Jim did a nice job explaining the features, break in process, warranty, and many other things associated with our new mattress purchase. He wasn't high pressure, listened to us, and answered our questions. Would highly recommend him.

Great doing business with these people. When we were shopping for a mattress for my son he insisted we went here. We looked at several "cheaper" places first; One was just across the road and found nothing in our price range that looked to be of the quality that we wanted. Finally we gave in to his request and went to Denver Mattress. We were pleasantly surprised that not only the prices were right but so was the quality. He's had it for 2 years now and I can say it will be the first place we look from now on. Customer service has been second to none. Old school "We stand behind our product" attitude.

I went into the Terre Haute Furniture Row store looking for a queen size storage platform bed that sits flat on the floor to eliminate our 9" box spring. Our new mattress was so tall that our elderly dog could no longer get up on the bed with us. I discovered that what I was looking for didn't exist, but an employee asked if she could help me & she quickly suggested a solution that I did not know was an option. She informed me that Denver Mattress made a low profile 2" platform box spring replacement. She also walked me down to Denver Mattress & explained to an associate what I needed. That associate showed me the item that she mentioned & it was exactly what I needed, and I didn't know it. If not for their help, I would still have an almost 3 foot tall bed & a sad old dog.

Went in on Labor Day with fiance to buy a mattress. Was met by Jim who was excellent with listening to our questions and fully answering each one. He made sure we were getting what we needed and was very thorough with going into detail about our selection. Will shop here again with any future bedding needs.

Made the order over the phone and everything went smooth. Big thanks to Jeff for helping me place the order over the phone! This is the second bed I have ordered, the first bed is a little over a year old and is still like new. Very pleased!!

It's very comfortable; able to move without disturbing each other when we get up at night. We're able to get sheets to fit, too.

We were greeted almost immediately upon entering the store. Our salesperson was extremely knowledgeable about the different mattresses that we were interested in and never tried to pressure us into busting our stated budget. We purchased a Doctor's Choice Euro Top and I think we got a great mattress for the money. It always feels good to support an American company that builds many of its products here in the USA.

we were greated tactfully and not rushed by a pushy over the top sales person. he explained the products we were interested in and recommended complimenting products. we chose a couple of products and left the store to make a final decision. when we returned, the sales person was attentive to our many questions and was very patient with our lack of knowledge with certain products. this has been a positive experience with many helpful people and available options in store to feel and inspect first hand. i will be doing more of our household needs shopping here and feel comfortable and as a priority. thanks so much for such a positive experience.

Matthew Glick provided excellent customer service as my husband and I shopped for our new mattress! His knowledge of the mattresses and foundations was impressive and helpful as we made our decision. He took the time to review our bed so we were sure to purchase the correct foundation. He even assisted with sheets that would properly fit the mattress we purchased. We are loyal Denver Mattress customers! This is the second mattress we've purchased in the last 10 years.

I purchased an adjustable bed and mattress from this store yesterday. I was very taken aback at how professional, and helpful the sales staff was. I was not pressured in any was. In fact she called the bed company and found out the bed was on sale. She called with the good news and I saved even more. The added items that were also included with the package was fantastic. I will be purchasing more items in the future. Hope I get the same little sales girl.

During our trip to Denver Mattress the sales associate was very helpful and did not try to sell us something we were not interested in. He quickly asked what we were looking for and made a recommendation of a few different styles as soon as he learned what we were looking for. It was a great experience and we were probably in and out in less than 20 minutes. Going to Denver was a great decision and we are happy with the experience and the product.

We have not received our mattress yet, but we believe it will be a great choice for us. We look forward to shopping there again!
