my v husband and I were very impressed at the Storage st. Chattanooga TN location, we stopped in for a mattress next door at Denver mattress also very impressed , and wandered next door to Furniture Row where we met Joshua who was very accommodating and knowledgeable . we fell in n love with many quality pieces and found quite a deal on a beautiful sofa as well! we will be visiting them first for any of our furniture and decore needs for sure ! Everything went much better than we could have hoped Thank you Joshua of Furniture Row and Nathan at Denver Mattress next door!!!

I would highly recommend the Furniture Row store in Chattanooga, TN. Josh, the store manager was helping us look for a leather sofa with recliners and a matching recliner. We found a set that we really liked. Josh went to check the computer and came back saying someone from another store had just sold the recliner. What he did to find another matching recliner was nothing short of amazing. This was during the Labor Day Sale, so the store was packed. We haven't received the furniture yet, but we weren't in a big hurry anyway.

We were in the market for a nice living room furniture set. I was very impressed with the showroom setup and the cleanliness of the store. It was very organized. The most important this was the service of the employees. They were great and did not follow us around the store to hassle us into a forced sell like other stores in Chattanooga. Once we made our decision, the sales personnel answered our few questions and at us checked out within 5 minutes. I was very Impressed! The quality of the furniture was well appointed and nice items throughout. Thanks

We went to this furniture store today. Let me tell you this is like walking up to a well oiled machine kinda store. Very easy to shop in and the furniture is QUALITY !!!!!! No junk here. They have great prices and great options for buying. Did not buy today because of a few measurments Plan to buy this week for sure.

We had been searching for several items for our home and had been to several local stores to no avail. My wife walked into furniture row and was treated like a person, not someone that had to bring her husband back in order to purchase something! Our salesperson was warm and friendly and we ended up buying furniture for not only our living room but also a complete set for our son's bedroom as well!

AMAZING FURNITURE AT GREAT PRICES!!!

After looking through several furniture stores in Chattanooga on Saturday, we found that the quality and prices on the furniture at Furniture Row were absolute the best! Furniture row was the first furniture store we looked at for a new couch. We saw several potential keepers but decided to "look around". After 5 other stores we ended up right where we started. 1) had the best couches at the right price and 2) the service was attentive, very pleasant, and knowledgeable. Not to name drop but Robert was absolutely hands down perfect at his job. At the end of the day I wanted to give our business to him and Furniture Row

Excellent

I loved coming in this store shopping great Customer service, Jeff is Awesome to work, plus when I came in and Jeff wasn’t there they where kind by helping me around the store and left a message for Jeff letting him know that I came by. They have good quality and reasonable prices, Inlove that you can purchase something and can give them a date to bring out plus they set it up for you. I will always give them a 5 star wish I could give 10

Great Experience

I went couch shopping and ended up purchasing a couch, loveseat and recliner. My sales manager Josh Dutto was friendly, not pushy, knowledgable and accommodating. Josh worked with me on a package deal that I felt great about. Please see Josh if you ever go shopping at Furniture Row. I will send another review once my furniture is delivered in the next week or so!

FINALLY! Found the chairs I was looking for!

I've been looking for a pair of accent chairs for about 3 months now. About 2 weeks ago, I went to the Furniture Row Living store in Chattanooga, TN where I had previously purchased my sofa/loveseat set and found the perfect chair. Originally, I was told that the floor model was the only one available and I didn't like the print. I was heartbroken. After visiting 5 other furniture stores, and looking online the following week, I went back to the Living store the following weekend just to double check since that chair was THE CHAIR and I had such a positive experience with my sofa/loveseat purchase in the past. This time the associate looked in the computer and was able to discern that there WERE actually other choices, she just had to match the names in the computer with the swatch names on the floor until she found the right ones. She then showed me the various different swatches of fabric that were available, helped me through the decision process, and once I had made up my mind, helped me order a pair of chairs with ease. I was THRILLED to have the chairs I wanted in a print I like and I can't wait to have them in my house!

Best deal ever

Stopped at Furniture Row to check out some new living room furniture. Was greeted by Chris and made to feel very welcomed and the freedom to browse. Finding some pieces my wife and I were interested in Chris gave us good information that helped make up our mind to buy now. He set us up with a deal for 24 months same as cash and gave us a great deal on our pieces. The next day we returned to examine another piece we didn't purchase the previous day and the manager waited on us and made us a special deal on that piece that we purchased then. Good job and great service Furniture Row. We will be back!

Russ Was Awesome

My husband and I did a pre-shop online and decided what we wanted. When we arrived, we were greeting and taken care of by Russ. He was perfectly helpful: giving us space when needed and answering our questions. We were in and out in 30 minutes. It was WONDERFUL.

In and out within an hour with a table and 4 chairs selected! The manager helped answer all our questions and addressed all our concerns. He was very easy to work with and it never felt like he was a pressuring salesman.

The selection was very large and the salesmanship was low-key and low-stress, but answered all our questions and addressed all our concerns. We were in and out within an hour and had our new sofa delivered in 2 days! And the warranty sounds amazing!

Living Room furniture experience

I bought a complete living room set. The furniture is good quality, and is so comfortable! I really enjoy the motorized lift with the reclining pieces. It helps when trying to find the right position. My salesperson, Letty, completely devoted her time helping me pick out everything I needed. She found out what my needs were and helped me find everything that would work properly with the space I have. Thank you!

Amazing service

We had a great initial experience with our purchase involving Tiffany as our salesperson. She was very professional and not at all pushy. What stood out even more was when we had a problem. We bought some quality leather furniture and within 3 weeks of purchasing, one of our dogs chewed a hole in a cushion, very visible and impossible to hide. We have a large family reunion this coming weekend and there was no way we could get a replacement shipped in time from Italy. The manager Josh offered to let us swap it with their showroom sofa cushions on a permanent basis without any charge. I was blown away. I intend to order a new cushion and swap it back but it is not a requirement for them. I have bought quite a bit through Furniture Row and I will be a customer for life. They will continue to be my first choice when shopping for everything they carry. Thanks Furniture Row. Very impressive.

Furniture Row is my favorite place to shop because I have products all in one location..I feel comfortable with the sales personnel and their knowledge of the products. Great experience and selection

I was very quickly able to find just the right dining set with all the features I wanted at a really good price. The sales clerk very effectively found my products in the system and identified that the floor model table top was the only one available in my time frame for delivery. He then went over the table and took care of any minor scratches to my satisfaction and processed the order. I will be back.

know what you need before you go

The sales person was very patient. I went to several different stores to compare prices and items but theirs was the most quality rated by both the BBB and the customer reviews. The sofa and ottoman fit our needs perfectly. As the teenager in the house said so elequently "now we don't have have fight over who sits on the couch to watch TV" all I can say to that is "out of the mouths of babes"

Contacted the store the day before and received great customer service. All my questions were answered. Arrived to see the sofa selected on line, all paperwork was ready, the warehouse person was awesome and we were loaded and on our way without a delay. Perfect experience!

It was our first time to visit Sofa Mart and we were very pleased at the selection of Sofas that were displayed! We had visited every store in Chattanooga looking for just the right fit for us and we found it almost immediately! Guy and Josh were amazing to work with. We went in two weeks ago to begin looking at furniture pieces and both were super helpful - not pushy or annoying at all. When we returned today they both remember us, the pieces we were looking at and were just as helpful as before. We ended up purchasing a bedroom suite that was more expensive than another store simply because they were so helpful and went above and beyond to take care of. Would highly recommend going to visit these two fine gentlemen.
