I was hesitant to go mattress shopping as I do not like being bombarded by salesmen. However, when we arrived, Glenn immediately greeted us and asked if we needed helped or wanted to look around on our own. I appreciate this because I hate the pushy car lot type sales tactic. He showed us the beds we wanted as I asked for him to point us to some for lower back pain; he told us to enjoy trying them out and he would be back. My husband and I laid on multiple beds and Glenn returned to help us narrow the ones we enjoyed and pointed out some things we did not think of. Price didn’t matter, we just wanted a good nights rest. He brought some pillows over to have us try our sides and we usually end up side sleepers. Again he returned and we found the one we wanted. He put in the sale and coupon prices and we were very happy. The whole visit was perfect and I can’t wait for my new mattress to be delivered. We would definitely recommend Glenn and Denver mattress. He’s the perfect balance of helpful, honest, informative and respectful, without being pushy. It was a great experience.

After reading a great review for a Denver mattress, I made a point of stopping at the Yakima location to try it out. I ended up buying the Doctors Choice Elite Plush on the excellent advice of Darren Marshall, manager. My husband and I are very satisfied with the comfort and stability of the mattress and box spring. Customer service from the Yakima store has been attentive. This mattress is moderately priced for the high quality and comfort provided.

I had placed a bed frame setup with Furniture Row - also adding a mattress with Denver Mattress. Upon review of orders coming in - Glenn noticed that there was a problem with the order regarding the box spring. Glenn immediately reached out to me to explain. I stopped by the store and met with Omar (Furniture Row) and Glenn (Denver Mattress). Glenn worked through some options, added what I needed and then put it all together for me - he truly made my day! I can't thank him enough!! I highly recommend visiting Denver Mattress and Furniture Row. Professional staff - they know their inventory and they strive to help their customers. I will definitely visit them for future needs. We went in the store and already knew what we were going to purchase after doing research on the internet. We told Glenn exactly what we were looking for, even though he was busy with other customers, seems he was the only one working the mattress department he made sure to let us know he would be right with us. He wrote up everything we were looking for and we were out of the store within an hour (some of that time was because he was working with other customers when we walked in) no problem for us, we were in no hurry. Thank you Glenn for you great customer service, looking forward to our new mattress.

We needed a mattress now as I had surgery and we just moved to town.. Not only did I get a mattress at a great price but they made the delivery that very day . Thank you so much for your care , and going the extra mile...I have had the best night sleep..

When we walked into the Furniture Row, Denver Mattress store, it was to see if chair casters were available. Our chairs are old enough they're not available, but, we saw a beautiful bed, a very INVITING bed, and I had to lay down on it. When Darren Marshall came over to talk to us, he told us all about the bed's features, the adjustable base, the Labor Day Sale and the complete package with bedding, pillows and 0% financing. He sold us...or rather...the bed sold itself! We can hardly wait for the delivery! (I did as Darren asked and posted a picture an comment on Facebook). I will gladly "show and tell" people of our great experience and our purchase.

walked in to check out adjustable beds and ended up buying one. we knew we wanted one, have dealt with this store in the past so knew we would be treated good.

Great place with good selection of mattresses which is what we needed. Sales man did his best to help us with the limited options we had. He tried to convince my wife to go with the adjustable bed but had no luck just like me. We have a Cal King bed now so we did not have many options.

Looking for a couch, mattress or table to fill that empty spot at a great price this would be your store! There are lots of options in an array of styles and colors! The store is centrally located, clean, cool and friendly! The staff is available but not "overly friendly" you're not being attacked at the door. When looking and making decisions space & privacy is important. This is not a Crate & Barrel by any means but you will find something that comes close and will work on a budget!

We recently purchased an adjustable base, the hibernation series. Within 2 days our remote starts malfunctioning such as the zero gravity and lounge feature. I called customer service to report the problem and a technician agent was to call later. So I did receive a call back and the technician mentioned that these models have faulty remotes, so now we are being sent a new remote. Pretty upset about this, I hope the new remote works.

Although we have not received the mattress yet I am sure it will be what we are expecting according to the research that undertaken. This review is more about the customer service that was very poor. I bough this mattress on a black Friday and whether the gentlemen helping us had had a long night or what I do not know but he could never smile and even lacked the basic human interaction skill. As are most people we were looking for a good deal and we asked for some consessions but there was never a let me see what I can do about that or am sorry but because of the discount we are currently offering we cannot do anything else it was also a very stern NO! like I was getting reprimanded by my parents or something. I wanted to partner with somebody who would teach me about the type of mattress I would need and the pro and cons there was no information given as the sale rep stood a ways off maybe trying to give us space maybe? but never really engaging. If it was not for my wife who said that she liked this bed better than all the others I would have bought somewhere else because of the service.

Got a good deal on a mattress from Glenn, but Darrin was beyond rude. Treated me like I was a complete bother when I just came in to pay for my mattress. He was very short with me, and I left out of there feeling very disrespected. Looks like I'm not the only person who has had a problem with Darrin. Something should be done about it. If you go, ask for Glenn so that you can be treated right.

I am writing this because I drove from out of town, and was very disappointed! I went into Denver Mattess yesterday and was the only customer there. A tall bald man was at his counter was playing with his cell phone and did not look up or acknowledge me. When I finally went up to him and asked for help, he acted as I was an incovience and my purchase was not worth his time. Sure he showed me some beds, but really left me to shop on my own. I ended up looking around myself and then left. I was able to find attentive customer service at a competitors store.
