I love this store, I was helped by TJ who was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about all the products in the store. Not only do they have great priced mattresses they have many accessories. I will not only go back because of the great prices but because of the awesome customer service.

My home was flooded about 3 months ago and my mattress was damaged. When it was time to move back in, I went to my local Denver Mattress/Furniture Row to purchase another Doctor's Choice Firm King Size mattress and box spring. My purchase was made on Saturday and delivered on Tuesday. I had one of these mattresses before and would highly recommend one to anyone looking for a quality mattress of any size.

T.J. (mattress manager, store manager) provided answers to all my questions and concerns. The transaction was done quickly and I left the store knowing I was in good hands.

I saw an ad on TV regarding the sale of mattress sets. I told my daughter about the sale and we decided to stop by to see if there was a mattress we liked. The sales people greeted us and introduced themselves advising us if we had any questions they would help. We took our time to look at all the furniture including the mattresses. There was a very good and extensive selection, we finally found 2 sets. We applied for finance and we were approved. Needless to say, my daughter and I are very happy with our choices and the assistance we received from the sale man that helped us. Thank you Denver Mattress and staff!

As it happens, it was time for us to get a new bed. We drove down to denver mattress and were greeted with a smile by aaron. He looks like payton manning. He introduced us to different style beds and bases.he was kind and informative. Not pushy or robotic just nice, neat and easy to talk to. I've usually come to Furniture Row anytime I need anything for the house. This year was new mattresses, and a Denver mattress employee greets you as soon as you walk in and immediately asked if you need help. So great customer service and great deals always going on proud to say I got my New Mattress at Denver mattress in Pharr!

My wife and I had been in a need of a new mattress. When we visited Furniture Row we found more than we were looking for. The mattress we purchased exceeded any comfort level we had ever experienced. There was a vast selection of mattresses to choose from; each one as good as the next. The sales staff was able to help us find the perfect blend of comfort and durability in our mattress. I would definitely visit Furniture Row in the future and would highly recommend anybody else to do the same.

Horrible service, bought and adjustable bed that needs to be serviced. I scheduled and appointment had to reschedule for a different day. The day of the appointment I get a call telling me they are scheduled to come from 3-5pm then they call me back to push the appointment later that day when I won't be home because they have a different address. The address was updated when I purchased the item and it was delivered to the correct address so now they are telling me the address was not updated in their system and I am having to reschedule for another 2 weeks because they are fully booked. They offered me pillows to try and resolve my issue for having to reschedule for a second time. I don't need pillows I just need my bed serviced!!!
