We walked into the store and received the best customer service we have experienced in years! What a nice change! Carlos immediately guided us to the area of mattresses that would work for us. He patiently guided us through the differences and helped us find a mattress that provided us good alignment for our bodies. Carlos made sure we understood our options and the company's very liberal customer satisfaction guarantees. Dana kindly answered other questions we had. Denver mattress also generously gave us 50% off of all that we bought since we lost our house in the Marshall fire. THANK YOU! We walked out of there 45 minutes later with everything we needed to set up our bed with smiles on our faces due to the kind and pleasant experience. Thank you, Carlos and Dana!

I would like to acknowledge Theron G. He was the sales associate who helped me with my purchase on 12/4/2024. He greeted me immediately when I entered the store. Theron was welcoming and eager to help without being overbearing. I needed to buy pillows based on the recommendation of my doctor for neck pain. Theron was very knowledgeable and able to describe the anatomy of the neck and the advantages of the specific pillows that I needed. He had me try different pillows so that I could find one suitable for my needs. I have had neck pain for years. After 2 nights of using the shredded memory foam pillows I am already feeling the positive effects of their design. Thank you Theron for your professionalism, kindness and consideration of my needs.

Knowledgeable customer service
Josh was extremely knowledgeable about mattresses and what you need for the way you sleep. There was no pressure to sell me a mattress and Josh was very patient with the time it took me to decide on which Tempur-Pedic mattress I wanted to purchase. I can highly recommend this store and in particular Josh.

Go-to source for all bedding needs
I have purchased something like four or five beds from Denver Mattress. Each time, whether at the Boulder location, or the I 25 location on Furniture Row, or the one off of Highway six, the result is the same. Very reasonable pricing, a really good product, and excellent service. Of all the stores with which I have worked, Boulder is the best of the best and my recent purchase from last week with help from Rick was just one such experience.

Great Experience
We needed, long over due, new mattresses for our guest room and for our master bedroom. Joshua Bunting the sales manager asked good questions and we quickly selected the guest room mattress, which was perfect and on sale for a great value. We then moved on to our master. He explained the differences between styles and options in mattresses and then based upon our feedback and questions, recommended five or six options, but absolutely no pressure. We took our time and ultimately selected a Tempur-Pedic with ergonomic base. We were offered $500 of additional accessories value, sheets, pillows, duvet set etc. Great value and great experience!

I've never been here before but thought I would check it out. The store is larger than I thought it would be. I was the only customer when I entered. They didn't have all the bed sheets I wanted in the size I wanted so I went with an alternative - didn't want to wait the 2 weeks. The staff was helpful but didn't go out of their way.
