We looked at a few stores before Furniture Row for a bedroom set for our daughter who is 3 and I honestly started to get disappointed as many stores had limited selections on youth furniture. Most stores just had pictures of what they could order. We decided to try Furniture row/Denver mattress and they had SO many great selections on display as well as catalog, we feel like we really got what we were looking for! Will definitely go straight to FR for our future furniture needs! The staff was also very helpful and nice!

We were assisted by Elizabeth, a wonderful sales associate/assistant manager. She was helpful and knowledgeable, but never "pushy" or over the top. We made a rather large mattress purchase, and are appreciative for her help.

My husband and I bought the Denver Mattress Doctor's Choice Plush mattress, and my, how comfortable it is! I know we have a 30-day break-in period, but it's feeling so comfy already, I'm not sure we need all that time (it's only been a week of sleeping on it). Excellent product for the price, and I would highly recommend this mattress!

We purchased a mattrsss from this store. The salesperson's name was Amanda and she was awesome! Prior to buying our mattress, Amanda was very knowledgeable about all the products we discussed. When we finally decided what we wanted, she was very efficient in getting us taken care of. She set clear expectations about what we could expect from a new mattress. She even called at 30 days to make sure everything was going okay with our purchase. I have never had any other store do that. I will definitely recommend Denver Mattress to all my family and friends.

On Sunday December 11, 2016 my daughter and I drove to Wichita Falls, TX from Vernon, TX with intent to purchase a mattress and have delivered on Monday. We arrived at the Denver Mattress store located at 3717 Call Field RD around 3:30 PM. We were greeted immediately upon arrival by Amanda Meza and she advised me of the location of the restroom. After leaving the restroom, we found Amanda assisting customers with a mattress purchase. In about three or four minutes Amanda noticed we were waiting patiently for her assistance (she is by herself). She advised us that she would assist us, when done assisting the two customer's she is working with on a mattress purchase. Well, we waited about 20 minutes and Amanda walked over to us and apologized for the delay. She immediately Asked; “How may I help you today?” I told Amanda that I want to purchase an adjustable mattress. She listened intently to statements and asked questions about my preference in a mattress feel. She advised me of my options for an adjustable mattress; basically three brand options; Denver Mattress, Tempur-Pedic, and Serta. Amanda told me that she actually owns an adjustable mattress, the Denver Mattress and she spoke very highly of the product. After listening to her personal testimonial regarding usage of the Denver Mattress. I was sold on the Denver Mattress, I trusted her remarks and candor. She was very knowledgeable of the adjustable mattress product and explained in detail the feel of the mattress and it’s attributes. Amanda made me feel like I made the right decision after listening to her comments about the Denver Mattress. She is very good at educating a customer about the mattress product; pros and cons of the different mattress product options. The purchase experience was excellent and efficient, thanks to Amanda Meza. we did a lot of comparison and found the Serta Hybrid with Denver Adj. base was the best deal. we visited with Elizabeth several times before purchase. She was patient. knowledgeable and respectful.

I went into Denver Mattress looking for a twin mattress for my son. I was immediately greeted by Amanda who was so friendly and knowledgeable. I told her my price range and she took my straight to my options, but then suggested there might be a higher quality mattress on clearance. There was! My son was so excited about how comfortable his new bed is and I couldn't believe how good the price was! Hundreds below other retailers. We also ended up buying a mattress protector and the bed railings for the twin mattress. All at wonderful prices. I was so pleased with how helpful Amanda was and how smoothly and quickly our purchase was completed. Thank you Denver Matress!

My husband and I were looking for new pillows. We were tired of our pillows breaking down after just a couple weeks. We went into the Wichita Falls Denver Mattress and the sales rep was very helpful. She was very attentive and listened to what we were looking for. She asked what kind of mattress we had so she could try to mimic how the pillow would be on our bed. We tried out several different pillows before making a selection. We chose the Hevea Cumulus Natural Jum Pillows. Once we made our selection she was very quick to get the products and complete the sale transaction. We both had a great nights sleep last night on our new pillows. Thank you.

With the expert help of Amanda, the store manager, I purchased the Durango Firm mattress. I'm very happy with the mattress so far, as I've only had it a week, but I'm able to fall asleep faster and sleep alittle more comfortably than before. I never felt under any pressure to purchase the bed, and Amanda answered all my questions satisfactorily.

My husband an I had been looking for a new bunk bed,our grandson had out grown his twin bed plus needed other places for grandchildren to sleep when they come over. We found a double full, so all that was left was to find good mattress. Beth,our sales assistant was very courteous and professional, new exactly what what we needed. She order us Steamboat mattresses combo,and explained the warranty. So knowing boys we also ordered the Bed works 14" protector for both. My overall experience was great.These were not the first set of mattress we have bought and more then likely won't be the last.

Beware buyers!!! This distributor for Tempur Pedic mattresses does NOT honor the Tempur Pedic 90 day warranty and you must sign a waiver if you desire XL length or any of the so called special order mattresses. If you order direct from Tempur Pedic you will receive the 90 day warrenty for any mattress ordered. I am stupid for purchasing such a expensive product when asked to sign the warranty waiver.... I should have walked out.
