Ephraim is an excellent salesman and a true professional. I recently purchased 3 Dr’s. Choice mattresses and frames with his assistance, and it couldn’t have gone more smoothly. He also made it possible for me to delay delivery while I have carpet installed. I will definitely keep recommending Ephraim specifically, and Denver Mattress generally!

At the Spokane Valley Denver Mattress store, we worked with Brandon Pounds. His product knowledge allowed us to save sever hundred dollars on a Tempur mattress set and adjustable bed. Great service, and we still qualified for the factory rebates. It was a very pleasant experience, especially remarkable in an industry that can deploy dubious sales techniques. Thanks to Brendan for shooting straight with us!

I bought a mattress and it was quick and easy. Very informative and helpful staff great price for the mattress. Had it in stock they loaded it in my truck and was on my way. I will be buying any future mattress set from this location.

Our experience buying a bed and platform frame was wonderful and informative. We were interested in the purple mattress but were much more impressed with the Denver Mattress Madison Plush. We are very pleased with the staff. They were informative but not pushy and we are very pleased with our bed!

I recently went to denver mattress to purchase a new mattress. The first time my wife and i were in. Jake did a fantastic job answering any and all of our questions. we left and came back and travis did a wonderful job completing the purchase for us. Would highly reccomend denver mattress to all my friends and family. Will be a repeat customer for sure.

We went to the Spokane Valley store to look for mattresses, and my husband and I were greeted right away. We were given a lot of information about a lot of brands of mattresses to help with our selection. It was like the three bears. This one too hard, this one’s too soft... until we found the perfect one! The sales associate was also knowledgeable about Ergo systems and was able to answer ALL our questions. Like what happens if the electricity goes out? We ended up purchasing a Serta Prodigy III. I work in corrections and I'm on my feet all day which tends to affect my hips, lower back and up to my neck etc... I'm also a side sleeper and my husband is a stomach sleeper. My husband use to wake up 2, 3 even 4 times sometimes a night, which would wake me up as well. Now we both get a good nights rest. This mattress is perfect fit for us both! It alleviates my back pain, he sleeps through the night. Now we both get a good night’s rest. We couldn't have been able to find our perfect bed without Denver Mattress and their wonderful staff!

Our salesman, Travis, was knowledgeable, polite, and very helpful. He guided us to the mattress that was appropriate for our needs. Overall, a good experience and I'm pleased with our purchase.

We were looking for a bunk bed for our son and looked all over for a "T" shaped loft bunk. My wife wanted a sturdy one, and we saw prices as high as $2000 on some websites. Their sale price was awesome, our Sales Rep, Tony, was very helpful and not pushy. It was a great experience and we will return for future needs.

We went to compare prices for adjustable beds and they smoked everyone. They have great service and know their products. We got exactly what we wanted at a great price. I would recommend Furniture Row to anyone that demands excellent service and pricing.

Visiting Denver Mattress at Furniture Row, was our first time there, and we were so excited with the store and the customer service with no pressure and integrity. We bought a Doctor's choice elite mattress set and we couldn't be more pleased. I no longer wake up with back pain and no longer toss and turn to find a comfortable position. We are sleeping better than ever! The mattress is comforting and supportive at the same time. It seems to be a well made product, and the delivery was quick and on time. They helped us by removing our old mattress set, and setting up our new bed with no trouble. Before trying Denver mattress at Furniture Row, we did check out other mattress stores, but felt pressured, overpriced and had less warranty on their products. We also checked out the other side of the store at Furniture Row, for leather couches, where we found the prices to be very reasonable and good quality. We found 2 couches which reclined, which we loved, and are hoping to buy one soon, maybe for Christmas. We are so excited to find such a place to go to, for our furniture needs, all in one place, that is affordable and good quality.

The experience and service in the showroom was great. The salesmen was helpful and guided us in our selection of the perfect mattress selection. The problem came when scheduling the delivery. The person who called to schedule the delivery was rude and told us he wouldn’t schedule a day unless we were available the entire day. I guess they believe none of has a job we have to be at. We have purchased several rooms of furniture there and never before been treated this badly. I will think twice before I purchase anything additional if this how they treat customers after the sale.

I purchased a mattress and the sales person was very good. I returned the mattress and the exchange fell short of good. The new mattress had not been held for me as promised. I was told I would need to go to the other location to get the mattress. Upon asking why I needed to go out of my way for their mistake, they offered to see if an employee could bring it from the other store. He was off, so now a stalemate. After standing at the front counter for quite a while everyone was on their computers, I was then asked to sign the exchange paperwork. I questioned that if there was no available mattress, why would I sign the paperwork. Magically, I was told there was a mattress at this location but they were holding it for another customer but now they could send their employee to the other store and pick up that one for the next customer. When the warehouse employee rolled the mattress out on a cart, I was asked to sign the release paperwork. While doing this, he bounced the mattress off the cart on one of the corners, landing it in the bed of the truck with a thud. Poor experience.

Jennifer B mentioned ages ago replacing my bunkie board that was delivered full of holes and I’ve yet to see it? I told them recently I don’t want the delivery crew that has been to my home twice as they were highly rude and disrespectful and after letting management know they cared less! I asked them to mail it, no reply to that, someone called and did not speak clearly stating they could send a different crew. if that’s the case it will be a front door hand off and I can guarantee they will be equally rude. I’ve given between the store’s a lot of business and this is how they treat you.
