Overall, I had a wonderful experience buying a mattress that fit my needs. Chris Garza was such a great help and listen to everything I wanted in a mattress and picked my perfect mattress. Chris has great communication skills and very knowledgeable in mattresses and very kind. I would highly recommend him if you are looking to purchase a mattress. Would definitely be returning back in the future.

I would love to give a shout out to our salesmen Sasha he was very informed and listened to everything we were needing. Also a shout out to the two gentlemen that delivered our bed and set it up, they need a raise they were so polite even talked to our 87 year old father and asked him how he was doing, by taking those few Minutes to ask him how he was it brought tears to his eyes. You have sold us on your products but also the staff. Our family will not shop nowhere else. Again companies like Denver Matress are hard to com by these days. Hats off to you

My husband and I had our minds set on a mattress elsewhere but decided to check here right before we purchased. The sale's men were fantastic about informing us about what we were looking at and you just couldn't pass up the great deal!!! It's also great that they're pretty much a one stop shop being located on furniture row.

We have been searching for a mattress for a awhile and decided to visit the store to see what we could find. We were able to lay on each mattress to see what would be best and the salesperson was very patient with us. After narrowing down to 2 mattresses, we were able to sample both back and forth and decided on the correct one. We feel we got a great deal and a good quality mattress. We like that we can sample the mattress for a few months and return if it doesn't work for us.

We purchased our dual king adjustible bed two weeks ago and I call my side MY CLOUD. We are tickled pink over our new adjustible bed. My neck doesn't hurt like it did and my husband doesn't snore like he used to. The service guys came out and did the best job answering questions and setting the bed up and they were exactly in the time frame that they stated they would arrive. I cannot reccomend this particular bed enough. We are in our mid 40's and this is one of the best decisions that we have ever made in our lives. Mr. Darwin McDowell was extremely helpful in us making our decision. We walked in and he asked us a few questions and he pointed us in the exact direction that we wanted to go. We selected the Denver Mattress brand in the store and it felt perfect for us and it still does. Thank you Mr. McDowell for helping us out. We are planning on returning to purchase a new dresser very soon. We are extremely happy and proud to own this new bedding!!

My husband and I were in search of a new mattress, and thanks to our salesman, we were able to make a selection that fit both of our needs. Our salesman allowed us to browse without being overly pushy or intrusive and was extremely knowledgeable about the different types and brands of mattresses as well as the warranties that were offered. Ultimately we selected an adjustable hybrid mattress and I cannot wait for it to be delivered! Denver Mattress has gained a repeat customer!

Well, I say looking for a mattress and bed is a lot like looking for a car. After a while you get tired of looking and you become frustrated. The day I bought this bed I had been in 5 other stores and I left them all feeling dirty and tired. On a whim we stopped at the Bryan Denver Mattress store and met the assistant manager. He patiently showed us his products and answered all our questions. I bought the mattress and adjustable bed and was very happy with the service. Just goes to show not all mattress salesmen are snake oil salesmen. I can hardly wait for it to be delivered.

Purchased a mattress about 13 years ago and loved my mattress for 10 of those years. I was given a 15 year warranty at the time of purchase, which I submitted to the store, and still have today. The stitching on the edges have all pulled away and the mattress sinks incredibly over time - all of which is supposed to be covered by the warranty. I filed a claim but was told there was no such 15 yr warranty even though I have the paper-proof and receipt to show for it. It was insulting the be told I wasn’t being honest, when in fact I was. I wanted to trade-up and pay for a better mattress, but even that wasn’t satisfactory. If you pay for an extra warranty, it might not be honored. Price may be cheap, but so is the quality.

I have shopped Denver Mattress Co. (DMC) previously but it has been several years and a different city/state. I had a great experience previously which is why we came back. The Bryan store was disappointing. The mattress we bought was exactly what we wanted but the customer service was less than satisfactory. The salesperson was curt and unprofessional, I felt it he was "annoyed" to have to wait on us. We left with no purchase. I called to order the mattress another day and was told they would call back as he was waiting on other customers. Of course he never called back, no surprise to me. I ended up purchasing online. Had the decision been only mine, we would not have bought from DMC because of this experience. It will be a long time before I go back to another DMC store.

Horrible experience with this company. We asked for Queen or Full size in Casper or Purple and were told no for a due date three weeks out. Tyler and manager did not try and offer other options. Later, we heard that the company likes to sell their store brand only. Worst shopping experience ever. Would not recommend.
