver Mattress, and we definitely recommend it!

In-store, my experience was great. When my mattress was delivered, they set it up but didn't ask me how high or low I needed the base to be. When I asked if it could be lowered, after they had put it together and placed the mattress on, they reluctantly lowered it. After they left, I tried it out and it was still too high. There was also about a 5in gap between the wall and the bed. I use a walker around my bed and there wasn't enough room to walk around with it. They did come at a later time when I asked them because I wasn't home for the initial delivery.
