I enjoyed every step in my shopping process at this store -- from the friendly respectful voice on the phone, through my time in the store, to the hand off of my purchase at the customer dock. Everything went smoothly, all of my questions were quickly resolved, and the salesman did his job well with no annoying pressure. I will happily suggest this store to my friends and family.

Moved to South Dakota
We just moved to Rapid City and we needed furniture. Due to Covid 19 everywhere we looked was not able to get us anything in a timely matter. We went to Furniture Row and was able to get a dining set that day and living room set delivered 3 weeks later. They had a great selection and we had a great salesperson. We love the leather set we bought. We have been back there twice since then to purchase a few smaller items and they were still as helpful. My son will be here soon and we will be shopping at Furniture Row for him.

Wonderful experience buying a mattress at the Rapid City Store. TJ was awesome! He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and answered our questions in an honest and superior manner. We went in to look and try some mattresses out and left with a new Temper-Pedic and all the accessories. It was delivered a week later (by friendly delivery drivers who set it up and arrived right when they told us they would) and our sleep has been amazing! Thank you TJ and associates for a job well-done.

When entering the Rapid City DM store we were met at the door wth a friendly smile by Joshua Quail asking if there was anything he could do help us with purchasing a mattress. After telling him what we were looking for, he was so helpful explaining different mattresses and answering all our questions. Knowledable and informative but not pushy. Excellent customer service. Great experience! We purchased a mattress from Christine Clark in Rapid City SD. She was a great help in finding exactly what we needed. I always buy my beds from them. Christine is very pleasant and knowledgeable. I always listen to her suggestions and buy what she recommends. The quality of their merchandise is superior. I recommend this store to everyone that needs a bed. Also there are two furniture stores in the same building so you need not go outside. Very accommodating for sure.

We walked in with only one thing in mind. We need one mattress for me amd my husband. We walked out with a mattress for us a mattress for our son, a sheet set, 3 pillows (one being an upgraded pillow) and a mattress cover. I couldnt be more happy with our purchase! I picked my mattress out months in advance with the assistance of the sales person, my husband and toddler. When I came back to order, it was on sale and when I showed the bed we would be putting the mattress in, we discussed maybe not needing it in that style of bed. I will tell everyone to get their mattress and other bedding needs from here.

Saw an ad on TV so stopped by to look
After enduring a summer of back pain where sleeping in our recliner helped, we decided to investigate adjustable base mattresses. We saw a sale ad for Denver Mattress so stopped in at the Furniture Row store just to look. Ended up buying a bed within a 2 hour time frame from start to finish. Our sales associate was knowledgeable and helpful - offering information with no pressure and understanding our desire to keep the price manageable because we weren't sure we would like this type of bed. (Three weeks later, I can report that we absolute love it!) Since we hadn't brought our check book as we hadn't planned on buying, our sales associate suggested the 3 year/0% financing which we took advantage of. Our bed was delivered within a week and set up by two very courteous young men. Thanks, Denver Mattress, for a very pleasant experience!

Almost didn't stop.
We had recently bought a mattress for our remodeled house at Sears. I told my wife that we should try a few other stores as well. We are SOOO happy we did. Great Experience
We had a very awesome experience with Patrick at Denver Mattress. Patrick was very understanding and very helpful during our many trips to the store so we could make the right decisions. We had a warranty return and new mattress purchase with no hassles what so ever. Then all our new products were ordered and everything was delivered with 1 week.

They gave us a used mattress & failed to let us know. We went in thinking we were getting a brand new one, only to find out at home that it was used. The only reason we found out was because of the tags on the mattress stating that it was gently used & had been sanitized. But no one even mentioned that it was a used mattress.
