Shawn was very helpful when showing us mattresses that we were interested in. He is very knowledgable! I also appreciated that he was not over selling anything, he wanted us to be happy with whatever we chose. I highly recommend taking to Shawn if your in the market for a new mattress!

We walked in, knowing what we needed; a very pleasant salesman showed us several choices. We made our choice, and were on our way home in about half hour, with the mattress set we wanted. Good selections, fair prices, and wonderful employees!!! Highly recommended!

I have made many purchases at this store and they have always been great and courteous. This time I went to exchange a mattress that wasn't right for me and they helped me find a mattress suited more for me and they completed the exchange right then and there. The Manager Luke Gunn was the ABSOLUTE BEST salesman ever. He did a superb job. He got my business twice, once through my work and once through my personal home. The rest of the staff was equally helpful. Luke did an amazing job with figuring up numbers and using my Dr. Prescription for no Sales Tax. Great guy. Wonderful People Person. In order to prepare for the holiday season, I went to Denver Mattress to pick out a mattress for my guest bedroom; I have a huge family and, therefore, have frequent visitors. It is, for that reason, that I needed a quality mattress for a decent price. I was fortunate enough to make the Veterans' Day sale, so I got a great price on the mattress and I experienced great service at the store.

Went in on a Tuesday Night... tested out all the beds that we were looking at. Thankfully the salesman wasnt bugging us-he was super nice as we read reviews and watched review videos on the beds. The salesman knew his stuff and answered all the questions we had. Thankfully they will take our Old bed as there isnt a recycling center here in town.

Jennifer has been great helping us with our purchase. COVID has delayed our order but she was helpful explaining the process and has been helpful with updates as we have called to check the status. She has gone above and beyond with keeping us satisfied during this extended wait due to the pandemic.

Made a deal the day before over the the phone. Drove to San Angelo to pick it up the next day and the employee who claimed he was the manager didn't honor his word. I will never do business with Denver Mattress in San Angelo or anyone who treats people like this. I will be posting this on social media as well.
