Excellent service
Upon first visit I met with Cameron. Came back a couple weeks later to solidify my purchase and was helped by Will on Cameron’s behalf. Both were extremely helpful, personable, friendly, energetic and seemed legitimately interested in helping me. This is the kind of service I would drive long distances over. Definitely separates Denver Mattress from the competition.

Will Waters did a wonderful job of assessing our needs, explaining pros/cons of various options, making sure we actually tried out several different mattresses, and helping us make the best choice for us. Would definitely recommend working with Will!

5 Star Review Is Not Enough
We had the most amazing experience at our local furniture row. We have been in the process of closing on our first house and it has not been the best experience. To top it all off, every furniture place we have been to have either not had what we were looking for, was extremely overpriced, or was booked out 3+ months for our order. Walking into Furniture Row I was feeling so defeated but Chris greeted us with such kindness and knowledge on his products. By the time we left we had almost every single piece we needed for our house picked out and a date to be delivered in less than a month! I could not recommend or thank him enough!!

Great products with exceptional sales and service
Our family initially visited 3 stores for pricing and information concerning a new mattress purchase for our home. My wife and I came back to Denver Mattress to make our purchase for 2 reasons. The best products and an exceptional sales professional named William. He did NOT sell, he GAVE information and allowed us to make the best decision for our family. We are happy with our purchase and pleased with his way of treating people.

Informative, quick, fairly priced, GREAT SERVICE
I went to Denver Mattress after reviewing mattresses online and going to several different mattress chains for pricing and comfortability evaluation. My stop at Denver Mattress started with the most friendly greeting from Stephanie. I told her that I was already pretty set on which mattress I was interested in but that I was open to other options. She matched me to three different firm mattresses (my preference) and went over the pricing and differences between each with me. She is very knowledgeable about the products. Turns out that the one I originally wanted was on sale and there was another clearance discount applied to it!!! I received my Serta mattress for nearly half off what I would have paid anywhere else. I highly recommend Denver Mattress for your sleep comfort needs!

I highly recommend Denver Mattress if you are in need of bedding. This is the 2nd set I have purchased. No pushy salesman, He answered my questions and let me look and then just checked on me and answered more questions. Very reasonable prices and a bed for any budget. Worth the time to check them out if you are shopping for a new bed. Also, great terms with no interest.

Great Customer Service
I recently shopped at Furniture Row to help my daughter purchase a mattress. Upon entering the store, we were immediately greeted by a nice gentleman. He spent about 30 minutes with us while my daughter searched for the perfect mattress. He wasn't pushy and told us the pros and cons of each mattress. He was very knowledgeable and very patient with us. After purchasing the mattress, we decided to look at sofas. The gentleman that helped us there was also great. He showed us several different styles and gave us a quote. When we are ready to make the purchase, we will definitely return and purchase it from him. Great job in customer service!!

First off everyone there was so nice.We came in with our two children and first off the had a lego table for them while we looked. We told our sales two our budget and she took right over to what we would like under our budget. We tried it several and finally fell in love with one. My kids were kinda being loud but my rep even helped with them. I will be back for sure!!!

After reading the Consumer Report review on the Denver Mattress and trying it out myself I bought one to replace our Serta that lasted less than 5 years. (My wife and I are average size people) Stephanie was a great help in showing me all my options and NO pressure. BEST place in Chattanooga to buy a mattress!

I have purchased furniture from each of the stores. Yesterday we bought an entire bedroom suite and mattress for Black Friday and got a great price. Every time we go in we get great service, knowledgeable personnel and friendly faces. The 12 months same as cash is wonderful! We will return and highly recommend the Chattanooga location.

They're the best in the business!
It NEVER fails! Every time I go to ANY of the Furniture Row stores, I find what I'm looking for. The value and price are always great. The store staff are so sweet and very accommodating. There's not one negative thing I can say about any of the Furniture Row stores. We've purchased from all of them more than once!!!

Wonderful experience
Mike in bedrooms, and Jay in mattress' made our shopping experience exceptional. They were both very helpful with the details. We already knew what we wanted, but we still needed the manufacturer quality and detail information. Neither Mike not Jay had to ask, they knew their stuff. We were impressed.

UNBELIEVEABLE HAPPINESS ............
I have never bought a mattress before" always had hand me downs ", but Denver mattress made it simple and very affordable they found me the right mattress at the right price and I have never slept better . Ordered a remote that is still under warranty Jan.01 2022 4 weeks now, no remote to adjust our bed. Very disappointing! looks like Denver Mattress would keep some on hand for their customers.

We chose two mattesses. One for us and one for our son. Was told how much to bring back next day for pickup. When we go to pick up we were told that the price only included our mattress. And that we would have to pay an additional 500 for our son's mattress set. Very dissapointed that this was misrepresented to us.
