Awesome customer service. I bought a mattress from them last year and that purchase was great. I currently need to move and, remembering how helpful they were, I went back to the store to see if they had anything that could help me move the mattresses. Without hesitation, Montana was able to help me get protective covers for all of the mattresses in my house. These guys are willing to go above and beyond.

Austin was very helpful with our mattress choices and measurements to fit in our rooms. He is extremely helpful! The delivery staff was helpful - even helped us change the furnishings around in a bedroom. Thanks Gail

On Saturday, Chris & Daniel delivered our new DC Elite Plush Split King with remote controls. There were some challenges setting it up in our log bed frame. They were amazing in their determination to find a way to make it work. They were polite, tidy and funny too. Our entire experience from Roberto to Austi & Jacari was wonderful. The bed is THE BEST!

We needed a frame and some box springs for our cabin in Breckenridge. We spoke with a helpful customer service rep on the phone on Friday and he had it all set up for delivery the very next day! The bonus was Chris and Daniel delivering and setting up the new frame and hauling off the old mattresses and box spring. Both gentlemen were kind, courteous, and efficient. I’d recommend Denver Mattress Frisco to anyone in Summit County and beyond. They all made the process so easy. Chris and Daniel went above and beyond and I was super pleased with the results. Couldn't be happier with the service we got. We went in yesterday and picked out a Dr's Choice mattress thanks to help from Austin. He's very personable, knowledgeable and not pushy. Matt and Chris delivered it today, got it all set up and the old bed taken away. Matt and Chris were great, fast and friendly. Local company, rewarding experience. Not to mention we've bought Denver Mattress beds before and have returned to them for a reason.

This place is awesome. We bought our Tempur pedic there last year and JeKhari just gave us a mattress bag to keep our investment safe and clean during our move. Today, we are purchasing a mattress for our condo in Breck. All the guys there are super helpful, JeKhari, Matt and Chris will take great care of you.

Sales person knowledgeable and vey helpful. Chris & Daniel delivered our mattress and were on time and so efficient and focused on the task. The old mattress had to be carried down 4 flights of stairs with 180 degree turns. I did not think that would be possible, but they made it look easy. Then Chris discovered the bed frame had been assembled properly and was allowing the two king sized box springs to sag in the middle. He corrected the problem which required some re-engineering and time. Again, this job was done according to specification and with perfection. We have nothing but praise and gratitude for the way this job was fully executed from the time we walked into the store until the new mattress was installed to our complete satisfaction. Every employer should hope to have employees like everyone I had contact with.Austin was so friendly in the store & arranging delivery. A phone call the day before delivery said they’d be here between 10-12. On a snowy day they arrived promptly. Matt & Chris were professional, extremely friendly & took off their snowy boots before coming in the house. They checked out where the bedroom was located removing the old mattress and before bringing in the new one. The whole process, from ordering, scheduling delivery and the delivery was the best. I’d recommend Denver Mattress in Frisco to anyone considering a new bed

JeKhari Dailey helped us two days in a row. We purchased a new king mattress set on the first visit and were so happy with his service and his personal conviction in the quality of the Denver Mattress products, that we came back the next day to buy two twin mattresses for our bunk beds. JeKhari was not only helpful and knowledgeable about each product on the showroom floor, but also very friendly, courteous, and very easy to work with, answering each question we had thoroughly. Customer service was a 10. Our sales associate was very knowledgable and helpful. We didn't know what we were looking for and based off our answers to a few questions we were sent home with the perfect mattress. Pricing was more than fair and I know I made the right choice going where I did.

We received great service from Lisa the manager. She even found us a better deal and offered us a discount by selling us a clearance model from the back. We were very happy with their selection. We would recommend this store without hesitation.
