He was so patient and helpful, allowing my mom to understand her choices. Oscar was especially kind and I appreciate his going the extra mile to help us pick out the right item. Thanks Oscar!

I have always shopped Furniture Row when I lived in Michigan. I as so happy when I found a Furniture Row near our new home in Texas. What really surprised me was the wonderful service and treatment we received from all the staff at this location. The manager set us up with a patient and professional woman named Luci, She set us up with exactly what we wanted and promptly afforded us our options on financing. I had been searching for just the right dining room set for months. After looking at numerous stores and online I was sure my perfect set wasn't out there. But upon arriving at the showroom, my husband and I found our set! The manager and Luci helped us measure, and rearranged the pieces so I could invision the set in my home. She made the process so simple and so smooth that I look forward to returning from my next purchase....soon!

Going to the store was just a really good experience. The store is nicely laid out there is a great selection and my sales person who is awesome and upfront with me made my shopping experience much more pleasurable. Nathaniel ask for him.

I made an appointment to see Sharon at the Selma store. She was awesome! All of my questions were answered and she made me feel very comfortable in trying several matteress I was interested in looking at. I will recommend my friends to shop at the Selma Furniture Row first.

Moving into my first house and came here for basic bedroom furniture (mattress, bed frame, etc). I haven’t had a good mattress in YEARS and wanted to find a good one that I could finally get a good nights rest on. My first visit I met Sharon who helped me find a mattress I went home dreaming about. I went back in another 2 times after looking around, finally settling this last time on getting it. Each time I came back, Sharon was there and helped me all the way answering all my questions and giving me great information. She helped me get proper financing, making sure I picked the right size and set to suit my needs. She was absolutely excellent! Went next door to their furniture and found an amazing wood dining room table set for a steal! Amazing customer service, amazing prices for good, quality of furniture. I will be back!

Just visited to ask about an issue with a missing remote control for a adjustable bed. All three service people working on Saturday worked to help us resolve the issue, ultimately ordering another remote while letting us try one available to see if it worked. We bought new bedsheets as well. Excellent customer service. They were patient, helpful, and resourceful. Definitely will return again.

We purchased a hybrid mattress initially and decided to use their exchange program to try another option. The salesman was extremely helpful and patient. I was searching for competitive prices and salesman helped me find lowest price available.

My mother an I were both looking for a mattress. We went to Furniture Row first. And the other 2 places we looked we just didn't like as much. The sales lady that helped us was Sharon G and we just kept remembering how knowledgeable and informative she was. She has a wonderful personality. She was great from the moment we walked in the store until our sales were completed. I would recommend this place to anyone and especially Sharon. She is awesome!!!

My wife and I were shopping for a new bed and I stopped in one day after work to check out the Denver Mattress store on I35 North. So glad I did. I was greeted by Nathaniel. He was friendly and did a great job showing me the differences in the mattresses they had. I liked the Denver mattresses and told told him I would bring my wife in the next afternoon to show her. We ended up choosing the Denver Mattress Telluride split king with adjustable bed frame. We also purchased the premium mattress covers, pillows and pillow covers. I must say that this bed is awesome! We both like it better than the Tempurpedic we tried. Nathaniel was awesome as well! I really appreciated the fact that he helped to educate us so we could make our own decision instead of trying to close us. I also had the pleasure of meeting with his manager, Mark, who was great as well. I buy from people I like. This was the right place. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great experience in purchasing a new bed while not feeling pressured to make a decision.

Learned a lot about beds and what made the right one for me. Worth the experience. I enjoyed speaking with the different sells persons. There was no pressure to buy. I had a really nice time.

I brought my elderly mother to the store to buy a new mattress to replace her 35 year old one. Very helpful young man assisted us and he got her into a nice adjustable bed which was within her budget, and she is ecstatic! They have a great selection and this young man was able to meet her price resistance with excellent suggestions for cost saving without sacrificing quality. Would definitely recommend this store again and again!

Denver mattress is GREAT. I cant really recall our salesman's name. He was great though....he was very helpful and informative and patient as my wife and I shopped for our new mattress/boxspring. And when it came time to purchase, he helped me load up our new bed set and offered me materials to use to secure our bed set in the bed of our truck because he saw that we did not have any kind of tie downs. AND.....Denver Mattress is the BEST price in San Antonio!!!! All other places we shopped around at....TWICE the price for LESS VALUE. DENVER MATTRESS IS 5 STARS ALL THE WAY.

Customer service was outstanding went way and above to help resolve any problems or questions customer had.

My wife and I were interested in a Beautyrest Black series bed and shopped 5 furniture stores for the best price. Only one of the 5 stores was willing to provide a price reduction but the sales staff was oriented toward furniture and could not provide answers to technical questions. We later went to Denver Mattress and not only got a matching price reduction but they searched and found and even lower discount. We also discovered the Black series bed came with in-store credit and free delivery--not one of the 5 competitors shared that with us. We were treated to a sales staff (kudos to Brett Slawson, an assistant manager) that knew their product and spent considerable time with us to ensure we made a selection that best fit our preferences/requirements. We should have gone to Denver Mattress first but now we know they're clearly the best and will be our only source for future buys.

Purchased our newest bed here after going to several mattress stores. The variety and choices here made it very easy to compare and contrast. Mark was an outstanding salesman. We got exactly what we needed. Thank you.

6 years ago my parents purchased a mattress from Denver Matress and insisted my husband and I go visit them. We were so satisfied with the comfort and value that we bought ours and still love it. Yesterday we decided to get our older children ages 9 &11 new mattresses as well as one for our guest room. We first checked some local competitors because we were looking to finance this time but we're not satisfied. Within seconds of entering the Selma location we were politely greeted by a female but did not feel "pressured" like some sales associates, she was helping another guest but immediately got us with another associate, Mark, he asked us a few quick questions on what we were looking for and we found our perfect mattresses within minutes. Of course we were able to lay down on 3-4 different choices that fit what we were looking for. There were many choices but Mark saved us a lot of time by pointing us in the right direction. The financing was a breeze, the cherry on top was the Black Friday deals which included a discount on the AMAZING pillows and matress protectant covers. All my husband kept saying is why didn't we come here 1st!! Now our items are being shipped and assembled for free just in time for Christmas. Lastly they now have a rewards points system for vouchers to be used at any furniture row stores, what a great bonus. Thank you Mark and Denver Matress!

I've bought from Furniture Row in the past so when my daughter transitioned into a big girl bed and we needed a mattress, of course I went to Denver Mattress! We got the twin with the bunkie board attached to go with the new set we got her at Bedroom Expressions. They are always amazingly helpful at this location! Thanks ya'll!

Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful sales people made the process of finding and selected the right bed so easy. Great selections of beds to choose from. Lots of additional bells and whistles that can be added or subtracted to meet your budget. 0% financing for up to 4-years. We chose the 3-year option that gave us additional benefits for what we determined to be an overall better deal. Great warranty on the bed, up to 15-years. We left the store very happy that we got the best quality bed for our money.

I already knew what I wanted in the way of a queen mattress/foundation from searching their products online; however, when I got to the store, I forgot the brand name of the mattress/foundation and had to describe it to the salesman. He immediately knew which one it was and showed the floor model to me. I bought it. Check out and delivery scheduling was fast and easy. I was in and out within 30 minutes.

Terry was very helpful and knowledgeable when assisting us on purchasing mattresses and accessories. We love this store and would definitely recommend it. The First Lady was not very helpful when I told her I was looking for a mattress. We went back and had a gentleman help us and he was great! Explained the different mattress types and answered all our questions. Gave us a day to think about the purchase and had another great salesman ring us up and was just so friendly. Prices were better then mattress firm and would definitely buy another mattress here again!

The selection was top of the line, I was in and out of the store with exactly what I wanted in a very timely manner!

I have been a customer at the Selma Texas location for 8-9 years. Always helpful and willing to go the extra mile, the staff has stood out in my experience at Furniture Row. I have purchased beds, several mattresse sets...A queen Beautyrest Platinum set and recently a Serta queen set... Also a bed set for our son. They have stood by every single warranty issue there has been on the mattresses...but honestly there have been few. But the issues that were - were above and beyond expectation. Mark (manager of Denver Mattress) has been solid every single experience I've had. He is the biggest reason we keep coming back. Management simply doesn't get any better than Mark. Period. My wife battled cancer not long ago... And has been diagnosed with MS... Mark has been very considerate in helping us to get just the right mattress for her. Rest is extremely important for a person with MS. The man actually cared. There are several employees there that I won't name but have the same approach as Mark. It's made a world of difference concerning our purchases... knowing that the people there actually listened and helped resolve situations so that the customer is satisfied... Not just getting a product out the door. Just great business ethic in my humble opinion.

Easy to navigate and order my mattress. I had been to the store to check on the quality and was please with the level of quality for the price. I am looking forward to using.
