After looking in multiple other stores, we decided to try Furniture row and from the moment we walked in it was a different experience. I did not feel "attacked" by sales people, we looked for a bit and after a few moments a nice young man introduced himself assured us he would not "follow us around", but if we needed help he would be available. We found exactly what we were looking for, he was accessible but not intrusive and the process to check out was easy. We do not have the furniture as of this review so this review is more on the store, the selection and the buying process

I will be nominating the Denver Mattress Store for Erie's Choice Award for best mattress store. After much research and two failed attempts at trying mattresses we bought online, the salesman, James. found the perfect mattress for us in the Erie, PA Denver Mattress store -- the Telluride Plush latex mattress. It has everything we wanted -- comfort for pressure points (plushness) without a sinking hot mattress that's tough to roll over on. Honestly, Jame's expert advice and customer service (without him being pushy) are the reason we now own this dream mattress. We love it! Delivery was fast and right on schedule. Can't voice our appreciation enough. Thanks, James, and Erie (PA's) Denver Mattress.

My husband and I went looking for a new mattress. Instead we purchased an adjustable base, mattress, pillows and pillow and mattress cover, an entire sleep system. The service was excellent and provided the information we needed to realize that the entire system makes the difference to a good night sleep. Previously we thought those bases were merely for comfort watching TV or reading so were unnecessary. Now we agree that adjustments for sleep is the actual benefit and adjusting for TV and reading is just an extra perk. Thank you for having knowledgeable staff so we didn't just settle for a new mattress that would not have improved our sleep.

My wife and I recently went on a marathon Mattress Shopping adventure over the President's Day Weekend. Over the course of the three days, we returned to the store two or three times. The Salesperson could that we dealt with could not have been more accommodating. He was extremely knowledgeable and had a great deal of patience. We must have tried every mattress in the store at least two times and finally decided to buy from Denver. It was quite refreshing to deal with someone knowledgeable that was not trying to steer us into the most expensive product in the store!

Denver Mattress has a very friendly atmosphere. There was no pressure from the sales team. The prices and value of the product we purchased were outstanding! Most definitely recommend Denver Mattress to all of our family and friends.

We have lived with a bad mattress for several years. My wife read the Consumer Reports ratings for mattress/bedding. Denver Mattress rated tops so we went to the store. Selection was awesome. Our salesman was well informed and attentive. He made the experience very painless. I am a fan and will recommend Denver Mattress Company to others!

Very pleasant experience at the Erie, PA location - no hassle sales approach, our salesman was quick to get us pricing on the mattresses we were interested in and didn't try to sell us anything we didn't want. Very helpful staff and the selection and prices couldn't be beat in our area! I'm happy with my purchase (so far) and will definitely be visiting them again when the time comes.

Needed twin mattress went in and purchased it within ten minutes of getting into store, they loaded onto my car on way home, it was bought for spare room felt nice and comfy.

Having wandered through other stores, there was never an exact fit for my price range and preference. Walking into Denver Mattress turned out to be where I should have started! Trae, the salesman, was not overbearing. I was straightforward about what I needed. Trae said exactly what I wanted to hear. Not "Let me show you what we've got" but, "We have what you need." He showed me a Doctor's Choice mattress at a great price which included lovely extras I was not expecting; great warranty, pillows, and protective covers. The staff loaded mattress and frame, tying it down to make sure I got it home safe. The mattress and pillows are comfortable, providing a good night's sleep, something I have been missing out on. I bought the same bed 5 years later! The Madison ergonomic! It is so comfortable and love how it shifts my head and feet, and the vibrating massage is phenomenal! I would recommend this bed to anyone! Denver Mattress have always been so helpful and the service is excellent. I even bought a sofa, recliner and kitchen table from the adjacent stores, Sofa Mary and Oak Expess, and they are coordinating delivery of all my furniture at the same! Excellent and can't wait!

Went looking for a split mattress for my wife and I that was adjustable as well. Walked into the Erie Denver mattress store and found exactly what I needed on sale and the store Manager took great care of me. Saved $4000.00 on buying at Denver then if I had bought at two other locally owned furniture /mattress stores??? It was a Tempurpedic mattress twin set with dual adjustable bases. It was loaded in my truck and on my way. Oh and the 0% financing was amazing!!!! Thank You

I never thought it would be so simple to get a new mattress. The service was timely and our sales rep was very informative about the products we were looking at. He even found us saving options that were not even discussed by other furniture stores. Overall, we got a high quality mattress for a reasonable cost thanks to the Denver Mattress team.

My husband and I bought a bed from here the year we got married. It broke down in less then a year. This was a top of the line mattress. After returning to the store to discuss options on a new mattress as we were within the year of purchasing. I was informed that our mattress was no longer made. They clearly knew it was defective! The mattress they replaced it with was more expensive so in order to get a new mattress I had to pay the difference. Better than the cost of a new mattress and better then the sunken one we had. Fast forward to new mattress it seemed a bit smaller then Queen! It didn’t fit the box springs and sheets were loose. I called to see if we were mistakenly sent a full was informed there were no fulls made in that type of mattress. As my husband and I worked different shifts we were rarely sleep at the same time. Now on the same sleeping schedule this bed is definitely not the correct size in which we were sold!! You can see from the photos it measures 55 inches instead of the normal 60 a Queen should be!! Two poor mattresses we will not be buying a third!! Going on a mattress hunt tomorrow!!

I have only had this mattress for almost two years. I had to buy a new mattress. I am a 55 year old women that at my heaviest weighs 132 lbs. The middle sank with my weight. I had to rotate it and pray I could save up enough for a better quality mattress. I just slept on my new mattress last night and it was like a dream come true. I hope someone from the Company contacts me. I will only remove this review if they can make this better for me.

This is our second purchase and our last. Bought a mattress there and paid to have it delivered and the delivery guys were jerks...i had to be at work so wife had to accept delivery. Please if you do purchase from them and have it delivered do not let your wife home alone with them, they will make her feel uncomfortable in her own home.
