After going to several stores and receiving less than par customer service we walked in and although not greeted right away(very busy) I was soon asked if I needed assistance from Zoey. I had some unusual requests as to moving certain pieces of furniture around (am a visual person) and they were more than happy to help. I actually needed to build a sectional in a certain configuration and the pieces had to be moved around and measured to make sure they would fit the area I was trying to fill. Great service from start to finish and I am actually going back today to purchase a dining room set! Even though I ended up spending more than I originally planned I feel great about the upgrades and money spent here! Take the drive out and give them a chance.

The team and staff were especially caring, supportive, and super responsive. Heather was very helpful and she is great example of customer service, and an excellent ambassador of your brands.

I bought a coffee table from Furniture Row 13 years ago in a store. It’s made well and is still in good shape after 5 moves. I found what I wanted online this time. I texted information online, had a quick response, made my purchase and received my receipt in less than 15 min. I do have to wait until late Feb to get my furniture, but that’s the only draw back on Selection.

I would like to say thank you for having Heather. She went above and beyond what I was expecting. She helped me with my confusion about our delivery. It was not scheduled like I thought it was. We really needed the beds to be here. I was upset and ready to cancel my order. But Heather had fixed our problem. I can't thank you for having such a amazing store manager (Heather).

We had never been to Denver Mattress, but found ourselves needing a new mattress and decided to try them. We were extremely pleased with every facet of our shopping/purchase. Our salesman, Blake, was extremely helpful, not pushy, very knowledgeable and made the choice of our mattress very pleasant. After I made the discovery the next day that the mattress we purchased was listed online as being on sale, I called and Blake was quick to acknowledge the mistake and refunded the difference to our credit card. The delivery personnel were very friendly, picked up our old mattress and set up the new one very quickly. They were very polite and professional. All in all, this was a pleasant experience and we look forward to enjoying our purchase. Would highy recommend Denver Mattress to anyone needing a new mattress.

I came in to assist my relative in purchasing a bed because he is deaf and can’t speak. We had looked here at Denver Mattress first and then tried a couple other stores. We came back to Denver mattress because they treated us with patience and were not pushy at all. My cousin wanted to come back here because he liked the comfort of this bed over the other stores. Our salesman, Blake, was very patient and kind while dealing with us as it took a little while to make the decision. He was very knowledgeable about the company and beds and made us feel comfortable. My cousin was EXTREMELY happy with his choice. I visited Denver Mattress in Tyler, Texas after visiting 3 other mattress stores in the same day. I received excellent, non-hurried assistance and was able to test several sample floor models. Blake's assistance was extremely helpful. My purchase was delivered by 2 polite, knowledgeable young men who assembled and set up the new mattresses and removed the old ones. I highly recommend this store. I am very pleased with my purchase.

We have never been to a Denver Mattress Company. As soon as we walk in the door a man from across the room said "Welcome to Denver Mattress I will be right with you." He came to help us asked if we had ever been in here before. Then he started telling us all about all the mattress. I have never had any sales person take that much time to explain every thing to me. He was a great help Thank you . And I hope I love the bed as much as the help that was given to us.

The staff was super helpful in helping us find the RIGHT mattress for us. We were able to narrow it down to 2 then the manager did the tension test on us, we were sold after that! The buying process was easy and didn't take long at all. We will be loyal customers for sure! Wife and I started shopping for a new mattress by visiting a couple of high profile mattress stores and came away surprised at the pricing and confused by the endless choices. Decided to hit the library and read what CR had to say. This opened our eyes to the fact paying more for a mattress doesn't always get you a better mattress, warranty or longer and more generous test period. The Denver Mattress Doctors choice mattress scored very highly,had a long generous warrenty and exchange period. Off to Denver mattress we went. Great experience from start to finish. We were helped by a very knowledgable young lady Sheldy Speel. She made it easy to find a good matress for our budget and needs. She knew the products and answered all of our question. No one can be absolutely sure you have picked the right mattress until you sleep on it for a few weeks. Not to worry Denver Mattress has one if not the most generous exchange return warranties available. You can not do any better in the Tyler area then Denver Matress based on our experience. We will recommend them to our friends and family members.

Our salesperson was extremely helpful! It was such a pleasant experience. She wasn't pushy at all but instead gave us space to shop but stayed close enough to readily answer questions we had. She was very knowledgeable about the products in the store. And she was funny without being unprofessional... I love when you can laugh with someone you just met - she was genuine and if we buy anything in the future we will seek her out to be our salesperson again!!!!

My husband and I went into Denver Mattress on Friday FEB 17, we met the manager Blake and he was wonderful. My husband and I needed a new mattress and Blake sold the buy in great progress. We were helped by the manager Blake. He was very well informed about his products and worked very hard to understand our needs. He made certain to ask the right questions and did so without being annoying. The store appeared to be clean and well organized. I came to look at an adjustable bed frame and new mattress. Was greeted at the door by Joe who was quite pleasant and very knowledgeable about the products Ii was looking for. I purchased both mattress and adjustable bed frame. I have not received them yet but the whole experience so far has been great. Walked around the store and really liked the quality of the furniture compared to other stores. The prices are very fair too.
