I went in with my two daughters looking for a mattress set that would help me sleep better. MARK was our salesman. And let me tell you...this man knows mattresses...he helped me pick out the perfect mattress. Not to mention, he was very well dressed and his personality matched his attire. He had us laying on the mattresses to check for comfort levels. He did not make is feel fushed, he did not fast talk us. He was very patient with this old man here. He also shared a couple of laughs with us. When he adjusted the head of the mattress, I was like...yeah this is what I need. My daughter asked him about raising the foot of the mattress...when he raised the foot...We decided this is the one. He asked thorough questions and then he adjusted the center of the bed...We were all sold. He was able to let the equipment do the work, he was amazing. I purchased right then and there. No need to think about it. while sitting at his desk doing the paper work, I mentioned to my daughter that I should've asked about add a vibration feature...Mark said, I got you Mr. William. I was so impressed. Every question we asked him from the type of mattresses he had to how the payments would LOOK-OUT WAS RIGHT ON EVERYTHING HE SAID...THANKS MARK for the best experience I've had in a very long time!
