First of all, the store has great selection and a variety of price levels. We had been shopping around and knew what we wanted. Patrick at the Show Low location was very helpful and the promised delivery date for our Tempur-Pedic was a third of other stores. Around ten days later we had our mattress delivered and my wife and I are both sleeping more comfortably than ever. A+ for selection, service, and Patrick!

Patrick was very helpful and knowledgeable while we were shopping for a mattress for my mom. He showed her several different mattresses based on her description and what she wanted from new mattresses. Due to Patrick's knowledge and expertise she chose a new mattress. He explained the delivery process and time. Thank you for your help. Patrick was an outstanding salesperson. We will shop there in the future.

Received More Than Originally Intended
I originally went shopping for a Couch & Loveseat, ended up purchasing: Two high quality Tempurpedic Queen size mattresses with box springs, Four Tempurpedic pillows, all the accessories for the mattresses and pillows as well as a new frame for one of the beds. Oh, I did get the Couch & Loveseat with a new Coffee Table. So, yeah, I would say the customer service was outstanding. Would highly recommend Denver Mattress Company and Furniture Row for all your household furniture needs.

Oliver at Denver Mattress Yuma was very helpful in finding the right for my husband. I needed a firm mattress for a twin bed. Since my husband broke his back 8/17/18 and I have a bad back, we opted for the adjustable base with a very firm mattress. Oliver hepled me while his lunch sit waiting. The Show Low store was very helpful also. While my husband was in rehab with a broken back, they helped me with a new bed for the cabin. We have a king size bed there. My husband prefers very firm and I like a softer mattress. They helped me pick out a twin firm mattress and a softer twin mattrress to go on a king size bed frame. The delivery guys even put the grab bar on the bed to help my husband get out of bed. I would give both stores and the people who helped me a great big 10.

Purple has always been my favorite color!
I am so excited that Denver Mattress and Purple have teamed up! Hubby and I got a chance to try the different Purple mattresses before making up our minds on which one we want to order. And while we were there, we picked out our pillows, too! They had all the Purple products that I wanted to touch and try and even took notes for when we are ready to order! I went back and got a Purple pillow for myself for my birthday!

Success on Finding the Right Mattress
I came into the store looking for a mattress that was right for me and my budget. I wasn't sure about foam mattresses but after having the store manager talk and show me the latest sale in my budget......I purchased the mattress and the adjustable frame! I can't wait to test out my new mattress!!

Sold before I walked out the door.
I was greeted upon entering the store. I explained about the mattresses I'd enjoyed in hotel/motel/cruise ships. Davina, the manager showed me two (one Sealy, one Serta) that fit the specs. Received estimates based on discounts and gifts applied. Pleasant experience.

We stopped by Denver Mattress to learn about their beds. We were immediately and politely greeted by TJ. TJ asked questions to our specific needs and sleeping opportunities. He used this information that was personal to us, to direct us in the right direction for a perfect nights sleep. TJ listened and answered all of our additional questions. Had to buy a new, perfect bed
After months of research and reading articles on how to get the best bed for my bodies particular needs, I arrived at Denver Mattress. Knowing that this company has been the number 4 bed in the country consistently for many years didn't hurt my decision but made it much easier. I tried air beds, memory foam beds and even water beds. The decision to purchase the Doctor's Choice was easy because my salesperson was fully knowledgeable in the products he carried as well as other products available on the market. My salesperson cared about me and wanted to find the right sleep system that would NOT hurt my body. The concern was my happiness and my ability to get quality sleep, NOT making a sale. We discussed my issues that stop me from sleeping all night. Whether or not I sleep on my side, my back or my stomach, (I'm a major side sleeper). My salesperson even took into consideration that I usually have 4 puppy dogs, 3 Siamese cats and 1 Orange Tabby kitten in bed with me that love to sleep with their rescue "momma"! If any of you reading this have rescue animals, grandkids or any other person who get in and out of your bed while you are trying to sleep, you will appreciate what I am about to tell you. My salesperson took the time to do the "Jump" test while I was in the bed. That sold me completely because I would have never thought about it while I was in the store. There was hardly any transfer motion and no squeaking after this test was completed. The factors involved in my decision were all answered and then some information I did not know I needed. If I ever need to purchase a bed ever again, I will go back to this store with no hesitation whatsoever! Thank you to Denver Mattress and their concern for people who desperately need a great nights sleep. I also want to thank my salesperson, he is always available for questions and fountain of knowledge that I truly appreciate! If you are reading this review and you need a new bed, do not hesitate to go to Denver Mattress. It will be one of the BEST decisions you will ever make!

Tempurpedic Hdqtrs
Good selection of mattresses in the showroom. No King sized ones in the warehouse due to size, and only queens on the floor. "JT" was very helpful and accommodating since by the time we took advantage of the 5 years no interest financing, we only had a week left in town. He offered to store our mattress until we came back next May if it didn't arrive before we left. He helped us fill out all the necessary paperwork while taking care of all the phone calls. Great service!

Adjustable frame and mattress
This store was wonderful in working with me. I ordered a bed set I saw on sale over the phone. The details were stated and some substitutions were made. When I went to pick it up, one of the workers wasn't available to help load it, so they delivered and set it up for me a few days later. I was happy with the whole experience.

If you can't find it at Denver Mattress, it isn't available. The knowledgeable staff and selection are the best. I've shopped the other stores and find the experiences can't compare with Denver Mattress.
