This is the second mattress we've purchased from Denver Mattress and we've been happy with both. We need a firm mattress and we were shown all the options. Staff was informative, patient, not the least bit pushy. I think the prices are very reasonable, they delivered exactly when they said they would, and the delivery folks were friendly, efficient, and pleasant.

I have been searching for a queen mattress set and the staff at the Santa Fe store were very helpful! This is the second time I have purchased a mattress set from Denver Mattress Company and will continue too.

I had very helpful salespeople who determined my needs for good sleep and directed me to the Dr.'s Choice line that I could afford. I am very happy with them. I only wish Denver Mattress had more locations because now friends and family want the Dr.'s Choice bed also !

we bought a mattress from them, and it was great! Ontime delivery and good quality. we did discover we needed a foundation (box spring) for our platform bed and the one we bought was to high. called the store and was able to order a smaller foundation with no hassle. We wanted a new mattress and dropped by Denver Mattress because we'd read on Yelp that people were happy with the experience there. We have to agree. Daniel listened to our desires and concerns and had us try several options. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and never gave us a hard sell. We're happy with shopping there and look forward to a new bed.

This is the only place in town that carries a Purple mattress. We wanted to try one before buying online and went in with the intention of trying it out, then making our purchase online and get the special offered. The salesman was polite and professional. He answered all our questions but there was no pressure. Then he offered the same online deal, however, the plus is that they will deliver, set up, and then haul our old mattress away! So pleased that we went into the store!

Although I have not yet received delivery of my new mattress, I had a great experience in the Santa Fe store. I knew what I wanted, and the salesman steered me to three choices. The purchase was very smooth, and he gave me some pointers and detailed information that was very helpful. A friend recommended Denver Mattress, and I'm very glad she did.

We were shopping to replace our worn-out mattress, and visited the Santa Fe Denver Mattress on a Saturday morning. The store was spacious, quiet, and well-lit. Not very busy. Eddie was a great guy to work with - friendly, well-informed. He asked us what we were looking for and walked us through a few options. When we found one we liked, he suggested a clearance item - he was upfront about what that would mean for the return policy, that this mattress had been returned, and how much wear it had seen. We were given plenty of information on the pros and cons of the different types of mattresses and bases. We never felt pressured or upsold, and we got plenty of time to try out the beds and talk things over. We appreciate that this store understands that it's important to help a customer understand what they might not like about a product, rather than have them figure it out later and return it. We had the bed delivered to Los Alamos. The delivery guys were professional and were in and out in 20 minutes. We had been considering buying the bed from a wholesale club. Including delivery, the price we paid was better than the wholesale club's price (and we wouldn't have gotten to try a bed there) - if we hadn't gone for the clearance item it would still have been competitive. We're glad we went to Denver Mattress.

Matt was knowledgable & very friendly. No pressure and easy to speak with. I hope I like the mattress as much as the in store experience.

Sales person never went over the product or warranty on mattress that I purchased all he did was take my money and tell me where to pick up my mattress and then he walked away I had to go back into the store and ask about my warranty.
