We were curious about a Purple mattress and ended up purchasing one, and we love it! Hunter was our salesman and he was friendly, polite, kind, very knowledgeable about the product and promotions going on, and overall very easy to deal with and made the process easy. He was very patient with our hangry toddler :) We are very happy with our mattress, and will definitely return for any furniture needs!

I went to Furniture Row looking for an large area rug. We were greeted right when we entered. I found several rugs I liked, but the creamy white and muted greys of the Torrance Grey really caught my eye. Our salesman quickly looked up and found what I wanted in stock and it was on sale! I went home to think about it. Called back the next day, told them what I wanted, they sent a link for payment, drove to the store (too excited to wait for delivery!) and a really nice guy from the warehouse loaded it in my car. Love the quality, colors and how soft my new rug is. I mostly loved how easy shopping was. I'll be back!

We bought a new mattress a little over a month ago and it made my spouses back hurt worse. I called Denver Mattress and they said we could switch out for a new mattress with no fees. Great customer service for getting what we as the customer really wanted and needed. Highly recommend to others in the market for a new mattress. Great Job Denver Mattress!

This was actually my first visit to a Denver Mattress store. I had one in my hometown in Wisconsin, then I actually moved to Denver and still never visited one until I moved to Billings. Absolutely huge store with a good selection. Prices were decent, considering how expensive furniture is. I was happy they carried Purple products as I was wanted to try one out before making the huge investment. I was sold right away. I will definitely be coming back to to the store, hopefully for a couch once the govt. shutdown is over and I'm getting paid again.

We recently purchased my Mom's home and decided to get a new King sized adjustable bed as a welcome home gift to ourselves. Jonathan was very knowledgeable and helped us pick out the best style of bed for our needs! If you ever need a new bed...this is definitely the place to go. This is the first time I've ever slept on a NEW mattress. I don't know what took so long, but after one week of sleeping on the "Doctor's Choice Pillow Top", my back feels so much better. I just didn't realize what my old mattress was doing to my back. I was ready to go under the knife, but not anymore!!

My wife and I went into Denver Mattress Billings to look and price a new bed we were immediately meet by a friendly salesman as soon as we walked in he asked a few simple questions and showed us to a selection of mattresses and helped us find the one we needed after we returned after a few hours of other shopping we needed to do we walked back in and was able to get the bed paid for and were at the loading dock within a few moments the loading dock guy was also extremely nice and helpful

I bought my daughter a little bed and it is perfect! I even got that short box spring mattress so the bed is lower to the ground in case she falls out :)

Jonathan took the time to learn about us, our needs, and our preferences. Then he showed us our options, explained the different configurations and discussed the pros and cons of each. This enabled us to make the best possible choice. Now we're excited for it to arrive!

My wife and I spent the whole day in Billings looking for mattresses. Denver Mattress was our third and final stop of the day. The first store was very professional, but overwhelming with the price. The second store was very nice, knew their product, but did not respect our budget. When we showed up at Denver Mattress, Rachel was VERY nice, VERY accommodating, and respected our budget. She knew the product very well, and asked the right questions to put us in the right direction. We ended up coming back the next morning and trying the one we had settled on one more time, and decided to buy it, she was never pushy at all, and left us to try things out on our own for a while, the other stores just stood over you and it was very uncomfortable. My wife and I were looking for a new mattress to replace our 12 year old one. We were greeted immediately upon coming in the doors. The saleswoman did a fit test on my wife and I and started to direct us towards possibilities. We came down to two mattresses, and had to think on it. There was no pressure from the staff to purchase, which is more our style. We shopped a few more stores and came back and purchased the Denver Mattress model Richmond Eurotop Quee . It was in stock, the staff located our products helped us load it and we were on our way home. We will definitely be back to make future purchases. Thanks for the terrific service. Our first night on the mattress was amazing!!!

My husband & I had been looking around at many places, including used furniture stores hoping to find a better deal. We soon found out that your store offered better quality items, at "lower" prices, that come with a warranty. We almost paid the same price for a used queen bed, without a warranty & the service was excellent!

Jason Duncan was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us to get our mattress replaced that really fell apart. He explained the warranty terms and helped us pick out a replacement mattress that hopefully will outlast the remaining warranty period. When we showed him pictures of our defective mattress, he was surprised and then set out to help us get a better one and upgrade from queen to king per our request with little extra cost. We really appreciate all of his help and the time he spent with us!

Got my mattress at Denver Mattress in Billings, MT. Immediately I was greeted by Rachel upon entering the store. I told her exactly what I was looking for and she took me right to it. She was very knowledgeable about the product and a sweet lady to do business with. She made sure to go over the warranty details and the 365 day sleep guarantee. She was also very helpful in my selecting the right mattress protector for my needs. She was patient and easy to deal with. I didn't feel like I was dealing with a slimy salesperson at all. That meant a lot to me because I felt I could totally trust her. The sale was quick and I was able to take my mattress home that day. The buying experience was so pleasant. I got exactly what I wanted at a great price. I am very satisfied with my purchase. No buyers remorse, just a happy feeling when I left.
