We appreciated the assistance received by Micah at Denver Mattress in Spokane Valley, Washington. We had been forced to warranty our current mattress due to a manufacturing defect, so we were unable to purchase a mattress at Denver Mattress (we had to go back to where it was originally purchased). Despite knowing that we couldn't buy, Micah still took the time to assist us in making an informed decision. Denver Mattress has an excellent selection - we were able to see the exact mattress we would be buying, instead of choosing from a photo!

What a great store
The last thing I wanted to do what shop for a new mattress, so I bucked up and headed to Denver Mattress reluctantly. I am so happy I did! The salesman there are hands down top notch. Patrick, thank you so much for your knowledge and outstanding personality. I purchased 2 mattresses, 1 for myself and another for my adult daughter. The delivery was quick and painless. Looking forward to many nights of heavenly sleep. Patrick needs a raise!!

Great mattress and sheets
We went in to the N. Division store and were treated in a friendly manner with no pressure to buy. We bought a king size mattress and loved it from the first night we slept on it. We also got the Cotton sheets which are the nicest sheets we have ever had and the top sheet is extra big so it could be tucked in on the sides, the way sheets used to be made years ago.

Mattress Purchase
Down sizing and needed to replace a Queen size bed with a Full. Lanny was very helpful and listened to what my needs and wants were, even providing different pillows to try with each Mattress. No hard sell, no up sell, no presure! He allowed me the time I wanted tto make a decsion. Great experiance!

Amazing Mattress
I came into Denver Mattress looking for a new mattress. I was greeted when I entered the building and was shown a few to look at. I gave the sales person my Budget and it worked. I found one I really liked. I appreciated the wonderful customer service they had. They work around my schedule to deliver it. I enjoyed the free pillows which I wasn't expecting. Great quality store and Service. I will be back in the future.

Friendly and helpful
I was very impressed with the friendly service we received at Denver Mattress and Furniture Row on Division, in Spokane. The staff went above and beyond to help us decide on a bed that we had seen online but was not on the floor. They brought out and unpacked a piece from the set so that we could see the wood color. We were able to order the exact River Ridge bed I had seen online and feel confident that the color was what we wanted. I am so excited for our new bed and mattress!

Queen Breckenridge mattress
We bought this for our spare room that has limited space. The salesman suggested the Space Base frame which would allow us more storage underneath the bed. We couldn't be happier with the mattress. It's super comfortable and the frame is durable and sturdy. Great purchase overall. This is our third purchase from the store and I would recommend anyone going are there Furniture needs!

Well Done Guys, Very Well Done
We needed a bed...severely. The guy helped us immensely, excellent recommendations, took our budget into consideration and didn't force us into financing or to make any larger purchase than we wanted. he was polite, loved our kids regardless of the fact that they were jumping from bed to bed like they were trampolines :-) He was kind, patient with our indecisiveness and lack of knowledge and most of all gave us the space we needed to make a decision. FR and Denver mattress was a major yes for us even after going to multiple other places that day, everywhere else made us feel like we were just a sale and yet Denver Mattress/FR made us feel like we were the guests. thank you so much you guys we finally had a good nights sleep after like 7 years of having a bad mattress, We love it, We love the deal and we loved your service. We are Crazy satisfied and have already recommended you to a friend, and told all of our friends! Keep on keeping your customers as #1 guys!

Best buying experience
This was the third store we stopped at in our mattress shopping adventures. We were quickly greated and when I told the salesman what I wanted and what my budget was he showed us all the available mattresses and then even offered to show us what was on clearance to save even more. Ended up with a perfect mattress AND upgraded to a clearance adjustable base for our mattress. I will definitely be back to Furniture Row and Denver Mattress for future purchases!

Furniture Row is the place to go.
I have never had a bad experience in a Furniture Row store. I purchased an adjustable bed a few years back, a mattress and frame for my son and a new mattress for my bed this year.
The customer service is great and I know first hand that Furniture Row stands by thier exchange policy. When I first purchased my mattress years back, I found it to be too firm and Furniture Row exchanged it without any hassle. I will always go to Furniture Row to compare prices and most likely buy my furniture.
