we have had our purple mattress for about 2 years and was starting to have some issues. I went bro the store to ask about the warranty, I was approached by Adonis Mayo. He told me to take pictures of the mattress and send them to him. we did that and within a day he had the replacement mattress ordered and delivered to our house within 6 days. I can not tell you how happy we are. Thank You

Denver mattress has great customer service. The mattress I purchased was tested out and awesome. The arrival of when I will need it is perfect. Over all 5 stars no complaint with the company keep up the great work.

I was looking for a VERY soft comfy mattress, and I found the perfect one -even in stock! I shopped on one day and came back the next, and I had 2 awesome salesmen both equally concerned and caring about my purchase. They each gave me as much time that I needed to make sure of the perfect fit for me. I didn't feel pressured to hurry either, which is probably why I found the mattress I'd been waiting so long for. There are 3 more mattresses that we need, and I plan to buy every one of them there( one at a time of course!) Btw, the mattress that I picked is the Madison NF Plush set.

I had stopped by the store to look at another type of mattress a few weeks ago. However, when I returned with my wife, we decided on a different mattress. Our consultant - Dan in Peoria - was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The absolute best part - he was available when needed and did NOT push us to make a decision. This helped us to make our decision and probably buy MORE than less.

When I first walk-in I was greeted right away the salesman ask if I was looking for a new mattress set. I said something in a Full Size that's medium firm but not to firm. He showed me different brands...I tried out four different kinds, I ended up getting Doctor's Choice.. Great Product. It was delivered in two days. The delivery guys where on time set-up and took away my old bed.. Very Pleased

We had gone to several stores looking for a matress. When we went to Denver matress, Luke was very helpful in answering our questions. He recommended a few styles based on our liking. He definitely made our experience a lot more pleasant and helped us in understanding the superior product quality. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

The products we received were great, but it was the service I was blown away with. We dealt with several different people while indecisively selecting the product we wanted/needed. Each person we came in contact with was more than willing to help us and answered all of questions. I was very comfortable making our purchase because of the amazing customer service we received. I was proactively called and told that the 50 dollar credit I had for a previous purchase was expiring soon. Not wanting to lose that credit I went in and bought a new pillow. The salesperson showed me 20 options and knew all the strengths and weakness of each off the top of his head. Made it very easy for me to pick one. Overall a good experience!

Staff was very helpful. We were the first customers of the day, left and shopped around. Came back and bought and were the last customers to leave. Great selection. It was nice to be able to go right next door to get the bed dresser and night stands to go with the mattress we picked out.

Marcus greeted us as we entered, inquired as to our needs and continued to be attentive and helpful throughout our stay. He was knowledgeable of the product (mattresses) and had us situated in no time with the right product for us. Excellent at what must be a very difficult job. Looking forward to receiving our order. Additionally, the price and warranty for the mattress set was extremely fair and reassuring.

We called to see if they had this specific bed frame in stock. The person that answered the phone said they did. So we went out there to pay for it to get it, but once we got there it turned out it was one of the floor models. So they told us that they could not sell it to us. So we looked around for a little bit and then they came over to us and told us that since we drove all the way out they would go ahead and sell it to us. So all in all it started out good then turned bad but ended good.

Went to Denver Mattress on Sunday to buy a new mattress. I have never purchased one before so I wanted to take my time and look around a bit on my own. When I approached several beds to lie on them, I found cobwebs and dust bunnies hanging off the mattress ends and dressers. Overall, the place was pretty dirty. I found it disappointing that with several employees standing around, no one could pick up a swiffer duster and clean the place up. When buying a mattress, the illusion of clean is pretty important to your customers. I hope they read this and take note to make improvements for future shoppers.
