I had the pleasure of dealing with the only manager/sales person in the store on my first and only visit. I would like to commend David Jones on his professionalism, attitude, ability to calmly juggle the other customers as he answered the phone, etc. He listened to all my questions/comments/concerns about the mattress we were replacing and asked informed questions as needed. He recommended the perfect mattress for us! After the first three nights both my husband and I are resting better and wake up with much less hip and back pain. I recommend this store and David Jones without reservation!

Haven't even received the mattress, but I am that confident in the service we received. Kevin was the salesperson who helped my husband and I pick out our new mattress, and he did absolutely phenomenal. We have two very small children and we brought them with while looking around, and the way Kevin not only took very good care of us, but he also helped keep my kids occupied. He set my five-year-old up in a bed that has a base that can move around, and he gave my one-year-old a remote without any batteries since she gravitated towards them. Such a fantastic buying experience and cannot wait to get our mattress! ~ The Story Family

There's customer service that goes above and beyond and then there's Kevin and Jeremy (@ the Portage, MI store) who knocked it out of the universe. When they treat your 86yr old disabled mother like their own, dote over her, and put her at ease over a panic inducing mattress test drive, you take notice. Friendly and informative but not pushing. Kevin gave mom plenty of time to get comfortable with her environment and check out different mattresses. He was able to answer all her questions and concerns to give her the confidence to make an informed decision on her new adjustable bed frame and mattress. When all the adjustable frames were too tall for mom to get onto comfortably, Jeremy tore a display apart to lower the adjustable legs and even moved the mattress we chose to the frame so mom could test out her picks. We had no idea Jeremy was at the end of his shift but stayed to ensure the setup would work for her. Delivery was just as special. Jeremy was quick and efficient but just as intentive with mom as in the store. He took the time to make sure mom understood the remote control and that the risers were as comfortable as she liked. I could not have been more impressed with the service we received from Kevin and Jeremy.

Kevin helped me out finding my perfect tempur-pedic. He was very cordial, informative, and he made this experience very pleasant!

Dave was very helpful and patient with helping me pick out a mattress. I ended up exchanging it for another mattress and had no trouble with the exchange. would highly recommend!

Went from a Sleep Number bed to Doctors Choice. It was an excellent change as now I wake up without having any numbness or pain

Worked with Susie on picking out a new mattress set. This individual was extremely well informed and professional. One of the best at her profession that I have dealt with in a long while. I would recommend anyone using g this individual to assist at this store. Job well done !

Miguel is an awesome employee. He is helpful, knowledgeable & so patient. He made sure we got the mattress we needed. Then we came back & he was just as professional helping us select for our daughter. We are very happy with our selections.

I want to personally thank, Kevin Haynes. His salesmanship is the best I've ever come across. He is a people person who demonstrates ,respect, knowledge of his product, and an overall concern on taking the best care of his customers. Because of him, I will always do my mattress and bed needs shopping at Denver Mattress. As well as, strongly refer anyone who is in need of a mattress, to that store.

First time shopper and buyer at Denver Mattress in Portage Michigan this last week. Great customer service from my first phone call with Mike to visiting the showroom and working with Rana to the delivery service provided by Jeremy and Chris! Whatever these folks are being paid they all deserve a raise!!! The showroom was immaculate as well as the restroom. It was a wonderful shopping experience. We walked into the store and the sales person that was on duty was just wonderful. She took the time to get to know what we were looking for and wanted in a bed. She showed us several different types of mattress. We ended up going to several different stores and ended up going back to Denver Mattress to buy our bed and it was all due to the sales person and how wonderful she was with us and our needs. If you go into Denver Mattress ask for Rana. She was so wonderful and the most helpful.

HUGE SHOUT OUT TO DENVER MATTRESS IN PORTAGE/KALAMAZOO MI Not only is the mattress superb-the floor clerk and manager went way beyond the call of duty. My boyfriend just moved to the area-we had ordered a mattress from a different department store and they guarantee 2 week delivery on a Saturday-he was sleeping on a air mattress with a bad back (4 surgeries). They called and said it would be 3 weeks instead of 2 weeks. I went into Denver-told them i wanted a mattress and they said we can deliver next day. I wanted to surprise my boyfriend and get him on a good mattress ASAP-Denver surprised me and delivered that night on a Friday after 5. Way beyond expectation. They literally gave up a friday night to keep a customer happy. The price of the mattress was in our budget and they worked with me on great financing deal too. I FELT LIKE A MADE FRIENDS AT DENVER MATTRESS!

I was very pleased with the service and the mattress. Mr. Michael Fleming was very helpful and had my mattress delivered that same evening thank you so much.

Greeted upon entry by the Delivery Guy named Chase. He paid very close attention to detail, he was thorough with details and demonstrations of the mattresses functionality, he even upsold me the Remote Base Unit. This guy is a team player that cared enough to help his Store Mgr (Blake) whom attended to several customers and completed sales at the same time. With Blakes authorization, Chase offered me a Deal of a Lifetime. I left to pick up my wife, and let her experience the great customer satisfaction that I had. 30 minutes later we walked out with receipt in hand. The following day, Chase & Jeremy arrived ON TIME for the delivery appointment. The items were triple protected with heavy commercial materials to prevent exposure to elements or potential damage. The guys were very respectful and extremely careful in handling,and assembling the unit.They explained in detail the Dos and Don'ts of Both the Mattress & Remote Base. With all that said, Chase, Blake & Jeremy were Fantastic!!

From the time we walked into this store (which was roomy, well laid out, etc.) we had a great experience. This was our 3rd mattress store visit of the day. The salesman was busy with another client and acknowledged us and tactfully worked between both of us, then a third couple who came in. He guided us to the mattresses we desired (firm) and came back in a bit and then guided us to a few more. The 6th bed was the one! The price was great compared to our other stores shopped and it was a very pleasant finish with payment and selecting some accessories. Delivery was in the first of the 2 hours noted that it would come and delivery guys were excellent! All around great experience and now a great night's sleep!

Our store experience was awesome. Very helpful and accommodating, but upon delivery of our mattress and base, the guys did not have sufficient tools. Nor did they attach the base to our headboard properly. I had to unbolt and reattach both sides myself

Everyone was very helpful throughout the whole experience from finding the mattress we wanted to the delivery and set up and then after we didn't like the mattress firmness they got us going with a softer mattress and had old one picked up and new delivered (for the fee) but were so helpful and nice.

The customer service was amazing! I went in with a list of 3 top rated matresses I wanted to try. I was shown each, Michael went over the details and explained the differences. No pressure on which to buy, they offer trial periods, guarantee the quality, offer financing and next day delivery. It really was nice to have great customer service and quality products.

This was the VERY BEST mattress-buying experience I've ever had, bar none!. I was prepared for a nightmare but instead met with Blake, who was not only knowledgeable but also friendly and never once pushy. He took time with my husband and I from beginning to end and we got the Richmond Hybrid. I'd recommend Denver and Blake for any and all mattress needs.

Charles was extremely helpful. He showed us the matresses we asked to see, asked us a few questions about our sleep habits, and directed us to possible choices. He didn't pressure us which I really liked. He explained the available services, discounts , and our options is we were not happy with our choice. Great customer service!

I was impressed with the cleanliness of the store, knowledge of the sales associate. Delivery of products and packaging of accessories (pillows/protectors). Selling points were verified with Consumer Reports. Product and store are both rated highly with Consumer Reports. My only disappointments were the sales associate quoted one price for protectors, and was invoiced the next day at a slightly higher one, and there was a discount for future protectors valid for 30 days. I would have purchased 1 on one day, the additional after delivery.
