Angel Ramirez made mattress shopping painless. My fiance and I had gone to another mattress store. Our budget was disrespected and so was our time. After explaining our budget we were shown several beds that were 3 times our budget. We became discouraged that every store would be like that. When we came to Denver Mattress, Angel greated us from the start. He was very knowledgeable in different mattresses. He also knew a lot about the Denver Mattress brand. I could tell Angel liked the company he works for. It was reassuring to have someone so knowledgeable. Angel was also very respectful of our budget. He was a great listener too. We only had to tell him once what we could afford and what we were looking for. Neither my fiance or I would be pressured into buying anything. Other stores suffocated us with their constant hovering. Angel gave us space. He would show us a mattress and explain all its features then leave my fiance and I to discuss it. Angel never forgot about us. He always came and checked on us and would show us the next mattress. He created a very comfortable and relaxing environment for us to buy a mattress. We ended up buying a Doctors Choice Elite. I can't wait to try out our new mattress! I'll be recommending Denver Mattress to everyone and especially Angel! 10 out of 10 recommend!

Simply Amazing all the way around
From the moment we walked in the door we were greeted with a smile. Nothing at any point was pushed or pressured. The staff would simply ask one question after we had tried each mattress, “Better or worse than the last one?” We ended up with a less expensive mattress than the “name brands” because they felt the same and we were never pushed. Simply put, amazing. We will be back.

Awesome Place
I was greeted by John with a smile and willingness to help me right away. John and his manager Derek knew their product offerings well, listened to my needs and wants and really didn't put a ton of pressure on me in efforts to upsell anything. Truly straight shooters and I'll likely be back soon to give them more business.

Great Customer Service
Shane was very knowledgeable, fun to work with and helpful. He spent over 2 hours with us answering our questions, ensuring we chose a mattress that we would sleep well on, all the while not being pushy. We purchased a split king with split adjustable bases, and are looking forward to our delivery. Also worth mentioning, Shane took the time to explain in detail how the warranties and their guarantee works before we completed the transaction. Working with Shane and Denver Mattress was a breath of fresh air after a recent very poor experience with another furniture company. We will shop at Denver Mattress / Furniture Row again.

DM Richmond
Just bought the DM Richmond, after going to several mattress stores; my wife and I have been having health issues using our old mattress!

My salesperson was Elizabeth McReynolds. I expand my situation: divorcing and need a good deal. She was very helpful and saved me money by recommending a metal platform frame, rather than a box spring. Not only is my bed comfortable, but the frame was easy to get up to my 2nd floor apartment. It folds up!
I will be recommending Denver Mattress to all my friends.

Outstanding custom service & professionalism
The sales person Elizabeth had sold my mother a mattress set and my mother (who is very hard to please) was very pleased with the entire transaction. So, we figured we would check it out ourselves. Elizabeth provided outstanding service to my wife and we were also very pleased that our purchase will help contribute to World Vision who we already give to. So, that was icing on the cake.

CUSTOMER SERVICE
The customer service of the sales person Shane was great. He seemed to really care about his job and wanted to make sure that my daughter was very happy with her choice of mattress, by showing her several different ones and knowing about each one. He also took his time with the pillows. He was great.

Been looking for a while
We had been looking for mattresses for a few weeks. The second bed we laid on we knew right away that was it. Our sales lady helped us through the financing and thoroughly explained or warranty. We are so happy with the VALUE we got at furniture row we will be back. Fyi we drove from Springfield and this was the best we had seen from eugene, Springfield. Salem thank you!

Great, fast service
I was looking for a couple of affordable beds for my kids. They needed new mattresses, but I didn't want to break the bank. The lady helping me pointed me in a couple of directions and told me what my options were as well as warranty info and waterproof cover options. I was very pleased with the options presented to me, and was in and out of the store in no time!

Awesome experience!
I went to buy a full matress and a box for my mom and I found a excellent deal about a queen matress with the electric sistem. I know my mom will love it and specially since she is my Dad's (he has Alzheimer) care given she will love and she is looking forward for that bed.

Split King adjustable
We were very pleased to find the bed we wanted at a price we could afford at Denver Mattress. We purchased a split king adjustable bed at a price that was thousands less than other stores comparable sets. The service was amazing and we look forward to many years of comfortable sleep.

New Bed
We purchased a heveapur organic adjustable bed and worked with Rashad. He was so kind and patient and helped us figure out exactly what mattress was going to work best for us. We haven't received the bed yet, but I'll write another review when that time comes. As far as my experience with Denver mattress and Rashad, it was top notch.

No high pressure
Super friendly and knowledgeable staff, not a hint of high pressure. They asked enough questions to determine our needs and showed us the beds that matched. They even misquoted us a sale price that wasn't accurate, but still honored it. The beds they sell have a better warranty than any of the big name brand ones. I would suggest anyone that is looking fir a good bed to visit Denver Mattress Company.
I gave them 4/5 stars only because I don't give that high of a review unless something spectacular occurred.

Salem Location
This store is a surprise find! The outside of the building doesn't give any justice to the furniture inside, they have great stuff! There is a nice selection of different styles and Denver Matress is attached...no need to look any further:)
The staff was friendly and helpful. Our furniture was delivered and set up in a timely fashion. No complaints about quality, pricing, or the professional nature of the employees. Overall, very satisfied!

I am not spending any more nights on your painful nights on your purple hybrid 2 mattress! Purple mattress company says 21 days and Denver mattress company says 30 days! I will take this up with my credit card people as I will not be making any more payments! And we all can see how we sleep in COURT!
