When the time came for a new mattress, my first and last stop was Denver Mattress on Furniture Row here in Springfield. Jen and Cody both provided great information and help, with absolutely not pressure. I chose a mattress that I thought would suit both my wife and myself, but after several nights my wife was experiencing some problems. I talked to Cody, and he said I could return the mattress any time and chose another one. This time I took my wife with me and we selected the Doctor's Choice Hybrid Euro Top. We absolutely love this mattress, and it has already helped our chronic lower back pain ,greatly! We would recommend Denver Mattress to anyone looking for great value and selection, and also great people to work with. Bravo, Denver Mattress!

My wife and I needed a new mattress, and while in Springfield, I stopped into Denver Mattress Co and spoke with Cody. I was excited to let my wife know what I had learned. Cody texted me to let me know about current sales and we decided to make the 50 minute trip about a week later. We began with which mattresses would best suit our sleep positions and Cody helped us understand the differences in construction and longevity. When we mentioned pain points he was able to address which mattress helps alleviate those symptoms. He was so patient with us, very kind, and no matter the question was able to answer and explain things so that we could move forward with confidence. We were delighted with Cody’s excellent service and purchased a mattress with an adjustable base with confidence because of the Denver Mattress Company’s commitment to customer satisfaction. He thoroughly explained warranties and the proper care of the mattress, return policies, etc. He checked stock levels and gave us potential delivery windows. We certainly appreciate the free delivery and old mattress haulaway. Cody went above and beyond what we were expecting and what we’ve experienced in the past when buying a mattress. He spent a lot of time with us and was very thorough to ensure we got it right the first time. We ended up spending more than we expected, not due to any sales pressure, but because we feel we are getting what we need.

I was hesitant to order at first, however the associate I was dealing with was very knowledgeable and very direct, which I appreciated soo much! He also has maintained contact with me in regards to delivery of my product, making me feel confident in my purchase.

He knew his product and spent the necessary time needed to evaluate the pros and cons of available selections. We were in twice both guys were very nice and help this is hard for us to decide what we want in the last year and then left us alone and let us decide and we ended up going home with a new mattress box springs and my husband got a purple pillow which arrived yesterday and he loves it

We walked in the store from Oak Express and we knew which mattress we were looking for so we headed to the front of the store where they were located. One of the salesman met us and was very cordial, not pushy, but answered all of our questions as we had them. Mom and I both commented on the way home that he was very knowledgeable and we both appreciated that.

I shopped around a lot before I bought a bed. Denver gives the longest warranty of anybody in town that I shopped at. The rep Sam was a new rep at the store, still handled himself very professionally. Was very up front with me on everything. Their mattresses are very comfortable and very reasonable in price. Overall my buying experience was top notch and we have a very comfortable mattress and pillows!

Was not satisfied with Finkbiner Delivery for another store because of a 2 month wait for delivery. We cancelled order from other place, purchased new beds from Furniture Row, received delivery the next day.

I recently had a hip replacement surgery and realized while in the hospital that a Tempurpedic mattress would help with my recovery. I called Denver Mattress and spoke to Debbie, the store manager. She listened to my needs, was very helpful with her suggestions, and did not try to over-sell me. I was being released the following day and the delivery people were at my home an hour after I got there. There are many places to shop for Tempurpedic mattresses but I would recommend this store before any others. The quality and expediency of the service was exceptional, and I love my new mattress!

Great experience!! This store has been our 'go to' for mattresses for the last 20 years. Their expertise in the bedding industry is second to none. We returned to the store this week looking for a queen mattress for our guest room. Our salesman, Mason, guided us through the process without any high pressure sales. We ended up choosing a mattress from the Doctor's Choice line. We are anxious to get it home and provide our guests with a comfortable night's rest! Mason is most certainly personable and professional... and he knows this industry very well. We highly recommend Mason to anyone in this area looking to purchase a new mattress!

So I show up on Saturday, 24 February to pick up my surroundsound futon from my son and I thought I would go next-door and check out the mattresses they had a full mattress that my daughter really liked after waiting for service though like they were understaffed or just busy with the customers the wait was not that long but with mattress not being delivered anymore and with the discount I thought it was a pretty good deal so I went even further and ask them if they had a king size set which they did and I went ahead and bought that and some slipcovers even though it was raining and very cold the gentleman actually helped me load it up in my van which was very kind and nice when I got home I set everything up very very heavy probably should’ve done it by myself the next day after I was just satisfied with everything I told my in-laws Paul and Jackie elder about the deal and service that I received and they went there and bought a new mattress overall it was very pleasant and I think I will be going back very soon here in a couple of months to get my other children some mattresses even the stores next-door were very nice no one seemed like a vulture car self and they were very professional

I have been purchasing all my beds from Denver Mattress for nearly two decades. The people are more knowledgeable than anywhere else and they are never pushy. They have great stuff in every price point and when you fall in love with the perfect mattress you can buy them over and over because they keep making them for years. I have Telluride mattresses in every room all with adjustable bases.

I absolutely LOVE DM. I was referred to them by several family members who have purchased through this company. Every single employee was extremely helpful and mindful of my shopping experience. There was a very large selection of mattresses, and when I found the one I loved, the transaction to purchase was very quick and easy with warranty included. I am very pleased and will always recommend.

The sales woman was not pushy in anyway. We gave her a price range and she looked what they had showed us to them. They let us hang around by ourselves until we needed them. We were in and out and happy! Definitely recommend!

We were greeted cheerfully by a store employee who patiently guided us through a detailed mattress selection process. It was clear from the beginning that this lady knew what she was talking about. We ultimately made a confident choice, probably the best Tempur-Pedic mattress in the store. Then we found out we could select $300 worth of free stuff! Wow!!! The mattress was delivered and installed a couple of days later. FREE!!! We even went back to the store for some more of those wonderful pillows to give as birthday presents to our son and his family. We figured our salesperson was their top employee, and we were not at all surprised to learn she is the store manager. This is a wonderful store where we enjoyed a very pleasant shopping experience.

Excellent salesperson, Daniel Muresan. He was very knowledgeable about the Tempurpedic mattresses. The store had a special of $300.00 free toward sheets, pillows and mattress cover. We also received free removal of our old mattress set and free delivery of our new Tempurpedic mattress set. We were very pleased on how we were treated at this store. We are also very pleased on the warranty of the Tempurpedic mattress.

I appreciate how Debbie gave me all necessary information and answered every question. She wasn't pushy, which makes me go the other way. She left me alone to look until I was satisfied with my choice. I am satisfied that this adjustable mattress and frame will last me for many years to come.

We recently purchased the Green Choice tranquility memory foam mattress.....love it! Wish I knew why we waited so long to buy one!

After 12yrs with my old coil Denver mattress I was ready for an upgrade. Having such good luck with the last Denver mattress I wanted to invest in another, so I walked into the Springfield, MO store this week with my 2 kids. I was greeted and asked if I had anything specific I came in for. I was pretty confident I wanted the Doctors Choice Elite Plush but I wanted to see comparable models and wanted to know their differences. The sales associate was very knowledgeable, kind, and let my kids use the remote with the adjustable bed. She explained the differences to me and informed me that if I'm unsatisfied with my purchase I have a whole year to exchange it. I had a great experience and ended up purchasing the Doctors Choice Elite Plush. Can't wait to sleep on it tonight!

We had a great experience while buying our mattress. The sales people were both very friendly and helpful. Both were very knowledgeable about all types of mattress. We did not feel rushed or pushed at all.

We went in to Denver Mattress multiple times and worked with Travis. He did a very good job of helping without being overbearing. He is knowledgable about the products and really tried to help us. We purchased 4 bedrooms of furniture.

Salesman gave his pitch, then allowed us to browse without harassing us. After a few weeks, I made my purchase and the salesman remember who I was and was willing to explain all the little things.

My wife and kids came to the store towards closing time, but Jose made us feel welcomed and worked with us to quickly and effectively find the right mattress for my wife and I. The store had a "Kids Corner" for the boys to hang out in and it was clean and visible during the whole process. We have been long time customers at Furniture row. Buying our bedroom set, couches, and entertainment center. We were in desparate need of a good mattress as ours was over 12 years old. Our salesman was helpful with answers to all our questions and allowed us time to try out and peruse several options. At no time did we feel pressured and left very satisfied!
